We had an overhead tv in front pf our table upfront the dance hall-good people shared the table with us and gave us best vantage point on both game & band. Fun night! We are from Seattle so thrilled for the Seahawks! They simply dominated this whole season and especially last night! Keep up the good work, boys! This place is very nice has lots of overhead tv with a large dance hall and prominent stage for bands to play. Service or lack their of a definite issue especially at checkout, I gave a good tip and I said thank you, the staff did not even acknowledge-we were so happy with our experience- both watching the game and the band-but definitely dampened by the unfriendly staff at checkout. What's with the ´titude? We did not order food. We ate at UJ before coming here. When we arrived-place was full-and then this nice gentleman offered to share the extra chairs in his table which was really kind-it did set the great mood & vibe but not by the staff workers but rather of the good patrons to this place-and yes, drinks my hubby had were pricey $24 each time, he was charged 8 drinks so not sure about that-oh well, it was a fun night-well worth game watching the Seahawks play against SF and seeing the Reflex at the same time! I was in the vicinity to attend an event and stopped by this spot. Parking was plenty even though there are other businesses sharing the same lot. They serve beer, wine, cocktails and food. They also have darts in the back if you want to play. I tried one or two of the cocktails they had. You first have to get a Self Pour Card from the host along with providing your form of payment. You then go to the Cocktails bay, grab one of the glasses - they had many to choose from, tap your card (where it says "Tap Here" and then pull the lever to get the level of drink you want to get - the screen will show you the number of ounces you got and the total cost up to that point. I love it. I tried 2 cocktails (Beth's Green Hawaii and Sweet Apple Pie) as in getting a taste, but settled on one and both were good - I enjoyed the taste. Enjoyed my experience here. Love and appreciate the self pour concept especially as an out of towner to try a variety of local craft beers. Lineup was above average with lots of offerings...not many rated overly high or rare but solid. Had the lunch chopped brisket sandwich with crinkle fries for a good lunch price. The seasoning on fries was fantastic. The Alabama bbq was elite as well. Brisket itself decent. The crispy tots on the side were golden perfection, and the pickles gave it a nice zing. The Mango Pineapple Sour is a refreshing choice for anyone looking to explore beyond the basics. Bright, tropical, and just the right amount of tang. Solid . The Cheese Quesadilla was simple and satisfying but didn't quite hit the same high notes as the rest. Still, a good sharable bite that earns a respectable . Customer Service? Impeccable. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Full for that. Walked into this place on a Wednesday night and had zero expectations walking in. However I immediately noticed that they had line dancing on Wednesday evenings. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that this was a self-serve place. You essentially get a card that's connected to your tab and go up to the tap and serve yourself however much you want of whichever drink. They have so many beers, ciders and even cocktails. There's a little digital screen that shows you how much you're being charged. I wish all taprooms and breweries did this! It's perfect for me as I don't usually like to drink a lot and sometimes have trouble finishing my drink. I will be returning for a girls night so we're able to try line dancing! read more

Tired of of dealing with slow well, then if I got the place for you, not only do you get to pour your own drinks when you really feel like it, but the staff here is incredibly attentive and quick the food is about what you would expect from a bar. Nothing overly special but solid. They always seems to be a decent crowd here but again not packed in crowd tends to be middle-aged to older so you don't get the spastic kids I think my favorite part about coming here is there's always good music regardless of the genre it might be country. It might be Rock or something in between, but there's always great music playing also they tend to have just about every sports game on the TV. read more

I was there on Saturday 9-20-26 to watch my grandson perform. I decided to order 2 Buffalo chicken dips. it took a long time so I went to get it "to go." When I finally got my order there was one small bowl, uncovered with chips. the bowl was about 3 1/2 inches wide. Rather small. I went back and let them know I had ordered and paid for 2. I was told that was a double portion. We paid just shy of 26.00. I wish I could post the picture. I was not treated well when I questioned the size. I know places get busy. I've worked food service yet, that really is no reason to not listen to the customer. I ended up leaving as I wasn't going to argue. I would just say, save your money. On a one-day-Virginia road trip, we were looking through tap lists of local breweries trying to decide who had the best IPA line-up. Craftworx was an instant win, with their self-pour wall format, they had a solid selection of local crafts and 'visiting crafts' on tap-separated by region, not style (which was a nice way to focus on local They had snifters, pint glasses, & flight boards w. white marker systems making it easy to create our own bar experience with reasonable prices per ounce We didn't opt into food but enjoyed sitting in the back bar area to play darts while tasting our flight choices. The ambiance was great! The staff was super helpful-checking in on us, though we were all set-it was nice to small talk about favorite beer styles & recommendations. We self-toured the place, observing their great space area offering a bar seating general tap room vibe, a private party event space in the back, and a front classic bar area offering a lot of liquor choices- so overall there was something for everyone. They also had a great tab card system, where we checked in with our credit card, got our tab card, and no need to check out with staff as they offer easy tip jar variety drop boxes ranging from %10-20. If you're in the area and looking for a place to relax or If you're in town for a show at Jiffy Lube Live then you should consider this place. It's about a ten-minute walk to JLL and is perfect for a pre-show beer. I was also impressed that despite their posted hours, they remained open after the show for those waiting on their Ubers. Pros: 1.) solid selection of local craft and domestics on tap. 2) nice selection of different types of drinks (pils, IPA, sour, porter, hef, wine, soda) 3.) staff is friendly and helpful. 4.) size is expansive and CLEAN. 5.) lots of food options Recommend: 1.) stay open just a few minutes later on concert nights at JLL (or offer a limited menu and beer offerings). read more

