I was welcomed in as I entered. The staff were friendly and inviting. They offer a large variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps, bowls, coffees and protein shakes. My roasted chicken sandwich had generous portions of tender chicken with fresh toppings. My kale chips have to be the healthiest chips I ever had. They have a Smokey and salty flavor. The restaurant is small but accommodating with one of the Toy Story movies playing.

This place is a "Godsend". Budget friendly, healthy, from breakfast, to lunch, coffee , tea and protein shakes, I mean it checks all the boxes! The Tex Mex Rice bowl has been my go to but I will be reviewing and trying the other items on the menu. Overall great experience from the staff to food and drinks. Definitely worth a visit!

This place was so different than I expected. It was a very clean and casual little order at the counter kinda place where the food is bought to you. For two sandwiches, a coffee, a smoothie and a kids breakfast, we only paid $45 and almost met our protein and fiber goals at 10 am! The food was so fresh and the smoothies were spot on in flavors and texture (we had to get a second one to try) It's also inviting to kids as they have an adorable little table set up with wooden kitchen toys. Love those little details.

We were craving something easy and healthy and Crave Protein Cafe fit the bill. We ordered Asian salads with added protein (chicken and steak) for a take away order. Quick and friendly service! The food was fresh and tasty. They also have smoothies on the menu and other baked goods on display. There are many tables to enjoy your food to stay.

Staff was super friendly and sweet. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a friendly smile. Such a cute little place. The gluten free cookies were delicious. I got one if the pb &j ones and I believe the other one was an orange marmalade. So good! The strawberry salad was fresh and delicious. Thought I'd give this place a try and it did not disappoint. I would definitely come back to try more desserts.

High quality ingredients. The breakfast burrito was huge and you could tell that everything was so fresh and just cooked. The chorizo queso was addictive. Cute little cafe coffee shop and very welcoming.

I was craving something light, and found this place. It was a bit pricey as most "healthy" places are. I ordered the steak rice bowl and the cookies & cream shake. The rice bowl was really good, was just perfectly filling enough, and I was shocked with the shake, it was a lot better than I thought it was gonna be. I didn't think it was $11 worthy, given the size, but it was still really good! I'd definitely come back and try other shakes and other foods. A little pricey but, as is everything else now-a-days.

Really cute establishment with lots of little decor to look at, games to play, and books to read while hanging! I ordered a green goddess protein shake from a really sweet staff member! The shake was delicious on this warm evening! I recommend!

Great vibe, good coffee, nice staff, good prices! Not stuffy or long waits like Starbucks. Will be back.

Price and quality did not match…read more I ordered the pastrami sandwich and immediately noticed some cost cutting choices, like butter flavored spray (can we use real butter) US Foods/Chef's Store sourdough bread, (can we use real sourdough bread) and a microwave sitting next to the griddle (which the griddle looks like it has not been cleaned very often). I didn't think much of it at first, but then I watched the owner heat the pastrami in the microwave before assembling the sandwich. I've never had a deli sandwich prepared that way right in front of me, and it was disappointing. She also pulled out a large bag of Taylor Farms shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce, and she joked that "people don't want lettuce anymore." Given the recent news surrounding Taylor Farms, that comment didn't exactly inspire confidence. What really surprised me was that the pastrami was placed in a plastic basket and microwaved. Whether or not it's considered safe, seeing food heated that way wasn't very appetizing. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches. From what I experienced, the preparation didn't match those claims. In the end, we ordered just one pastrami sandwich and one beer, and the total came to about $25, with the sandwich alone costing over $17. For that price, I expected much better ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the cost. We tried to be as nice as possible but we left feeling pretty disappointed and couldn't wait to get out of there.

We couldn't of had a better experience. The tiki decor is second to none. We had an awesome bartender who served perfect tiki drinks, which isn't easy to do. Our group from Tucson all agreed that we are going to plan on monthly visits at least. I highly recommend Surf City Tiki Hut to anyone that enjoys tiki or is tiki curious.

Fast drinks and just as fast food. We got the cubano diablo w/ Mac salad as the side, potstickers, and coconut shrimp. The Cuban was everything I was craving. Soo delicious! Pasta salad tasted like pasta salad, again, not complaining. Shrimp was my next favorite, the pineapple sauce and edamame hummus was the perfect combo. Potstickers were ok, I would eat them again but probably wouldn't order them myself. I do love the cabbage under both apps. Will be back!

GET IN MY BELLY This…read moreis not a place to buy pigs with enlarged puffy abdomens. But you can buy varieties of pork-filled, enlarged sandwiches and leave with your own puffy abdomen. There's other proteins too, they didn't forget about serving up the rest of the barnyard. Another sandwich place, you say? Potbelly offers unique sauces and toppings, with their meats in a variety of combinations. The ingredients seem to be of higher quality than Subway. I liked the bread because it was thick and had bite and did not easily fall apart. With all the ingredients, it did not get soggy and held together. However, the bread is toasted so you will definitely need to make sure to get some kind of sauce in the sandwich, otherwise it will be dry. The sandwiches are hearty, but it did make me thirsty. Just 1 sandwich will definitely fill you up. Eating these carb logs for lunch or dinner is satisfying and will be enough to give you the afternoon sleepies or the urge for bedtime; that's even if you skipped getting a side, a salad, chips, soup, or a sweet treat to go with it to make it a complete meal. Overall, a good sandwich and place to pick up food. Getting your fill will make you as happy as a pig in mud.

When my mom…read morewanted to find a place near the rental car place my auntie from England had to drop her rental off, we decided to dine here then take her to the airport. I saw this location had some good seating to have 10 of us as a send off. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even offered extra chairs and help move tables if needed. What We Ordered: - German Potato Salad: My cousin ordered and really liked it. I'm not a fan of German potato salad, so I didn't enjoy the flavor. I'll stick to my potato salad. - Potato Salad: Pretty decent for a potato salad, but nothing standout for me. - Meatball Sub: My cousin and his son split this, and they said it was quite large. They wished it had more sauce, but still overall a decent meatball sub. - Caesar Salad + Chicken: I couldn't snap a photo before my cousin's girlfriend and his daughter tore into this. They seemed very pleased with the salad and at a glance, it looked pretty delicious. - Philly Cheesesteak: My dad said it was very good and ate the whole thing! - Roasted Veggie Wrap: My mom said it was nice, and veggies are refreshing on a hot summer day. It was wrapped well, and enjoyed the umami of the mushrooms and balsamic glaze. - Pastrami Reuben: I loved this sandwich! The pastrami was delicious, and I'm excited to have leftovers which is saying something. I'm not usually one to look forward to leftovers. - Turkey & Swiss Wrap: My auntie throughly enjoyed this, and said it was the perfect last meal in America before heading back to England. - Chef Salad: My auntie and I split this to have a bit of veg. Lovely salad with lots of ingredients that complimented each other well. - The American (Reuben-style): My cousin really enjoyed this sandwich and said it was quite large. Next time, she could easily split with me or her fiancée. - Cuban: My cousin's fiancée ordered this and said it's the best Cuban sandwich he's ever had! Quite high remarks. Honestly, I'm not sure I could pick a better place. Very friendly, quick service, and great eats. Definitely return to this location when in the area, and will recommend to family and friends.
