We finially made it for just a normal lunch meal not an event. We were not dissapointed. We started with takoyaki and pork culet buns. Both full of flavor and the takoyaki has actual pieces of octopus, delicious We each had a spicy miso pork bowl. I had bbq pork and she had the short rib. Couldn't stop eating even though we were full. read more

We had been wanting to try this place for a long time, and today we finally got the chance. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. At the entrance, there's a little shopping area with a variety of Pokémon cards, snacks, and trinkets. You grab your choice of drink, they seat you, take your order, and you pay right away. The service was prompt and incredibly friendly. I ordered the Misola Spicy, which features a pork broth with Misola's special miso base, Misola spicy oil, pork belly chashu, a half seasoned soft-boiled egg, black mushrooms, green onions, red onions, and fried onions. My husband ordered the Spicy Creamy Chicken, which comes with chicken broth, Misola's special salt base, homemade chili oil, tandoori chicken, shredded chicken, a seasoned soft-boiled egg, black mushrooms, green onions, red onions, and fried onions. Both of our meals came out quickly, and the ramen was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to come back! read more

This place has the best ramen in town, and it's not even close. I literally stopped eating ramen after I moved to Omaha because everything was mid and overpriced. Then these guys opened their location off Dodge, and we are so back. The ramen, gyoza, chicken karaage - everything is done incredibly well. They also fly in guest chefs from Japan for special events on a semi-regular basis. I hope they find success with their first U.S. location. read more

Back at Misolado today. This place is seriously one of if not the best ramen in America. So freaking GOOD! The gyoza's when I close my eating them makes me feel like I'm back in Japan. The spicy miso ramen is phenomenal! So rich , velvety and delicious! So happy it's here in Omaha. read more

Definitely authentic tako yaki- I think i cannot eat tako yaki anywhere else in the US anymore without comparing. Ramen as good as the last time. And omg wagyu nigiri sushi - Slides down the throat Slice of tender wagyu steak nicely wrapped sushi rice. I cant praise this enough. I really do want to come back to try the restaurant without an event. Already attempted asking the hubs to move us to omaha. read more

Was just going to check out the menu, but it had such a large crowd, I figured the food had to be good so I took a seat. Excellent service and host smiled and spoke to everyone who walked through the door. Food presentation was excellent and taste to match. Price range was very reasonable. I will definitely be back. read more

Absolutely loved my first time at Misolado! I got the Misola Black with the deluxe toppings and it was fantastic - probably the best ramen I've ever had. The flavors were deep and varied which is always fun. The gyoza was also beautifully crispy. The staff was helpful asking if we needed more time or water and everything. The store itself is pretty fun to see all the candy and trinkets in the front - and how many drink options they have. read more

Exciting new ramen option in the Omaha area! The operating model is a little confusing the first time you visit, but it's one of the best ramen spots we've had in the area. When you first walk in, there is a queue area lined with many tempting snacks and drinks. If something catches your eye, you just pick it up on your way in and they will add it to your bill at the end. Then you get to the register, where you wait to be seated. Once seated, someone else will swing by the table to take your order and payment upfront. Again, a little unconventional, but it was nice not to have to wait for the check at the end since they were so busy. But the service is still very attentive and they will check in on you throughout the meal. We tried a few items off the menu and the black garlic ramen (Misola Black) was our favorite. The karaage & creamy chicken ramen were good as well but the misola broth is a highlight. They've only been open for a few weeks but it definitely gets busy! Recommend coming early if you can or be prepared to wait. Plenty of parking and great location though! read more

This is such a neat concept! Walking in was a little overwhelming at first. There's a lot going on between the busy cash wrap, the vivacious decor, and the fun commotion from the staff. But once you take it all in, it adds to the experience. The whole setup is meant to mirror an authentic ramen shop, and they really lean into it. There were tons of snacks, drinks, and even little toys you could order. The ramen itself was good, the noodles tasted fresh and the broth had great flavor. Overall a fun spot and a unique experience. I'd come back. read more