It has potential! When I walked in it was hard to tell who were staff and who were guests and it was unclear if we could simply seat ourselves. We did end up choosing to find a seat where we then tried to figure out how to order. There are 3 options--you can scan a QR code, hope a staff member comes over or order at the bar. Sadly the food was a big disappointment. My group had ordered the beer pretzel, wings, tater tots, cheese curds, fries and chicken tenders--all of which came out incredibly bland. None of it had a flavor or made us want more. The alcohol selection had plenty of options and is done in a cool pour it yourself concept. The vibe was pretty neutral, plenty of seating, overall clean. And they have fun events like karaoke. Overall, I could see it being a fun spot with some changes, especially to the food. I decided to give Craftworx a try today after driving by so many times. The place was pretty empty even for lunch at 1 pm, so that worried me a bit in terms of the food they serve. The place is dimly lit and feels a bit like a cave but I was okay with that. The beer taps are self pour if you are coming to drink and the food menu is a QR barcode on the table you sit at and ordered through Toasttab and then someone will bring the food to your table. Very little interaction with the staff. Now on to the food and service. I ordered the Brisket sandwich, onion rings, and chips and Queso dip. The food arrived in less than 5 minutes and that is not a joke, I was half way through pouring a flight of 4 beers before it showed up to the table. The brisket sandwich was underwhelming in presentation and the brisket was over cooked and dry. It was chopped up like it was supposed to be a steak and cheese meat on a Wawa sandwich. So it did it no favors in the look of it. Dry, brown, and lacking flavor. I would not be surprised if it was heated in a microwave and then thrown on the roll. Did I mention how dry it was? It was so dry they could have used to to clean up a spill and it would not have left a drop of liquid behind. They give you a mound of brisket though, maybe 8-10 oz worth but again it looks like cheesesteak meat at Wawa. The onion rings were okay, served with a side of ranch. The chips and Queso were what is to be expected with a place like this, cold, unsalted, and the Queso from a can heated and served. It developed a film across it within minutes of arriving at the table. All in all the only thing that didn't suck was the beer. I now understand why the place was empty even at lunch time, maybe they are busy in the evenings after people have eaten at other restaurants and just want to drink afterwards. I will most likely return to drink beer here but I will never eat the food again in the place. read more

We came hear to watch my girlfriends sisters last School of Rock performance, and it was an awesome venue to host it at! We ordered a bunch of food for the table, and all of it came out quickly. The only downside was the chips and salsa because there wasn't a lot of salsa or queso, so it was mostly just chips. The pretzel was the star of the show, as it was nice and hot and served with a nice side of cheese sauce and mustard that paired perfectly with it! The wings were really good, they were fried in a light batter, so there was a ton of meat. and the flatbread was super thing and delicious! The self-service tap system works great for samples, no getting stuck. Been to few sites like this, and this one operates perfectly. Room is comfortable , several seating options, High tops, low tables , wheelchair friendly , booths and "living room" style :). Great views of many TVS of a decent size for game day. This is a place that a group of friends can really be comfortable at. down side- food. the selections and quality are a bit poor. portion sizes are small, and prices a touch high. The pulled pork sandwich - bun and meat $8. ordering is painless using Toast App, but they need to figure out some better mouth clearing flavors. Onion rings were a horrid greasy mess. Beyond Beer ( like i care, but there is the wife) Soda (Coke Zero too) , Whiskey (great selection) and a few ciders and wine on tap too. Staff is really friendly and attentive, ready to answer questions. Bathrooms large and clean, and well lit. This has the potential to be a huge grand slam, but the food plan needs work. CraftWorx is a very interesting concept and has many excellent beers. The food was okay but there is room for improvement. Of what I had, the burnt ends plate was fine. The odd thing about the place was the tipping scheme. You are given a card linked to your credit card for using at the taps themselves, with the total tab amount charged to your card once you depart. When you leave, you are asked to leave your card in one of a series of boxes, each labelled with a different tip amount. Given you are getting your glasses and pouring your own beer, this is a bit odd. This plan is even stranger when you consider that you order your food via a QR code and tip on that as well. Although your interaction with the staff is minimal, this makes a little sense. Tipping for a drink service done entirely on your own, though, does not. read more

Then after you give your beer card back to them before leaving it goes in a tip box with no option for zero. Why am I tipping to get beer myself?!
