This review is for the service department ONLY. Trevor and everyone in the the Autobahn Porsche Fort Worth service department are focused on nothing but complete customer satisfaction.Initially, I was reluctant to bring my Boxster S into this dealership for maintenance and window tinting. I had absolutely nothing to be concerned about. The service I received was outstanding! What did it for me? The listened. They communicated. And they cared. I have had such a personal experience from a service department before, but through a handful of phone calls and in-person discussions, Autobahn took the time to address each and every question or concern I had. They were honest in their pricing and contacted me before doing any work. I cannot recommend this service department enough! read more

I just recently moved to Fort Worth from Houston and warmly welcomed by Ray and Steve this morning. They gave me a brief tour of the floor and shared the exciting upcoming new campus vision. Steve went out of his way to share insights about FW and upcoming Porsche client events. High service quality! read more

autobahn porsche ft worth *****avoid david morrison and autobahn porsche in ft worth located at 2815 white settlement road at all cost!!!***** please read all reviews about this dealership and their brand of dealerships in the fort worth area- yelp- dealer rating - google. i wish i had read more about the autobahn dealerships before i purchased this vehicle. i would have saved a lot of misery of over promised and under delivered issues. they have the worst system in place for title and registration with no followup after you leave. nothing but a lot of david morrison telling me how he's on top of it...60 days later i'm still with0ut a tag or title in my state which requires a new vehicle be in place in 30 days. what a complete cluster of a purchase...... david morrison the gm has more issues going on at this dealership than he can handle. from the delivery to getting the tag and registration the porsche experience is quite horrific but .......mr. morrison knows it is and loves to tell you how "he's righting the ship" once you get your delivery, plan on nothing going well if you need anything from this dealership or the porsche experience you believe your paying for. and don't expect any help form porsche north american hq at all as their hands are tied to what their experience center does....this from pcna today. if you buy a ev from porsche - make sure you have someone help you set up the car or like me you will have to figure it out. there is a lot going on with a ev porsche. i had to book my own porsche experience just to learn how to plug it in and do all of the set up. nothing from this dealer on what to do after you get the macan ev. total tail light warranty with smoke and mirrors. *****avoid david morrison and autobahn porsche in ft worth located at 2815 white settlement road at all cost!!!***** even better - avoid all autobahn dealers and you will have a much better experience i should have gone with the porsche center in grapevine, texas. read more

Although we live closer to another dealership and actually bought the car at the Dallas dealership, we happily made the slightly longer drive to the amazing team at Autobahn for a recent service. Zach was my service advisor and was friendly, personable and responsive. He kept me informed and the waiting area is well stocked with automated espresso machine, snacks and wifi. Autobahn Porsche - Car Dealers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

(BUYER BEWARE) If I had to do it all over again I would not buy from Autobahn Porsche Fort Worth. I have agonized at writing this review but the final straw was sending an email earlier this week, and when before I would receive a response from Finance (Frain Salazar) or the General Manager (Jim Morrison), now it's nothing. Purchased a CPO 2021 Porsche Cayman T from Autobahn in Oct 24. When I received the car in Virginia, purchased it from out of state, it had body damage that the shipper noticed but Autobahn didn't. Called and after 2 weeks of back and forth they agreed to fix the issue at a local body shop of my choosing. Fixed it and all is well but I was without my new Porsche for one week. Additionally, the dealership has failed to provide the CPO checklist that I have requested numerous times. This leads me to believe it was either not done well or not done at all. The CPO process and package comes at a premium and is the only reason I bought this vehicle from the dealership...(Buyer Beware) I've been waiting for my registration now for 3 months and have not received it yet. Temp tag expired on Dec 17, 2024 and since then I've been unable to drive it or risk the possibility of getting ticketed. I have called the dealership and they have stated they can't issue a new temp tag as it may delay the registration process, mind you they don't know what stage the registration process is. The dealership, GM included, have now stopped returning my messages or emails. (Buyer Beware) Please be aware that once you leave the dealership and they have completed the sale you may or may not getting the Porsche experience and customer service we all pay for and hope to get. Finally, I write this review knowing that it will undoubtedly anger the dealership and most likely increase the lack of inattention or care to my situation but I feel morally obligated to inform other individuals who are deciding on whether or not to do business with Autobahn Porsche. Wife and bought our first Porsche, a 24 Macan base! It was an amazing buying process as our consultant Jackson made it all so easy. We are a family with both BMW and Mercedes vehicles and now in the Porsche family. We couldn't be more pleased with not only the service but the quality of our new car! Our next Porsche will certainly be a 911 to complement the Macan. Thanks Autobahn Porsche! read more

Autobahn Porsche - 2024 Porsche Macan - Car Dealers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Wanted to purchase a new vehicle the one I wanted to test drive had been sold and instead of offering me to test drive another one he simply just said sorry and walked away! lol I guess they don't need to make money or didn't want to sell me a Porsche! I surely hope it's not because I'm black! Well off to Tesla let's see how their customer service is because this place sucks! This was the 2nd attempt trying to purchase at this lot perhaps they should hire sales people that don't still have breast milk on their mouth! Clearly they aren't adults and not in the business to make money! What an imbecile' read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a 2018 Macan S from this dealership (Certified-Preowned) and they provided a clean carfax report. A while later, I was rear-ended at a stoplight. Once the vehicle was repaired, I talked to my insurance company about filing for loss of value. The insurance company came back to let me know the vehicle had been in TWO other accidents and a separate claim involving a rodent getting into the electrical. I called the dealership and currently just getting the runaround. Learn from my mistake, please!! read more

