First time visiting on a Friday morning before work, I picked up a dozen of their original donuts, and they mixed the different original varieties into one box. Some of my co-workers really enjoyed them and commented that they liked how the donuts weren't overly sweet. If you're comparing them to Krispy Kreme original glazed, these are definitely on the less-sweet side, but they're also much bigger. Since I personally like my donuts a little sweeter, I may have to come back and try some of their specialty donuts before I can give them that 5th star. The prices for the regular donuts are pretty reasonable, especially considering the size. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. This review is not about the food or customer service in general--the food is good, and the staff is always very nice. I've been a regular customer for over a year, coming in about 3-4 times a week. Recently, though, there have been some consistency and communication issues. For example, I've been charged different prices for the exact same order by different staff members (including the owner and other employees). After it happened multiple times, I mentioned it to one of the employees, who apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. Another issue is the wait time. Whenever I call in my order ahead--usually 20 minutes in advance--I'm consistently told it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. However, when I arrive, it's often not ready, and I still have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes. I understand mornings can be busy, and delays happen, but I would really appreciate more accurate and honest time estimates. Today, I called in my order 22 minutes ahead. When I arrived, it still wasn't ready, and I was told it would take another 10-12 minutes. At that point, I had to leave. In total, it would have been over 30 minutes for a bagel with egg and cheese and a glazed donut. My main concern is communication. I value honesty, especially when I'm on a schedule. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency moving forward. read more

Do not order this place through Uber Eats. We order donuts for the office through Uber Eats, and they have gotten our order wrong twice now. The first time they didn't inform us that some of the donuts we ordered was out of stock. The just replaced it with a bunch of random donuts without letting us know. The interior is cozy and charming. There's a few tables for seating but it's mostly a shop you come in, pick up, and go about your day. Parking is available in a small lot right outside or in the back behind the building. Service was amazing and the employees were very friendly! The gentleman helping us had given us extra donuts on the house even though he didn't have to. I really appreciate their generosity! The donuts were delicious! Short version - excellent! I was in the mood for value for my dollar so I was drawn to the half dozen promotion. They have a great selection of regular donuts including many of my favorites like glazed, maple, and coconut. They also have a tasty selection of fancy/signature donuts. I am going to go back to try some of the fancier options. The donuts I had were all what most folks would consider traditional, fluffy donuts. They are on the larger side and six kept me going for two days. They tasted just as great after two days on my counter as the first day which means they were fresh right from when I ordered. In addition to donuts, they have a nice cafe menu with coffee and tea drinks as well as bagels, sandwiches and more. The people behind the counter were helpful, friendly and patient which I appreciate since I always struggle to pick multiple donuts. They were also very kind. I saw them assist a person who was struggling and came in looking for water. The shop is small and has a few seating options. I like the logo and the simple decor. It is in a strip mall with parking but it seems like it could get a little tricky to find parking at times. The donuts are high quality, inexpensive, and the staff are genuinely kind. They offer cake and raised donuts in an impressive variety of creative flavors, along with all the classics you could hope to find. On a Saturday at 10am, the case was fully stocked. This shop is small, but the bakery case is massive. A box of 7 donuts only set me back about $15. My favorite of my selections was the classic raised/glazed, which was fluffy, melt in your mouth perfection. All of the raised donuts tasted fresh, with a soft pillowy texture.