Food here is always excellent. It comes piping hot and in a timely manner. Service is great as well. The staff members greet you upon entry and exit, which came as a surprise to me. I went with a friend here to celebrate my late birthday here and I absolutely loved it! I loved the food and they were quick to serve us too. They had a aisle full of anime figures and a bunch of other cool things to buy too, which my friend absolutely loved and bought pokemon cards with other things. I thought it was also a nice touch to buy your food first and then eat. Giving us a better experience of the whole thing read more

First things first, definitely was a bit confused by the order of operations for seating/ordering food, for anyone considering eating here, do not be turned down by the fact it's a bit different from the norm! I loved the ability to go through their little shop and look at items and also pick out a drink prior to ordering the actual food. I ended up getting a mandarin orange drink that had little chunks of mandarin in it, super super good, like nothing I had ever tried before. You pay right after ordering everything you want, I was caught a bit off guard by it, but will know now for the next time. We ordered two apps: Misola bun: Absolutely amazing fried pork cutlet, will 100% be getting this every time I'm back. So juicy and tender, and the bun was delicious. Pork Gyoza: Delectable, love having gyoza in general, even more with my ramen, some of the best gyoza in Omaha hands down. Another item we'll be getting to share every time we're back. The mains: Misola Ramen: So freaking good, perfect for someone who is trying ramen out, or even for someone who has high ramen standards. The broth was amazing, and the pork fell apart in my mouth. The noodles were thick and rich, the egg cooked to perfection and after just having the leftovers for lunch today, were still amazing after being reheated. Creamy Chicken Ramen: My girlfriend got this and did say mine was better, but all in all still great, had a unique broth but same characteristics with the noodles and egg, chicken also had a unique seasoning, maybe not my taste but I am more of pork ramen guy. Still really good. Our servers, though there were multiple we interacted with, were all amazing and extremely courteous. We left stuffed, satisfied, and happy to know we'll be able to come back. So glad a cozy ramen house like this was opened, and in such a central spot in Omaha for us. I look forward to our next visit!! read more

This was sooo yummy. I love ramen and this is high on my list for sure. The ambiance was so cool. I love looking at all of the little trinkets, snacks and drinks and getting to grab those things before sitting down to eat. I thought that was so fun for drink options! We ordered the pork gyoza, a misola bun to share and then I got the creamy chicken ramen and my boyfriend got the misola ramen. Everything was delicious but I think this was the best gyoza i've ever had. I loved the crispy stuff on top. The bun was pretty good too. My creamy chicken ramen was very good, but I was jealous of my boyfriend's misola ramen. The flavor was insane, so delicious!! All of the staff we encountered were so nice and pleasant. They all genuinely seemed happy to be there! Such a great and unique dining experience. We will for sure be back. read more

Cool new ramen spot! I enjoy walking through all the different snacks and drinks. I also thought it was nice how you order and pay immediately so you're free to leave once finished. But even despite that the service was amazing. They are on top of it all. Good ramen. I wouldn't say it's my favorite in the city but very solid. I did think the pork ramen had more to offer flavor wise versus the chicken ramen. So maybe next time I'll have to give that a try. read more

Omaha finally has a ramen spot that feels truly Japanese. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt authentic even down to having a Japanese waitress, which really added to the atmosphere and confidence in the food. The concept brings authentic flavors directly from Japan, specifically originating from a group with a dumpling shop in Japan and experience in Tochigi Prefecture We tried several dishes and every single one impressed: Grand Opening Wagyu Ramen which was the star of the night. The broth was rich and deeply savory, layered with umami without being overly salty. The wagyu was tender and beautifully presented, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly jammy. You can tell the broth is slow-crafted, not rushed. Miso Black Garlic Ramen which is Bold and comforting. The black garlic oil gave the miso broth a smoky depth that paired really well with the noodles and pork. This one hits if you love stronger, roasted flavors. Wagyu Sashimi Nigiri which is Super fresh and melt-in-your-mouth. Lightly sauced with just enough wasabi to bring out the beef's natural sweetness without overpowering it. Karaage Fried Chicken which is Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and paired with a creamy sauce and soft scrambled egg. It felt like Japanese comfort food done right. Overall, this place delivers on both flavor and authenticity. The ramen tastes like something you'd find in Japan rather than an Americanized version, and the quality of ingredients (especially the wagyu) really stands out. If you're a ramen lover or craving something genuinely Japanese in Omaha, Omaha Crafted Ramen Misolado is absolutely worth a visit. This is easily one of the most legit ramen experiences in the city. read more