Me and my wife decide to purchase a new Macan so we decide to visit this dealership which is like 10' away from our home. We visited the location twice, cause the second time we were ready for the process. We never moved forward cause at this location the "Sales Professionals" as they have the title on their business cards, are young kids that because they "work" at a Porsche dealership, they think they own the world. The first time we spoke with Julio Echavarria, the "Sales Professional". Not sure what was his thoughts but we felt that we will jot move forward wjth the purchase. The second time, we spoke with a blonde "professional", also kid, but I don't remember his name. We didn't told him that we were there to place the order, but we told him that we have some questions regarding the configuration of the car. He wasn't interested to answer in detail so within 5' we were out. If you want to be treated nice, go to Porsche at Grapevinne. We place our order there and whole experience is in another level. The sales representatives are very nice and very welcoming. During those 5 months, our repr was in contact with us very often letting us know about the ETA. The location at Fort Worth is very sad, very small and I guess they cannot find the right people. Very sad to be treated like this when you ready to do a purchase of almost $100.000. We receiving our Porsche from Grapevine this Thursday!! read more

I recently turned sixty-two and my retired gift to myself is a 911. After an exhaustive nationwide search, I found the right car at Autobahn. I had seen the preliminary post for it but with few details but immediately sent a note for follow up. Keith Bietter followed up with me very quickly thereafter, it was a Sunday. For me this is a pretty special moment, my first 911 and Keith simply provided 110% customer satisfaction. From his initial follow up to ensuring every question was answered to helping me with all the details, etc... it was a seamless and enjoyable process. I flew into DFW and Keith picked me up on his day off, showed me the car, ensured I had a strong knowledge of operating it, and was in the rear-view mirror waving goodbye as I drove it home 1200miles. That was an amazing experience as well. If you are looking for a new or preowned Porsche, I very highly recommend Keith Bietter at Autobahn, make sure you ask for him. He is seriously the consummate professional and knows this is all about you and your experience. He helped make this process exciting, fun and a very fond memory! https://www.autobahnporsche.com/about-us/staff read more

First time Porsche owner and the team at Autobahn Porsche did an amazing job. Trenton in sales was great to work with. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family. Keep up the great work. read more

I always enjoy the service I receive. I genuinely feel like family every time I go in. Service is fast and everyone is always friendly.

Showing signs of being the only Porsche dealer in town, an attitude of arrogance. I had an appointment for an oil/filter change and it still took two hours, there's no way it takes two hours to do that. i've been there about ten times for an oil change and have never waited more than an hour/ 15 minutes, even without making an appointment. When I questioned it their attitude was I had to be mistaken. Next time I will use an independent, there are a few around. . read more

My story with Autobahn Porsche actually starts with my great experiences with Autobahn BMW. So, when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle, Autobahn was one of the places I checked out. The salesman was friendly, informative, and wasn't in a rush to get me outta there (since I told him up front I wasn't planning to even DRIVE anything that day, much less PURCHASE anything). I later found my "perfect" vehicle elsewhere, but when it came time for its first service, Autobahn was where I took it. Their service department was helpful, friendly, and DIDN'T do service that didn't need to be done (I asked them to check the alignment, in addition to other things that I knew needed to be done). Awesome folks and no pressure! I'll definitely be going back! :) read more

Always a great experience. I worked in the car business for many years and I didn't like that there was always a NO attitude.. Autobahn is and always has been a YES attitude when it comes to service. I'll keep buying cars from them and referring people to them, I think through the years I've bought 10. read more

I'm from North Carolina and when it finally came time to buy my 911 Turbo, I'd always planned to buy it there. But after spending a month working with the dealership, it wasn't happening. Price was never discussed. All I wanted was to spec a new car and get it 4 months later. A tip from my Schwab guy sent me to Autobahn. After an hour there, the car was spec'd and a call to Atlanta secured a spot. Unbelievable! And the car came in 6 weeks early too! read more

Started off on our purchase with a reference for a sales person form a friend with Our Country Homes - Brian. Shane was recommended and he was the best of my all my past car buying experiences. We decided on a car Friday and Saturday around noon I was driving away in a fabulous unbelievable car. Had not been to the dealership all was done on the phone so communication was exceptional. Was there for about an hour going through all the operating functions which was mind blowing with all the technology. One thing I need to locate today is the release for the gas fill. All the other functions will take time to learn. Porsche Cayman S sounds good VERY GOOD and switching from auto transmission to manual and speed shifting like a race car on the steering wheel is a thrill and lots of g force. This 4 cylinder twin turbo chargers is something else. read more

I was glad I brought my Cayenne Turbo in to be diagnosed, they were able to recreate the issue and diagnose the problem.
