The problem with our system wound up being much more complex than we originally anticipated due to an improper and unsafe electrical installation by our home's previous owners. Not only did Nick move heaven and Earth to obtain the needed part, but he honored our original price, despite the significant extra time and work that was involved in the repair. He explained everything he was dong as he did it and made a point of prioritizing doing the job correctly rather than cutting corners. ProTemp gets our highest possible recommendation.
