Cute little shop with a few tables and chairs but most people tend to take their drink togo. There are two tablet orders and 1 register so ordering is very easy and quick. Drinks come out fairly quick too and you can grab everything you need like napkins and straws at pickup. The drinks were consistent to other locations and delicious! My favorite drink here has to be the Creme Bruele milk tea!

Solid boba tea! We got the tarot milk tea and thought it was great. Would come back and try more flavors.

Very busy location but amazing drinks as always!! The mango au lait is my favorite, and it never disappoints. It's creamy, fruity, refreshing, and sweet. I add crystal boba and it's a great match. The store is pretty small with limited seating ; about 4 tables with 2 chairs each. It's located on a very busy street with a ton of other restaurants and shops and bars!! There was a market going on on the same street, so lots of people. Parking was super hard. All the spots in front of the shop were taken, and we couldn't find a lot for feng cha customers. The lots behind were for other stores. But we parked there temporarily and weren't towed thankfully.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Value: 4/5 ---- My favorite local boba shop in Dallas proper. I'm an old grandma by now so I do have to gripe about the difficult parking at times in the area since Lower Greenville is always popping, but the staff here are friendly and the boba is delicious. I do wish they were open later too, selfishly, but I bet they also wish that were the case. Overall, no complaints, so thankful they're close to me!

Taro Breeze, 200% sweet and didn't taste like anything but milk and ice.

Every time I come here the tea is unflavored. I order 200% sweetness every time and never has it been flavorful. I order the same drink at the Arlington or Hrabd Prarie location and it's perfect. This location sucks and shouldn't exist. I hate coming here, I'd rather drive 35+ minutes to Arlington.

This spot was great! I was super impressed with the boba to tea ratio in my Rose Oolong tea. It was pretty sweet tho, I'd opt for 50% sweetness next time. There was only one person in front of me in line so the service was pretty fast. I decided to go here to get some work done and for the most part it was chill and east to work. It's a super small café on Lower Greenville so it can get loud (make sure to bring headphones).

SoCal Resident visiting Texas here. I was craving oolong milk tea but had no where to go, I saw this spot and tried it out. You are able to adjust sweetness ( I got 25%), milk level (I definitely asked for more tea and milk), and ice level. My cashier/barista knew what I was craving and made my drink herself, despite it being an average level of busy. With this type of hospitality, professionalism, and convenience, everything exceeded my expectations of a boba-run in Texas. Places to sit and cute artwork so if you're on the search for boba and don't know where to go, this is a nice spot, I recommend parking at the nearby dirt lot

I'll definitely be back! This store is located directly off of Greenville Avenue so parking might be an issue but it's worth a little walk. They have a lot of options, the cafe is cute, the customer service is great and most importantly, they have yummy boba tea. I ordered the grapefruit tea and the kiwi basil tea. I also like the fact that they asked me about the ice and sugar level. Like I said, I'll be back.

Some of the best boba I've had. Creamy with big flavors and great tapioca. I understand why it's a local favorite!

I love the drinks here, but man I can't get behind the boba. It's slightly chewy but not really bouncy. In addition to that, it's completely flavorless. Would help to marinate it a bit in honey, sugar, or anything else. Thus it's pretty average at 3. Creme brulee and dirty boba are some of the best brown sugar and sweet dessert-like drinks I've had, but the toppings hold it back. The ratio between the sweetness and creaminess is great and they mix cleanly to create that caramelly, Hokkaido milk tea taste. I'd rather have firmer boba if it had some sustenance and flavor because otherwise I'm just chewing to get my jaw moving, it's really senseless. I'd opt for other toppings if I revisit, likely grass jelly or crystal boba as those are very standard and impossible to do wrong.

The dirty taro is a fav! It's made with the actual taro root so it's not too sweet and has some texture which I love l!

This is probably one of my favorite bubble tea places to visit whenever I'm back in DFW. From the…read morecreators of the original bubble tea in Taiwan (Chun Shui Tang), they're famous for their tieguanyin tea which is a type of oolong. If you want it in milk tea form, be sure to order either the TP, QQ, or 3Q Milk teas. My go to orders are either the 3Q (which comes with these qq tapioca noodles you don't see anywhere else, boba, and coffee jelly), or the TP Tea and I add grass jelly and sago to that if I'm trying to be "healthier". I also get the Mango Pomelo Sago if I'm not feeling like milk tea and it's one of my favorite places to get it. There's self-service ordering machines if they're busy, or they can also take your order at the counter if not. The drinks are consistent and come out the way I like it every time. They have some tables you can sit at to hang out with friends, or to do some work during the day. I'm hoping they open a location in Austin sometime, I would LOVE that!

We came here as a pit stop and I'm so glad we found this place. I got the regular milk tea and…read morecoffee jelly! I was still able to taste the tea and it was super good. I could tell they put effort into their milk tea. I would love to come back to try other flavors. I wish they had one where I lived. Employees were efficient. Parking lot around the plaza.