This is one of the best bowls of ramen that I've ever had. The broth is rich and the noodle texture is perfectly chewy. You first order your food at the counter, and you get a number. The food is served to you and is made to order. Inside, besides the food, they also sell various goods and souvenirs. There is lots of parking in the area. I would highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back. read more

The staff are great! They make the environment come to life! We were a large group and it was busy in there! They checked on us throughout the meal, but I noticed it was hard to keep water bottles (they serve water in a larger glass bottle for the table to share) on the table. No big deal! When we asked for something, they'd bring it! This was my first time trying ramen, so I do not have anything to compare it to, but I personally didn't like them not having a creamy version of a chicken ramen. It was salty, but someone said that was normal! I enjoyed it. I believe the next time I come I will try something else. My only complaint was it was really hot in there. It was a cool day out, which would make me concerned to come eat on a hot day. read more

Authentic ramen, delicious! Very clever to make you go through the "shop" to place your order. As our group has little ones, there were lots of little things to grab on your way to place your order. Lots of choices on the kids menu, for the vegetarian in our group, and meat lovers too. We chose the fried chicken and gyoza apps to start( yum!!), and ramen to finish. The portions are huge, but the staff was very helpful to offer to go boxes if you couldn't finish it all. Hint- I hear the wagyu beef special that they only offer on occasion is worth going back for! read more

WOWOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWOWOWOWWWWWWWOW! This place is AWESOME! It made me feel like I was back in Japan having a bowl at one of the corner shops. The waitress was so super kind and friendly, she answered all questions that my group had. The bowls are not crazy prices for the portions (see photo of my hand next to my ramen for size comparison). The Vegan Raman was AMAZING, stacked full of awesome, fresh veggies and I added an egg for extra protein! It was only $15 for the portion! The Brussel sprouts had a great sauce on them and were perfectly crispy. The MoMo sake was a great pairing with the food, not too sweet but also not too bitter. A nice creamy sake if you like that! We finished the meal with a cloud cake, it was PERFECTLY moist and fluffy! The ambiance is a little loud but in a good way, the kitchen is seen through the flap doors and open windows from the dining area into the line. I highly recommend coming here for an authentic ramen experience! read more

When you walk in, the first thing you'll see are super cute trinkets for sale. We picked two kitty blind boxes and they are super cute. They were about $6.50 each. You have the chance to select deserts and drinks before you're seated. Once you're seated, a waiter will bring you water and take your order. You will pay right then and there which is super convenient because you can just leave right after you finish eating! I ordered the mini rice bowl with the chicken kaarage and it was delicious! I loved the chicken and sauce. Everything was so flavorful and it was a fairly large portion for its price (about $6). I tried some of the tonkatsu ramen as well. The meat was so tender and the broth was really good. The takoyaki is some of the best I've ever tried. The interior is so pretty and all of the employees were super kind! Very interesting and new ramen place! They're quite unique with their menu and ordering process. It's very busy now since it's so new, but they have plenty of signs that explain the process. You wait in line between isles filled with collectables, toys, snacks, candy, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. You can grab whatever you want and pay for it when you request a seat. This time, we were told to grab our drinks and were given a seat. We ordered at the table and paid instantly after ordering. This is a little interesting- especially if you decide later you want more drinks. You'll have to pay again if you want to add anything on. I wasn't thrilled with my chicken curry. I was surprised that there was literally only one small piece of chicken in the entire dish. I'm not sure how or why it was brought to the table that way- but the staff brought me more chicken when we brought it up. I did enjoy the flavor of it and the rice was good. I wish I could have tried some ramen but they do not have any gluten free noodles unfortunately. The staff was friendly and the place is very beautiful and fun to look at. Service was quick despite how busy it was. read more

