Very below average place.. tasted very artificial and boba was kind of hard. I got the strawberry mango fruit tea less sweet which was fine but I tried my friend's strawberry milk tea and it was SO bright pink and sweet that tasted like cough syrup lowkey. Both milk tea flavors I tried just tasted like milk which is def not worth 8 dollars lol. Also one of the drink cups cracked and spilled all over my friend and her new white shoes. The milk tea was pretty average. I did enjoy it and it looked really good, but something just wasn't hitting. The boba itself was good and wasn't hard. The service was good. They had one person working in the back and she was friendly and helpful. I guess they still have their Covid layout in 2024. The chairs and tables all pushed to the wall with about 6 chairs and a bench for seating. Are you aware your shop is out of Boba tapioca? We Went there today to get tapioca boba tea and they're out of Boba tapioca and they were not making any more for the day and sent us away even though the store did not close for 3 more hours! Wasted time and a drive. And phone does not work for calling ahead for orders. This Very frustrating. The drinks are good, but the service is terrible and very long lines. They run out of everything and their phone doesn't work so it's not worth the trip. read more

Pretty great boba options. some things on the menu are delicious. My only issue is they oddly run out of boba often. I've gone maybe 5 times and they were out of boba more than half of that. Service is quick and the team members are nice. Was around the area and wanted some boba. It's rarely to find a boba place at the part of town so I searched and searched and settled on this place. The cashier was very throughly with explaining me their speciality drinks. I ended up with the mango craft tea and really liked it. Most mango drinks is too syrupy but this tasted more natural. What I really like about this place beside the taste of the tea is the volume. The cup is not filled with tons of ice like many boba places. I always get so triggered even if I ask for less ice. It's hard to find this location at first bc they don't actually have a sign. It's located inside ZAAP Lao/Thai restaurant. So definitely give this place a try. read more

Yikes. I wouldn't waste my time here guys for drinks. The service is patient and kind in answering all questions, but super slow in preparing my drink. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to get out a classic milk tea with boba. It's located inside a restaurant. When I went, there were only 5 people in the restaurant, and everyone was already served. I think she was taking care of some online orders before mine. I tried their Classic milk tea ($4) with boba ($0.50) so for $4.50 + tax + tip I got about $6 of cold milk with some tea flavor. Sincerely, it tasted like a Lipton iced tea bag was dropped in cold milk and that was it. Totally not worth it. A complete waste of money as far as the drink is concerned. I havnt tried their bubble cones or mochi items and based on some pictures I want to believe it's good. While waiting for my drink, I watched the staff *attempt to make a bubble cone, but don't think it was very fruitful. read more

Spending a Rainey afternoon at this little tea place. It's kinda hard to find... it's a little stand inside ZaaP kitchen. Bubble tea, bubble waffle, and Mochi ice cream. My two daughters were in heaven. They loved picking out the flavors of mochi ice cream. Word of advice, you gotta eat them quickly because once the ice cream starts melting, it can become very very messy. We brought our laptops and sat for a bit. Minecrafting and snacking. If you want something refreshing but not too sweet the peach tea with aloe Vera is my favorite. The staff is also very friendly. My wife wanted boba and this place was the closet to us at the time. We had a bit of a hard time finding it since it's inside a Thai restaurant and there is no sign outside to identify it. Since my wife and I were there for boba we didn't pay much attention to the Thai restaurant and went straight to the boba counter. We ordered a coconut slush with tapioca and a taro slush with mango poppers. We then sat down and waited for our drinks. It took about 10-12 minutes for us to get our drinks. The boba counter is pretty small and it looked like they were working on a order before ours. My wife really enjoyed her taro slush. My wife is extremely picky so for her to enjoy her drink is rare. I thought the coconut slush needed to be blended better. There were ice chucks throughout the drink. The flavors were good and the tapioca was cooked well. Overall this is a good spot for boba but not great. Since there are not many options for boba in the area this place will do. Worth a shot if your in the mood for a drink. read more

I LOVE this boba place! There are one of the few (if not the only one nearby) that is open early on Sunday mornings, which makes it the perfect spot to grab boba before a morning walk. I loved the Lemon Berry tea (it had fun berry pieces floating in it) with strawberry popping boba, and got it again when I went back! There is definitely something for everyone as they have smoothies, juices, and lots of different (milk) teas. During the COVID pandemic, I am more worried going in to places to pick up orders (like Fat Straws which is always SO crowded), but both times I have been I felt more than comfortable! There was even a new policy the last time I went where staff members gave the wrapped straws instead of customers grabbing from the jar!
