They seemed way too overly concerned with "safety measures". Using COVID as an excuse for bad service and laziness is weak. Eggs were overdone, plates were paper, forks were the cheapest plastic ever, water cups were tiny. The small girl that was working was rude and seemed to have little to no social skills. Made way too big a deal about our masks having to be over our nose but when the grub hub guy came in with no mask they said nothing. Will never be eating there food again. read more

Only ever had their breakfast burritos. They do not disappoint! With COVID I do not know if they're doing seating for dining, but pick up orders are always fast, hot, and amazing. Customer service is always excellent as well. They're always happy to see you, food ready when they say it will be, and they get to know your face. Strongly recommend. read more

This place is really cool. I'm from a different state and I wanted a smoothie and someone recommended this place. The smoothies could use one extra mix-in option. You pick a base liquid, then add two fruits. I think a least a third fruit choice would be great, but I still enjoyed my smoothie. I had the Frozen Custard. The the homemade lemon curd is awesome. I highly recommend adding it to the custard. The overall look of the place is cute and clean and the people working are very sweet. Had I lived locally, I would be a regular. All I have to say is Raya is mean. I arrived to pick up a to go order and she literally tossed the bag of food on the counter, rolled her eyes, sneered and walked away. I had been waiting patiently for a long time for the order. I habe no idea why she was so mean to me. I asked her why and she couldn't really give me an answer. Stopped by just for cup of coffee, wanting to visit a local establishment. The cup was excellent. While waiting, I looked at their menu and what the other patrons were served and the dishes looked very tasty. The staff was very friendly. My husband is obsessed with their Fryin' Ryan sandwich. They remember him by name at this point. Haha! The custard is a wonderful treat, that I have to limit myself to due to being lactose intolerant. There is only so much Lactaid in this world. Their Veggie wrap is one if those things I crave after being sick or hungover, or just in need of nutrition. Just a bunch of veggies in a wrap with hummus, and I add goat cheese. Yum! Hidden gem!!! Friendly and inviting atmosphere, wonderful staff. Delicious food and great value for price. The Bombasil sandwich is in fact da bomb! Excellent local coffee and custard with friendly staff. I'm a big fan of their pumpkin spice lattes and custard with butterfinger mixed in! They even brought some custard out for our pooch So happy to have such a fun/cute addition to Central Point! read more

Locals need to frequent this gem! Their homemade frozen custard is to die for, but when you add a favorite gluten-free, non HFCS flavor (Pumpkin is amazing), you will be in heaven for sure. The friendly service is extremely knowledgeable and will cater to most special requests. Bottom line: There is no reason why anybody in or near downtown CP would want to avoid this fun venue with comfy Living Room furniture...and no reason not to come back for breakfast and/or lunch again and again. Ate here for first time today and not impressed. They charge the same as many other places but give you less. 1 piece of toast, 2 bacon, very small portion of breakfast potatoes plus $1.00 charge for refills. On a pos note, eggs were cooked correctly. Not on my return list. read more

The server apologized in advance for the food being cold. He said if we didn't like it they could remake it. All this after waiting 1/2 hour and before we started eating. Eggs where burnt yet the hash browns where undercooked. Dry toast-no butter-no jam. French Toast was cold with the world smallest slice of bread. Bacon was Burt, biscuits and gravy was cold. After asking for butter, they had those cold hard foil wrapped butter pads. Since they where cold cold, it was like trying to spread a rock onto your French Toast. Food was definitely sub-par. Overpriced, waited nearly 40 minutes for a bagel and burrito when the restaurant was empty. Lady working the register was rude and was not personable. the food was alright, but my issue is that i called asking if there was a wait she said no, when i got there i ordered a coffee and a burrito-- took them 20 minutes to make my food and then and extra 6 mins to take my food off the counter and put it in the bag and give it to me.. made me late for my appointment:/ the co owner was nice enough to reach out after this review but said i should've ordered ahead of time so that wouldn't happen‍ i hope everyone else has a better experience than me so please go order some food ahead of when you'll want it:) read more

So came here for lunch with my kiddos. I had past it many time but was a little wary of going in as other places around Central Point have not lived up to the hype, but seeing so many good reviews I thought it would be worth a shot. Unfortunately it was not. The kids got the French toast, the bacon and French toast were fine, not great just fine, but the egg was inedible, fried to oblivion. I ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese, they completely forgot my food I had to ask, and when I did they were cordial enough but not exactly friendly or apologetic. They got the soup right away which was tepid, and strangely bitter. Then after serving at least two other patrons who had ordered after me (one the exact same thing, I noticed his was steaming) I finally got my sandwich, which was also underwhelming. Probably won't be coming back. The ambience is great but the food and service are not worth the price. read more

Crater Cafe is one if not the best places to eat in Central Point. They have a variety of amazing foods from breakfast to lunch! I hate leaving negative reviews, and debated just not leaving a review, but I'm hoping other might be spared...Yesterday was my first time at Crater Cafe, my mom and I wanted to have breakfast together and decided to give Crater Cafe a try. I saw posted on the door that they were short staffed-no big deal we could wait. We got a little nervous when we got inside and saw 2 groups waiting and only 1 employee insight. We decided to give it a go anyways and ordered a couple coffees and 2 breakfasts. We sat down and chatted while we waited. More people came in. The coffee NEVER came. Our food came-mah, no drinks. I got up and asked, the lady says "oh I have it right here". She didn't, 10 more minutes go by. We finished our blah breakfast and asked again about coffee. A different girl said she will make it for us, but tells us that she doesn't have enough drip for the large coffee we ordered...super frustrating. read more

This place is a little gem! So cozy inside, I could bring a book and stay all day. I easily found a few items on the menu to try despite my many food allergies, even vegetarian options!
