I recently came here with my sisters--a full party of 10 of us--and the service was incredibly swift for Sat during lunchtime. Our server didn't miss a beat with our large table and kept everything running smoothly. We had everything from the signature rolls, potato wedges ...to the steak cobb salad, fish and chips and the chile lime salmon and everything was decent. On 7/25/2026, my wife met my in-laws at Logan's roadhouse in Manassas. We had texas nachos and fried pickles as appetizers. Both we good. The fried pickles were nice and crispy. I ordered the smoked chicken, it's on the route 66 menu. I think it's called cedar plank chicken. The chicken was not tender and not completely cooked. Look at the second picture. I do understand that smoking meat, changes the color. I did not eat the darker colored meat, besides the color, the texture of the meat didn't feel right. I did show this to my server and the server spoke to the manager. They did Not comp my meal. They did offer a replacement, at that point, I wasn't interested. The potato wasn't horrible. This was some of the worst in restaurant food I've had in a while. First off the entrance is far from the parking lot. The interior is standard roadhouse style except it was very dark inside. I think they keep it like that so you don't know when you're eating. I got the 16oz ribeye with broccoli and rice. Until today every time I heard that conspiracy theory that they 3d print meat I always thought it was stupid. What I had couldn't be considered a ribeye. It was spongey and completely uniform. Very little fat and an almost non existent rib cap. The worst part is you couldn't even really see it in the dark. The broccoli was fine and the rice was bland. I got the apple and blueberry cobbler for dessert to try to lift the experience and it just dropped it further. The cobbler was bland with a bad texture. The only good thing was the icecream that came with it. The service was pleasant. Very over priced for what it was and if I ever go back I'll avoid the steaks and try something else. read more

My first mistake was ordering online and intending to get a fast and easy curb-side pickup. When I called to pickup, they couldn't initially locate my order. After some confusion, they finally found it and instructed me to come inside to pick it up. While waiting, I met another customer who mentioned she had been there for about ten minutes. I couldn't help but notice how unclean the area was, which left me feeling uneasy. The staff apologized for the delay, explaining they were waiting for the desserts. Eventually, they returned to inform me that they were out of one of the desserts and asked if I would like to choose something else. I agreed, and after a long wait, I finally received my order. Regrettably, I should have checked it. A few minutes later, I received a call stating that they had forgotten to include the desserts in the bag and would issue a refund for them. I was quite disappointed after all the time spent waiting for the "desserts". Upon getting home, I found that the salmon was dry and missing the sauce, the green beans were good, but the portion of rice was minimal, and the rolls were squished, so unable to really eat them. We shared several appetizers and they were all just okay - potato skins, chips and queso, fried pickles. I shared the French onion soup and steak Cobb salad for mains. The soup was randomly sweet and the salad was missing the avocado per the menu, and generally tasted pretty bland with chewy steak bits. Others has a few little issues, such as incorrectly made cocktails. Overall, a middle range experience. I had a really disappointing experience at a restaurant this past Sunday on jun 28.right when I got there I was greeted with workers smoking in the back of the restaurant and with the deck almost making me fall, the silverware was noticeably dirty, which was a huge turn off. To make matters worse, I found two brown hairs on my plate completely unappetizing. I ordered a steak, specifically asking for it to be well done, but it came out barely cooked. When I asked the server to send it back to the kitchen, she gave me a lot of attitude, complaining that the cooker was busy and it would take a long time. On Aug 17, 2025 we went to this location to celebrate a birthday, after seeing an instagram post about this place. When we arrived there was 4 people at the host stand and no one greeted us but one. Once we got to the table it wasn't cleaned (sticky to be exact). Our server was name Doug he was okay until he was rushing us as if the place was packed. Started taking drink orders and before all of us had placed one he was gone. Then as we started eating he was trying to keep cool but kept asking was there any else because he would leave and grab something every time he came back it was something else we needed. My salad had a piece of hair in it and my chicken was still pink. My friend who birthday we was celebrating. Yet I now understand why a competitor like Longhorn, is literally having success in its beef with your company. It all comes down to cost and food quality. Longhorn is cheaper. Okay your rolls are better than their bread, but that's not exemplary. The steak I order yesterday was medium, and not medium rare. That happens. Yet what really disappointed me was the cut. A lot of fat and no flavor. Boring to put it nicely. French fry portions were small, although kudos on a delicious sweet potato. Unfortunately I did have to do a curbside order due to an ankle injury. My son got his License today and this was supposed to be his celebration meal, per his request. Called when I arrive 5 mins after my expected time... said "we will be right out to you." Called 20 mins later, asked for a Manager and the food was brought out within 2-3 mins. Then we had items on the list that we didn't order and items we ordered but didn't receive. We pointed these out and it was quickly rectified, however I can't say enough how slow service was. Server was really nice too and recognized us from long ago. That's weird and cool at the same time. Anyway, my salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli was delicious and everyone else at the table enjoyed their meal as well. - oh! I do have a "complaint". Where are the macho nachos???????? No nachos on the menu anymore. That used to be the #1 reason I would come to Logans. All of my visits have pics of nachos. This particular Logan's sits on a lake in Manassas and offers outdoor dining options during the warmer months. They are generally pretty clean (there are peanut shells on the floor to be expected), service is generally lacking at this location and they don't offer a very wide selection of cocktails. It was never bad enough for us to stop frequenting this location, but more often than not, management is terrible at this location. We have often dealt with undercooked vegetables, missing orders, wrong pricing and overcooked steaks. Honestly, it's just hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes it's not so great. Eat here and take your chances...you might get them on a good day. Otherwise, there are other steakhouses to choose from. On the upside, they always have great coupons in the mailer. read more

