We dropped in at the last minute on. Saturday night and, surprisingly we were seated immediately. A two top that has so much crap on it that it leaves little room to dine. Hubs ordered a 8 oz strip and me a 6 oz filet. Neither were cut correctly or would meet a weight test. Steaks were tender, but the cuts wrong. The muscle--dare I say gristle--through my cut was enough to confirm some slight-of-hand tricks are taking place in the kitchen. The onion appetizer was good for the first two or three petals. At some point the reality of the sodium level hits you and you're quickly done. I was disappointed in the meat and in the way our server handled our questioning the accuracy of our order. She gave zero f's that we clearly were not served what we ordered. My advice is to be more assertive if you're not satisfied with your food. The apathetic service, the $7.50 Stella longnecks, their nasty steak sauce (ask for A-1, not the house crap) and the upcharges for a tablespoon of blue cheese crumbles for a salad or a baked potato with anything more than butter makes this chain a HARD pass. read more

Dishonest management - I called because I saw on social media that kids eat free on Mondays, so I called before we went and was told BY A MANAGER that's correct and they give a free kids meal with each purchase of an adult entree. However, upon checkout we had 3 adult entrees and 3 kids meals charged. I spoke with the waitress who also spoke to her manager and they absolutely would not honor what I was told and they told me that's not a deal they run. They need to get on the same page and if one manager tells you something, they should honor that. This situation was not handled correctly or honestly. read more

I had only tried Texas Roadhouse, This being my second time trying it wasn't any less great as the last. I definitely can say that the Hype about the bread rolls is 100% understandable. The steak is amazing and if you get an appreciate make sure to get the Potato Skins! Our server was very nice and gave us recommendations about the menu! Went there for dinner last night. The food was not good really. I was surprised because the other times ive gone here it was good..The food took a long time to get to us and I noticed the food was not hot. The steak I had was ok just not hot and I ordered the vegetables which were carrots and broccoli. They had no flavor and the carrots were hard. My son's ordered a burger and one of them has stomach issues so he always makes sure he gets well done but halfway through his burger in the middle was raw. Due to the long wait receiving our food we didn't bother. Sending it back . We did tell the waiter and he looked at his slip and he said Yep, you ordered it well done, said nothing else about it and walked away. Probably won't be in a hurry to go back. read more

Place smells like an unkempt beer hall. Stinks of sour beer three days after a 24 hour keg party. It's okay as it goes away as you sit in after about ten minutes. FOOD- 4/5 I get this order every single time (New York strip with the 2 sides). Sometimes I change up the sides but for the most part, I can't pass up the corn and loaded sweet potato! The reason I gave it a star off is because I asked for a medium rare but I got a well done. Steak was not as good as it typically is because it was over cooked. SERVICE- 5/5 our waitress was super sweet. Didn't have to ask for a refill. She came by enough to ask if we needed anything. AMBIANCE- all Texas roadhouses have the same vibe. We had a really great experience here. We're a family with two toddlers so it's usually hard to go out to dinner but we were greeted quickly, sent to our table with hot rolls. The food came out super fast and our waitress was very attentive. Bryce (the manager?) came to our table and was really welcoming and gave us some coupons to return. Then the rest of our food came out and it was honestly, the best food I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Enough so for me to take time out to write a review. I was on my way home, hadn't had dinner and decided to pick it up and take it home. I typically avoid take-oiuit except for Chinese and Pizza. I was feelng adventerous, so II said to myself "Self, give it a try!" I'm glad I did! i ordered ONLINE. Easy and convenient! I ordered a 12 oz. Ribeye, Medium, a Baked Potato and a Caesar Salad. Everything was there. It was hot (except for the salad). Dressing and butter was included. So was their delicious rolls. My Dr. would argue, but I could make a meal out of their rolls and cinnamon butter. Mmmm! The steak was cooked and seasoned just right. The baked potato was NOT cut open, so it stayed hot and was wrapped in aluminum foil! The steak and potato were in a plastic lidded container that was a good 9" square. The salad is a separate styofoam, clamshell to keep it from absorbing the heat from the other items. The rolls were in a wax-impregnated bag to ensure warmth and freshness. The butter was in 2 cups, packaged separately in a plastic bag. Let's start with the bread. Omg it's so good. Warm soft bread we can't stop eating. They even have a little butter aside too. My son who is barely two years old is super picky eater loves their bread. The food was good. They are so nice. The waitress sees our son love the bread she even offers for us to take some home. Terrible experience. I came here for pre birthday dinner with a few family members after previously bringing groups here since they opened for celebrations. My fiance and I ordered prime rib while the others in my party ordered chicken. 20 min later we were told that there was no prime rib. We asked for another steak dish and they were out of that too! By this time, our friends had received their food and we still couldn't get a STEAK at a STEAKHOUSE. It was not busy or packed at all and the poor wait staff was so embarrassed. The manager cavalierly told us that he would give us some free French fries. Not a piece of cake, no singing of happy birthday (I asked for both and that was declined) but some FRENCH FRIES, to a 43 year old woman that came for a prime rib. Unfortunately, I left without having anything to eat. We will take our future celebrations elsewhere. read more

