Friday night ordered ahead and when I showed up there were6 other pissed off people waiting for their food. I showed up late because they NEVER get food out on time at this location. One of the servers came out to tell us that the girl.who works the take out counter called out and the manager was cooking. Not to be harsh, but figure it out and close pickup orders. So...the online ordering was easy, the delivery arrived pretty close to on time. BUT the Traditional hot wings were not good at all. They were shriveled up and dry. But the sauce was good. The beer was cold. Note; I am not a big fan of reviewing; but this can't be left unsaid. Hadn't been to BWW ( this location ) in over a year, maybe 2. It was not very busy ( IMHO ) especially since it was the the NCAA woman's final game and Ovi had just bested Wayne Gretzky. We ( 4 of us ) sat in the bar area, which was maybe 15% full; the general seating was about the same, maybe slightly more. As I said; beer was cold, but that is where it stopped. The food orders were correct; but only 3 of 4 came out together with the 4th arriving about 5m later. None were hot by food standards, but passible. My burger was seemingly cooked as i asked; but the wings that the others ordered ( a mix of bone-in and boneless ) were dry, overcooked, and for the most part, pathetic looking. 2 of the guests were ordering some carryout for friends/family, and i tried to encourage not to get based on what we got. Wings and fried pickles are insanely overpriced and horrible at best served cold and sometimes refried, greasy, and shriveled up with hardly any meat on them. Stopped in with the family for some lunch today. Most of the restaurant was empty so I thought it would be a quick in and out, boy was I wrong. We placed our order and waited. Our drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time but the food took over 40 minutes and only half of the table received theirs. The last two orders came about 10 minutes or so after everyone else received their food. Two orders of fries were forgotten which we told the waitress. I ordered tater tots with my wings and they literally bent the plastic fork when trying to pick them up. It's was like they were left in the fryer and forgotten. Everyone finished their food and still no fries. When our waitress finally made her way back to us I told her to take the fries off our bill and to bring us the check. Ok, it's a sports bar. We showed up on Sunday evening around 7pm. The first round of NFL games were over and next round some time to go. No one greeted or seated us. We roamed around the main dining room looking for a booth. None clean or available and no staff to guide us. We ended up at a high top table in the bar area. Our server was friendly and got our beverages. We ordered our 3 meals and watched the many games on plentiful TV screens. My wife and I ordered one of their specials which was a bargain. Two entrees, two sides, two beverages. Our sons ordered a two-for also and a couple of beers. In a relatively short time two of our four meals came out. I have ordered a chicken dish with a side of tater tots and blue cheese dipping sauce. They brought my chicken with French fries and ranch dressing. One son got a chicken sandwich which came out in the first minutes. But the meals for my wife and other son didn't come out for nearly 20 more minutes. No sign of our server, I went in search of a bottle of ketchup. Eventually the server came out and said there was a backup at the fryer for wife and son's chicken wings. I would not order from this location. Ordered a delivery and after more than two hours received a text that said the order was cancelled and to contact BWW. I called and was told the delivery service picked up the order and an hour later informed BWW that they would not deliver because the order was "damaged ". I called BWW and they basically said it's not their problem because of the delivery service. They wouldn't refund my $30 plus. Unfortunately had a terrible experience with the service. Our server was not attentive, did not refill drinks, did not come around to take our order for nearly 45 minutes. While it was fairly busy which is understandable, it is not understandable when you are sitting watching your server blatantly ignore your table, then go stand by the bar and talk to friends, then disappear from the floor while other employees are running around helping their coworkers! Service was pretty good. This is a Buffalo Wild Wings like any other. My critique here is that I ordered 20 wings. 10 dry rub and 10 sauce and they are CHEAP on the sauce. Hardly any sauce at all.
