Honda crosstour 2012

I had spent several months looking for a car with a low budget. I am a college student that did not have very much experience with car sales. Ryan did an exceptional job working with me and my family on getting the sale done. I did not once feel pressured on buying the car I bought and he listened to my personal car needs.

We had a great experience at Cransh! Found the first car for our new teenage driver. Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! We have another teenager set to drive in 2 years and we will shop first at Cransh Auto! Ask for Jason! He was our point person and did an incredible job!

Bad customer service. More interested in playing on phones than selling cars. Then act like jerks when you say something about it.

Overpriced and typical sleazy used car dealer. Don't waste your time or money there. This place is a joke.

Unfortunately Carmax cancelled the reservation three times. Each time I had to call to have the reservation reinstated. Today, my sister-in-law drive from OKC to Fort Worth to see the car. I drove from Sugar Land Texas. Before Arriving at Carmax, I telephoned to advise I would be paying cash by wire transfer from my bank. After arriving at Carmax at 11:30 am today, my sister-in-law did a test drive and was ready to conclude the purchase. After a one hour wait, we were advised Carmax would not release the car if we paid my wire transfer. At 2:00 pm I arranged for my bank in Houston to issue a cashier's check at their Fort Worth branch. We were advised the local branch would be closing at 3:00 pm today. We returned to Carmax at 2:30 pm and handed them the cashier's check. They spent the next 20 minutes trying validate the check drawn on Merrill Lynch! Finally at 3:51 pm we were allowed to take delivery of the car. Only a 4 hour wait. This was my third purchase from Carmax and unfortunately my last.

Instead, she asked us to take pictures of the car ourselves using the portal and send them for review. Why would I show up to this store to take pictures of my own car? The appraisal process is meant to be done in person for accuracy. This lazy lady and her manager are a total mess and a poor reflection on the company.

Then luckily I saw a CRV in my price point from Sam's on an aggregator site. I'd never heard of Sams so I started to research them on various sites--best reviews I'd seen in the metroplex. I called and they confirmed the car was on the lot. I headed out there quickly, was able to get a quick test drive in and kick the tires. Absolutely NO PRESSURE, I felt the price was fair, and they stand behind their vehicles with a 90day/4K mile warranty which gave me more confidence. I had a really good experience with them and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I bought a Kia Sorento on 9/11/24 and within a week it was overheating, so I checked the coolant levels and they were low, so I added more coolant. It was fine for about two weeks, and then we start hearing a clicking sounds and engine light came on. I got it checked out and they said It was misfiring. The same day it stops working all together so i had it towed to a shop where I'm told it's a crack engine and a gas leak. They gave me a 3 month warranty from a 3 party company that is not will to cover it at all. So it's going to cost me 20k to fix it when I only paid 11k for the car. I'm not happy at all. All within one month of having the car. They will not do anything to help out on it. Did I mention it was pd for with a cashier check in full?

I got pre approved for 4.59% apr at my bank, they say we can match that. They run my credit at the dealership and ask me to sign a 8 year payment plan at 9%. Then the fool said don't worry about the high interest, you can just refinance. This is the dumbest thing. He's admitting it's a bad deal and still has the nerve to sell it to me. With a loan rate at 9%, and 20k over the out the door price you'll pay for the car two times, by the time the loan term ends. They never even lowered the out the door price, but kept asking about monthly payments. All they do is stretch out the term from 60 to 96 months to make you think you saving money. But the longer you pay the more interest you pay on cars. Then got the nerve to say that's a good deal. Not only that the Mustang they showed me, the guy said had no recalls, I liked the vin up myself and it's 3 recalls on that single car they ain't fixed. Said it was a new 2026, the car is a used 2025. It's one thing I can't stand is liars. Walked right out of there. Ain't ever doing business with no Clay Cooley chain. EVER! A real salesman can sell a car under 20 minutes. I'll give you 30 mins. If I'm still there after a hour of "let me check with this guy," "let me work something," "don't worry about the overall price, just focus on the payments," "you're missing out on a good deal," I'm not buying car even if you gave to me for free. I heard how clay Cooley screw people over but now I seen it for myself. This was the worst I've ever experienced at a stealership. Pun intended.