--Improving! I'm going with 4 stars only because the kitchen is still not consistent across our four different meal services, including three different meat selections. There's been a wide range of "cooked as ordered" that we've experienced during our visits to date. We've hardly scratched the surface when it comes to the appetizers, but the cactus blossom, and the rattlesnake bites are fair to average. The house salad is a good portion ratio of lettuce to the add ins and three for three (Blue Cheese, Ranch, and Thousand Island) dressings all made in house are great. The sweet yeast rolls are superior, remember to request extra whipped cinnamon spread. The Sirloin Steak was average but more medium well than medium as was described on the menu, which I want to believe made the chew much more tough than it would have been if grilled as ordered. The Filet on the other hand was grilled (medium) perfectly and deliciously seasoned. The side portion of ribs were nicely seasoned and the bbq sauce is great. However, one time they were tender and moist, the next time they were dry and fall apart flaky. The loaded mashed potato is really good too. The floor service (mid January, early February) has been consistently great. Our server Julia has really been the best we've encountered for a few years now (thanks to Covid Craziness which devastated restaurant industry service levels). Julia is consistently a FIVE STAR personality! Attentive, energetic, intelligent, organized, a true pleasure in such a fast paced environment. So it seems that the grand opening kinks reported early on i.e. newbie mishaps, slow food service and overall disappointing dining experiences have almost been reigned in. Now if the cooks in kitchen step it up another notch or two, 5 star reviews will become much more common place. read more

My first Texas Roadhouse experience, ever! It probably wasn't a great idea to visit on a Saturday night, because it was PACKED! I don't think I've ever seen so many people packed into a restaurant in my life. We called ahead and were added to the waitlist, but I think there's also an app where you can join the waitlist. We were able to "check in" online once we were in the parking lot, and surprisingly we were called in a few minutes later. Once inside and checked in at the host stand, we were told to stand to the side to wait for someone to show us to our table. This part felt a little disorganized and we really just felt in the way standing right in-front of the kitchen. We were sat in the back by the bathrooms, which was honestly fine with us. Again, it just felt really packed so we were happy to not have anyone behind us. Our server, Tanner, was super nice, quick and efficient! We had to start with the Cactus Blossum. My husband says he likes it more than the Outback Steakhouse Bloomin' Onion, but I think it could've been fried a little more. It needed more crisp! I won't bore anyone with all our entree orders-- spoiler alert, we all ordered steak. I REALLY liked my Filet Medallions. I was shocked because I usually never like restaurant steak. It was tender and cooked perfectly, also seasoned well. I also really liked the rice, I think it was seasoned with something but no sure what. Almost like some sort of mixture was poured over it. For $20 you get a TON of food with this meal. Along with the rice you get two additional sides. One member of our party ordered her steak medium/ medium well but received well-done. My husband and I both got ours medium-rare and it went more on the rare side. We didn't mind though. This restaurant is LOUD. Not only was the music loud, but it felt like every 5 minutes there was a birthday where all the servers shouted. Some of the servers also dance in the middle of the restaurant when a certain song comes on. So much going on! I also wish the bathrooms were bigger. The women's room only had 3 stalls and one was out of order. But at least they were clean! I'm giving 5-stars because this Texas Roadhouse was everything I thought it would be. Service was QUICK and the food was tasty. If we wanted a quiet, calm date night spot we obviously wouldn't have choosen Texas Roadhouse. Went for dinner last week. Service was great! That was a 5 star. The server was very attentive prompt on every aspect. Here comes the food comments..... I ordered a 16oz ribeye steak. It was horrible. It was gray in color and did not seem to have any appearance that was appealing it did not have any "grill" flavor to it. Was very underwhelming. The plates were TOO SMALL for the meals. I wish I had taken a picture of it. The steak was served on a MEDIUM OVAL plate and had two monkey dishes as well on the same plate for the sides. This made no sense to me at all. Asked the server about this and she said that was what it came on. No arguments with the server at all. I thanked her and went about the meal. Took a couple of bites from the steak and there was no seasoning on it. Did I mention that the meat was gray in color??? The blooming onion was delicious. Rolls were delicious too. The first time we sat in the back, no where near the front door and we could feel the AC blowing on us. Last night, same thing. And it wasn't just us; they were a lot of people (both visits) eating with their coats on. TAKE A MOMENT MANAGER, AND LOOK AROUND, YOU'LL SEE WHAT WE SAW. It was 30degr outside and they have the AC on?? As much as we'd like to visit a third time, we won't. It's just not enjoyable eating with your coat on. My kids, who are never cold, were complaining. (01/27/23) Tonight I was conflicted on choosing between heading out for dinner to grab a steak or stay at home and get BonChon wings delivered. Since after all the fees and tip, and all that, it would basically be the same price as a full steak dinner, I decided to head down to Texas RoadHouse. I got the same thing as I always do - The 12 oz Fort Worth Ribeye, with mashed potatoes and corn, with a Cactus Blossom (Fried Onion). Derek was my server and he seemed to be a really cool and direct to-the-point guy. No unnecessary conversation or questions - which I greatly appreciated. He kept the drinks topped up perfectly. There's nothing more annoying than being half-way thru a meal, reaching out and grabbing a cup of just ice. He was fantastic, and did a great job - I truly appreciated it. There are few that do this basic task this well. The food was quick to come out, and even though the Cactus Blossom and the steak came out within a minute or two of each other I wasn't upset, because I had ordered them both at the same time with no specifications on time spacing, it was actually nice to have it this way - no wasted time sitting and waiting for the next item. The food was all cooked wonderfully and tasted amazing. The steak was well trimmed, tender, and had a nice sear and char to it - just the right amount. The price was great - at $36.27, before tip, I couldn't have asked for a better night out alone; much better than the alternative of getting sub-par luke-warm food delivered to my house. read more

They were very busy so it took a long time to get the table and our food; but the meal ended up being really good! I enjoyed the catfish and grilled shrimp skewers. We also had the country fried chicken. They ran out of the white gravy, so we ended up with wing sauce lol, but it was still tasty. The rolls are of course delicious too!
