I'll admit, I'm usually skeptical about buying used cars from anyone, so I approached this with caution. I found CAMFleet through Cars.com, and what immediately stood out was their transparency. Each listing included a CarFax report right up front -- no hassle, no games. I could review the car's full history online before even visiting the lot. When I inspected the Matrix, I mentioned a few concerns -- brakes, windshield wipers, a light door rattle, an A/C recharge, and an OBD2 code check. Mac, the owner, was incredibly friendly, honest, and attentive. After listening carefully, he told me he'd take care of all the issues before pickup. All I had to do was leave a small deposit and return a few days later. True to his word, the car was ready, clean, and exactly as promised. My daughter loves it! He said "idk I bid on hundreds of cars a day and have no clue."(attitude) He put me on hold again. Came back on and said "sorry he had 5 people in front of me and didn't want to answer the same questions." I just said I was just trying to ask the proper questions and I felt I was met with very aggressive answers. He said "sorry it wasn't fast enough to for you". Which I never pushed at all. He kept being passive aggressive and full aggressive so I asked his name. He said "it's asshole!" I hung up. Horrible business and not worth continuing in business. I hope they get bought out. Extremely bad service. Go somewhere else like LKQ or anywhere else for that matter to find your parts. Never been met with that kind of negativity for trying to find a part for my toyota.

I washed my car today and discovered a dent at the bottom of driver side door. it looks like when they lifted my car to change the tire something hit it.
