As mentioned it's rarely quiet in there so take out is best overall. I recommend calling ahead for sliced deli meats or things like that as they really appreciate that. If you ever see the cherry cobbler in the fridge do not skip it - you'll regret that. Here's the inside tip - there is not a better Caesar salad with chicken this side of the Mississippi. He was incredibly helpful with picking the menu and his suggestions and questions helped to think through all of the details. When I was unsure, his suggestions were perfect. I was able to coordinate and plan from across the country and he managed everything locally including selecting the right room at the facility for our event. Little details to big were all handled perfectly and the evening was low stress for me. All of the guests commented on the food and the caterers with high complements.