This is a good little ramen spot. It's definitely different from most restaurants, but you will not be disappointed! The atmosphere is super cute, the staff is super friendly and the food comes out super fast! It's small and is very crowded on more popular days so it's definitely not an intimate dining experience. Even though they are packed and the food comes out quick there were a couple of things I did not like. 1. I don't like that I had to pay up front, right after ordering and tipping before really even getting service. 2. The food comes out so fast that you feel rushed. Appetizers came out so quickly and then the food followed just minutes after, not really allowing you to enjoy your appetizers. Other than that I would recommend this spot! read more

Hubby and I were blown away by this place. We had low expectations especially with it being the grand opening. Service was swift and they were very kind and accommodating. They saw we had our young son and brought out a sling for his car seat . There was a line when we arrived for our time slot but we didn't wait for more than 15 minutes. I liked how you could grab your drink when you were in line. The ramen was absolutely delicious. The noodles blew us away. The wagyu was nicely seasoned and the broth was rich. Finally made it Misolado after hearing so many good things. My son and I went on a Friday at 12:15 for lunch, they open at noon. We waited in line, which winds through a fun little area of Japanese small gifts and candy, for about 15 minutes before reaching the counter to order. I ordered the Misola Black and he got the Misola Spicy. We also ordered the fried brussel sprouts to share. We were able to be seated at the last available table which was way in the back tucked in a corner. Our waitress and food came incredibly fast considering how busy they were. The brussels were perfectly cooked, crispy and spicy, had to stop myself to save room for the ramen. Our ramen was served shortly after and it was everything I wanted in a perfect bowl of ramen. Perfect amount of spice, noodles, mushrooms and onions. And the huge piece of pork belly was so tender there was no problem eating it with my chopsticks. I love soft boiled eggs and just wished it came with 2 halves instead of one, although I could have paid for more. The serving was huge, took home enough for another meal which was just as good the next day. The service was excellent, quite a few tables in a smaller space, and fun atmosphere, can't wait to go back. read more

Great ramen! I ordered the creamy chicken ramen with spicy oil on the side, my brother got the Misola ramen, my dad got the tonkotsu and my mom got the spicy miso ramen. I suck with spicy but I like a little bit of chili oil and I definitely put too much into my ramen, but it was still good. I was absolutely sweating my face off though. The noodles were delicious, thick, and chewy. I'm picky about my noodles for ramen and these were fantastic. The broth was creamy and delicious and the egg was great too. The gyoza was tasty. I would come back again! We talked to the workers and they said that the owner is from Japan. They do have you pay for your check in the beginning, so you have to tip them before receiving your meal unless you're doing a cash tip. I'm amazed by how popular this place is. Seems like the last place that was in this spot was hardly ever busy. We got there early - 5pm. Quickly seated. Nothing was explained about the self service drinks etc. Ordered some apps and then was approached by a different waitress asking for our order. Then another waitress showed up with our apps. Not 5 min later another waitress showed up with our ramen. Our orders were given to the wrong person at our table so had to do a bit of taste testing to find the correct ones. Ended up getting our final app halfway through the meal. Also you pay as soon as you order whether you are ordering more or getting drinks. The whole staff seemed confused and unorganized. Multiple wait staff also caused confusion. Seems as though this happened at multiple tables. All in all the food was ok. Noodles were good broth was a bit thin but flavorful. Perhaps they can get the bugs out but seems like there needs to be more organization. When we left there were about 30 people waiting to get in so there's that. One last thing is it's chopsticks only no silverware so if you are a bit of a novice be prepared and no condiments either. read more

Very nice new ramen spot In Omaha, in my personal opinion the best in the area so far. I believe that the noodles here are the best and the broth they serve is really rich. The ambience in the restaurant is really nice. You walk in and as soon as you do there is what seems to be somewhat of a mini shop area with snacks and cute toys you can purchase! You do have to pay for your food immediately upfront which for me is unusual at a dine-in restaurant but I'm okay with that because the food is really good. One thing to also try here is the sweet pepper chicken it is amazing. Service is very good as well, I do wish that there was more customization in terms of what you can add to the ramen. read more