I hate writing a bag review. Logan's i a western themed steakhouse much like Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. First the good: The server was on point and it was obviously not her first day on the job. The overall waitstaff worked well together, runner and other servers worked together to provide good service. The Ambiance: Inside was a bit dark following the western theme but there is a deck overlooking a lake/pond that is pleasant, although somewhat noisy. Food: this is where it all fell apart. My wife and I are retired and we watch our budget very closely so eating out is a luxury for us. I ordered the NY Strip and my wife the small sirloin. I know this is sort of a budget place although the prices are comparable to Longhorn and others like it, but the meat quality was substandard at best. The strip steak was overcooked, I ordered medium rare and it was closer to medium well. The flavor was okay but being overcooked just made it tougher than it should have been The piece of meat my wife got was closer to well done and she too ordered medium rare. More importantly the meat tasted off somehow and had a very not beef like texture. We returned it and the replacement was cooked closer to the proper temperature although still overcooked but still tasted off. I never let the failing of the back of the house impact my tip for the server. I doubt I will ever go back here again, which is a shame because I have frequented Logan's in a couple of North Carolina location and been happy with the product. read more

Me and my wife go there quite often it's kinda of a hit or miss when you order your food. What kind of portion you'll going to get according to who's cooking overall the food is good their prices for the salmon meal it's $24.14 with two people eating there with a tip you're at $60 if they continue their prices increase in the way they doing. I don't look to see this place to be in business much longer. The average person can't afford it. It's too expensive I also mentioned to the waiter that the portion of salmon that they gave me on my last visit like not very big at all I mentioned it was hit or miss and she says yeah I noticed that too. She never said anything about. Could I make it right? Could I get you another piece or take it back and would you like to talk to the manager? When the pandemic hit this place was closed over a year or a year and a half they close most of the Logan's roadhouse not too many of them are still older, but with the customer service and increase in prices, I'll be surprised if they last another year read more

This was my first time here and probably my last (out of free will, that is). It wasn't like the food was horrible....it was just the food was borderline not good. My steak was cooked to the requested temperature but...the sides were kind of sad. The beans seemed like they had been frozen and reheated as there was so much water coming out from them. The potatoes were ok. The real stars of the show were the free bread rolls (free, hot, and oh so good ), the brownie, and the cinnabun. The rolls made the wait tolerable, especially since we had just finished a service in the rain. We even ordered tow more orders to go. The dessert WAS DECEITFUL? The pictures of the desserts on the menu made them seem so normal sized! But when they came out? They were gigantic! I thought it was two portions on one plate but it was actually just once portion!
