It took 1 day to look over the property and then it took 2 days to fully install 7 units on 3 floors and the basement. His team came in and went straight to work. The installation was neat and he will be coming back to prep the system for the summer. I recommended his service to 2 of my neighbors who have all contracted him after they saw my system working and the quality of his work. PS it also helps that he is highly rated on the Con Edison recommended contractors for installation of HVAC systems in NY.

They have fixed multiple issues with both units in my apartment and have maintained them during the hot NYC summers. I wouldn't go to or trust anyone else for working on my HVAC. Derrick explains what he thinks the issue is, what needs to be done to fix it and what possibly caused it. You can tell he's been doing it for 20 years and has never tried to oversell me on anything I don't need. This company is a shining light in a sea of untrustworthy traders. Anyone looking to have their HVAC fixed I would go with Dewpoint. (Kendra who runs the office is very helpful and understanding too!)

After many frustrating encounters with a dozen or so other AC contractors who either never called…read moreback or didn't bother to show up at the agreed-upon time (this seems to be an industry-wide phenomena), I finally found Dewpoint. Bottom line: they're the best. Derrick showed up on time and fully equipped to get to work, and he had my three central AC units (poorly installed by someone else) up and running in record time, at a fair price, despite it being the first hot spell of the summer season. Derrick walked me through the process, gave me repair/replace options and an estimated cost, and then got right to it. Polite, professional and thorough, it was a real (and rare) pleasure to deal with someone who knows his trade inside and out and takes pride in a job well done. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need HVAC service, these guys should be your first call.

When I tried to reach out for follow-up or a resolution, my calls and messages were ignored. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor communication made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this company -- save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable HVAC service that stands behind their work and respects their customers' time and money

My experience with the team from Panda HVAC was the most positive experience I have ever had with any contractor. This included my interaction with Tanya in the corperate office, who was instrumental in setting up all of my appointments. She was always pleasant and patient when explaining all charges. When the 1st team arrived (Imam and Thomas) my 1st thought was, "Oh no! How is it possible these guys are going to be able to handle such a big job of replacing my furnace and AC unit." They looked so young! Well, after their 1st day, I was completely impressed with both Iman and Thomas' professionalism and their level of expertise. Imam had scheduled vacation time during this project and he was replaced by Nazar a few days after. Nazar was equally skilled and I felt reassured that I was in good hands. There were a few unexpected challenges along the way but both Nazar and Thomas met them with great solutions. I was impressed with how neat their work was. They both went above and beyond every step of the way. They were both excellent trouble shooters! Even though this was a costly poject, I am so thankful that I chose Panda HVAC. They did an amazing job! They were pleasant to work with and I never had to worry that they were taking short cuts or incapable of handling the task at hand.

I sent him photographs of my old boiler that was in very bad conditions, he recommended replacing it as other companies did and gave us an estimate. His price was the most competitive so we decided to hire them. After replacing the new boiler I had to call National Grid to come and turn our gas back on which was only possible a few days later. Adrian came by again after to verify everything and making sure all radiators were working properly! After dealing with not so honest plumbers in the past and having to be without heat from almost 3 weeks, we are so glad we found ProCore. Definitely recommend it.

When my Mitsubishi central air conditioning system in my Manhattan apartment (Chelsea) abruptly stopped working in the middle of a heat wave the night before the July 4th holiday I was worried I would wait days (even weeks) to find a qualified repair. I called six different NYC HVAC repair companies and either couldn't reach anyone or was told that their first appointment was two weeks away. When I called ProCore (on the recommendation of a friend) I was immediately connected to a technician who listened to the situation and told me he would be there the next morning "first thing". At 8:30am two technicians arrived and immediately got to work. They solved the problem, fixed the system, and even made some minor adjustments to make my system more energy efficient. They were friendly, courteous, professional and obviously very good at their job. Their price was very reasonable - to the point where I gave both of them a little extra to thank them for their excellent work and for coming on a holiday early morning. My apartment immediately started cooling down and the system is working better than ever. Just to illustrate the professionalism: both technicians put "covers" on their shoes that they brought with them so they didn't bring any dirt on to my floor (without even being asked to do that). This is a FIVE STAR business and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs excellent HVAC / Air Conditioning services in NYC. In a city where there are many options - ProCore is the best of the best and I highly recommend them.
