Customer service here is like 1 star at best. The place had hardly any customers and I stood there waiting forever to pick up my order( which was just sitting on the counter the whole time) while employees just talked and looked in my direction by would never come assist. Don't get me wrong - they have good wings but what they advertise on the menu is not what they give you. Ordered something that is advertised as pork belly tater tots yet there is no pork belly. Honestly feel scammed because it wasn't even a decent portion of tater tot's for nearly 10 dollars. They should really feel ashamed because this restaurant was once worth eating at. The staff look at you perplexed and don't bother addressing the issue when you bring it up. Honestly pathetic. Staff said there has never been pork belly. Lots of better options in the shopping center like Asian Garden and the new Peri Peri spot. Let's put this into perspective. They gave me 24 tater tots. No pork belly. That's roughly 43 cents per tater tot. If you've never worked in the food industry, they are making well over 60 percent in this one dish. My bet it's over 80 percent. read more

I was in the mood for chicken wings one evening - and placed a "to go" order for two kinds of wings (Terminal and Cajun), plus a burger and fries. When I placed the order, you are directed to select a "pick up" time. So I set my time, and then drove over. I was about 5 minutes early to the "pick up" time. The hostess went back to check on my order - and returned and told me my order would be out in a few minutes. In the end, my order came out 17 minutes after the "pick up" time. I ordered both types of wings with extra crispy skin - and the skin on the wings was not even close to being "crispy." So when I got home, I had to fire up the oven and throw the wings in to the oven to crisp them up. I also had to reheat the fries (but that is not Velocity Wings' fault. Fries will only stay hot for a short period of time). I was disappointed in the lack of heat/spice level with the wings. One of the two "flavors" I ordered was the "Terminal" wings. Not very hot at all. Disappointing. The burger was pretty good. I'll give this place another shot some time in the future. I hope they do better on the wings! #VelocityWings read more

Their manager Conner purposely turned the sound off during the NFL game, even though there was more than 4 minutes left in the game and there were patrons here watching the game. He refused to turn the sound on. This place is horrible and management is the worse. The bartenders are very nice and the servers are as well, but it's managed horrendously. We love our neighborhood restaurant/bar. It reminds me of Cheers - same faces all the time, fantastic staff - Cassie, Anna and Julia are the best bartenders in the area!
