I have been to crave twice now and it has been good both times! First time I got the crave sandwich on their gluten free "bread" and it was excellent. I love how everything (especially the eggs) are made to order. This time I got the steak and egg sandwich. The pros: the best pita bread I have ever had, so fluffy. The eggs were great and the poblano sauce was great! The cons (only reasons for 4 stars as opposed to 5): menu describes the steak in the sandwich as shaved steak. The steak was far from shaved and had very large chunks making it hard to eat (I ended up taking the steak out). The composition of the sandwich had all the steak on the bottom of the pita so by the time I got there I had hardly any egg left. I was told 10-15 minutes for the steak sandwich when I ordered at 12:00. Cool got there and waited outside as instructed... 30 minutes later I go in to check and she says they're super backed up but my sandwich was next to her. She then hands me the wrong ice tea and was extremely confused when I mentioned it lol. Idk just felt awkward. Food is all very tasty though! read more

Pros: Great Gluten free options! The gluten free bread for the egg and cheese sandwiches are the best I had ever had! The cupcakes and scones which are also gluten free are delicious. Even those who don't worry about gluten probably wouldn't even notice the difference. So far the coffee has been good and consistent. I love sitting and eating in the leather chairs near the "fireplace". Its cute and cozy! Cons: Its tiny so the place fills up quickly. If you can beat the rush you may find a place to sit and enjoy the food there. If not, you're shit of luck! Second con is that it is pricey! I do enjoy everything there but it is a hit to the wallet so not some place I can hit up everyday especially with a family of 4. No bathrooms! While I may be able to hold it, sometimes my 4 year old can not! So all in all I love Crave! Im hoping maybe in the future they will be able to expand and have a bit more seating while maintaining that cute, cozy, cafe feel. Also some bathrooms would be key! read more

Presentation is everything here which is really nice. You come in and the place looks clean and cozy. The food comes in cute packaging which is also a plus. However, it is a tiny place & placing your order is difficult as there are people working directly behind and beside the cashier. It was hard to focus with the noise and the guy taking my order could barely hear my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times and completely forgot to add my avocado which I desperately wanted on my sandwich. Lol there was just too much going on that I forgot. I ordered a Nutella latte to try and a Northshore sandwich. When I placed my order I wasn't told to wait outside so I stayed in the lobby as I saw others doing after ordering. After waiting for about 15 min I was singled out by a guy behind the counter who yelled "what are you waiting for?" I said "number 44" to which he replied "wait outside and we will call you" okay... I was already in the lobby for 15 min amongst other people also waiting but I was the only one you told to go outside.. I get it cause corona but instead of yelling it out and embarrassing me, the cashier should have gently reminded me after my order was taken "hey if you don't mind please wait outside for your order to be called" okay cool, but nope I didn't get that. Anyway, I wait outside... could barely hear the guy on the speaker when about 5 numbers were quickly called. Lady comes in on the intercom and this time I understand my number was being called. I come in and wait by the counter... no one approaches me until about 5 min after the same guy comes up with my bag. I say thanks and guy says nothing. Great customer service lol. Anyway, I rush to the car to eat and food was fresh and warm and you could tell they made it with love. The latte was good & the sandwich was good too. I lowkey feel like they should season their egg and it would make the sandwich so much better. In conclusion meal was good but was it worth the wait? No not really. Will I come back? No. If they had better customer service I might consider it but from my first experience it wouldn't really be worth coming back for! Place has potential for sure. It's worth a try. read more

Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for an online order quoted at 30 mins..... two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. Yikes. The food was pretty good, which is why I've settled for 2 stars and not one. I always get their signature "Crave" breakfast sandwich with added avocado [Over-medium eggs, Boursin cheese, pepper jelly, served on our homemade cheese and herb GF bread]. My husband gets their "Northshore" [Maple bacon, over-medium eggs, cheddar cheese & maple aioli, served on a toasted butter croissant]. 1st trip chose this place because online the descriptions and the 2nd trip for the flavor. So delicious, you'll gratefully need a couple extra napkins to get through this amazing sandwich. Recently I had to go gluten-free , realizing months later that this sandwich is also gluten-free I'm overjoyed to say the least. Wow. Wow. Wow. First the place is clean, so clean you could eat off the floor which is really good because if you happened to drop something you would probably want to. The breakfast sandwiches are THAT good. I know what you're thinking but I swear, it's almost life changing. Well, at least the north shore was. Perfectly cooked, amazing taste and the perfect balance between sweet and salty! The staff wouldn't even judge you for eating off the floor because they are so welcoming and accommodating. Stopped in while in the area on Sunday. First Cupcake that I saw was the Maple Bacon. Sweet, Salty, Savory a favorite combination in my book, so I had to try it (got 2). Then I saw the S'mores, had to try that. Well now there is an empty space in the box. HMMMM, OK... Cookie Dough. Got back to the car and could not wait, had to try to Maple Bacon. OMG, I have had this flavor before at other places, but this by far was the best. When I got home I had the S'mores (after dinner) that big square marshmallow is amazing. Took the Cookie Dough to work the next day and I was not disappointed. Today, sadly, I only had ONE left, the last Maple Bacon...which is now in my belly... YUMMY. A cute cafe that has a lot of options. I just went for cupcakes, and for a place that specializes in cupcakes, I was not blown away by what they had. Got the lemon raspberry and red velvet. Both cupcakes were on the dryer side and tasted day old. I could barely taste the raspberry in the frosting, and I wish the cupcake itself tasted more lemony. There was a lemon curd filling which was delicious though. The red velvet had a really good cream cheese frosting, but again a dry cake. I've been here a couple times and it's always pretty busy, the food is always good and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. One time, I had a business meeting there and I thought they had forgotten my coffee, turned out some lady just needed it more than me and was pleasantly surprised by my vegan coffee, but the staff was awesome and funny about it.
