Only to be fed BS about me taking the car to Firestone and how they are only trying to gouge me out of money and to bring it back to him and he would take care of the issues. My wife wanted to give him the benefit and took the car back to him and spent 3 hours at his dealership while he "fixed" the issues. He begged me to remove the negative review because it was hurting his business, so I reluctantly did since the engine codes were no longer coming on for a few weeks. I took the car to the Chevy dealership down from his lot for an oil change and decided to have them do a full diagnostic only to find that EVERYTHING Firestone said the vehicle needed (except tires) is wrong with this vehicle and that K1's idea of "fixing" the issues was that of a shade tree mechanic with little to no actual certifications. So instead of being out of almost $11,000 total for a "cash car" I am only out of about $9,800. I would definitely look elsewhere or at least ask to have a full diagnostic done before doing business with K1. Taking advantage of honest people not wanting to or not having the ability to spend a lot of money is what I find is this guy's specialty. If I wanted to spend almost $10,000 on a vehicle, I could have gone to real car lot and had it financed.

He said "idk I bid on hundreds of cars a day and have no clue."(attitude) He put me on hold again. Came back on and said "sorry he had 5 people in front of me and didn't want to answer the same questions." I just said I was just trying to ask the proper questions and I felt I was met with very aggressive answers. He said "sorry it wasn't fast enough to for you". Which I never pushed at all. He kept being passive aggressive and full aggressive so I asked his name. He said "it's asshole!" I hung up. Horrible business and not worth continuing in business. I hope they get bought out. Extremely bad service. Go somewhere else like LKQ or anywhere else for that matter to find your parts. Never been met with that kind of negativity for trying to find a part for my toyota.

His billing system and invoicing is easy to understand and itemized. We dropped the car off and it was ready when he said it would be. A lifetime warranty on the parts and he gave us a warranty for his labor. He explained everything to us and advised on next steps, if needed. It is challenging to find a good mechanic. It is impossible to find an honest mechanic. We were blessed to find both with Paul. Awesome guy and ethical in business. I don't have to look for another mechanic, he will get all of our business!
