I went to this place with my friend for boba after work. I was surprised how many flavors and add in options they had! The inside is pretty topical themed and well decorated. They have a large mural resembling a beach. Would be a great place to relax. I had the chai tea latte flavor and my friend had the almond flavor and both were really good. At $6 it's a bit pricey but worth it if you want to treat yourself. I liked the flavors and the texture of the boba a lot. If I lived nearby I would definitely come back. The girl who manages this place - forgot her name - she's been working there for a while, trains the new staff, she's on her way to college this Fall, but she was really mature and professional and patient. I didn't know what I wanted initially, so I asked her for feedback and opinions. She asked me for my preferences - and I wanted something not so sweet, flavorful, with a kick. She recommended the Coconut Milk Tea or Coffee. She knew her stuff when it came to these drinks, helped me sort through, was very patient, communicated well, she was eager to make sure I was happy and pleased. Stopped in here after eating Sum Dang Good Chinese across the street. It's nice that it's within walking distance and pretty easy to find. We walked in and we're instantly greeted. The menu was easy to understand and similar to other boba places I've been to. I ordered a coffee boba and my boyfriend ordered a chia latte type boba drink. While we waited we took a seat and enjoyed the decor and saw that they had a little table of games to chose from. We had plans to go after we got our drinks otherwise we may have busted out a game to play. After about 10 min our drinks were ready and they were definitely tasty! Many boba places use sugar or syrup to get away with masking actual tea flavor, and this place's tea tastes more like sugar water or weak tea rather than the natural bitterness of green/black tea. Ambiance 5 stars: cute, clean, lots of games to play - Jenga, candy land, snakes and ladders, Uno, get a clue etc. I ordered: 1) Passion Fruit Tea with Crystal Boba and Aloe Vera, classic - 5/5 2) Coconut Tea with pearls and egg pudding - 3/5 supposed to be a favorite here but I was seriously Disappointed, I got light ice but the tea was not strong and the coconut flavor was non-existent. 3) Strawberry Horchata with Lychee coconut jelly - this is a new favorite, the jelly wasn't good but the tea was, highly recommend. - 7/5 4) Lavender macaron ice cream sandwich - not good at $8 a pop I'd expect a good amount of flavor, it was too sweet and all I tasted was sugar unfortunately. I was on my way to/ from Bishop Arts District last weekend and stumbled upon Craft Boba tea on my way...which is right across from Art Park, so it may be a great pit stop before getting food across the street. When I came in, the shop wasn't too busy and the staff was welcoming! I ordered a hot jasmine green tea and it was fragrant and strong which paired well with the honey I added in. I believe they brew and steep the teas for a bit longer than a lot of other tea spots do too which I appreciated as I enjoy a more robust flavor in teas. Walked in at 8:30pm yelp says they close at 9:30pm so I had no idea that was not the case. I tried ordering they said they had no tapioca boba. So I changed my drink order to accommodate that. I then tried to order one of their slushes (which is on the menu) then the cashier says they don't do slushes.
