Fantastic drinks, efficient service. I prefer the order screens so I can make any drink modifications. Would recommend any location

Feng Cha is great! It's nice that you can order super quickly with their kiosks and the boba never disappoints. Definitely a place that I come to regularly with friends! read more

BEST MATCHA I'VE EVER TASTED!!! I'm a HUGE Matcha drinker and I know the difference between quality vs cheap tasting Matcha. This location definitely uses the ceremonial grade. The boba is also really fresh as well, nothing crumbly or tough about it. The ambience upon arrival was perfect: chill music, vibrant colors, and easy to read menus (it had a good flow of organization pretty much). I can't forget to brag on the staff as well, very nice group of people!!! read more

Feng Cha - Left: Matcha tea Late with tapioca pearls Right: Matcha tea late with tapioca pearls and cheese foam on top - Bubble Tea Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I got their matcha breeze with crystal boba. They were out of the regular tapioca boba so I opted for the crystal boba. It was a clear, jelly like consistency and rather chewy. I still prefer the regular boba. The drink wasn't as good as the first time I had it -- the cheese foam had no flavor! Not sure what went wrong, but I would still come back. read more

So happy this place is open! Best boba in the big D. Their drinks and desserts are poppin. 10/10

I thought this was such a cute little spot on the strip in Greenville. There's a really nice looking mural painted on the inside if you're an Instagram junkie like myself. I'm a Kung Fu Tea kinda girl when it comes to boba, but I had to check this place out to see if it was comparable. They don't have as much of a variety as I would've liked but I tried the Oolong just to be on the safe side - cuz it's pretty hard to mess that up. There was no wait and the person making my tea was very fast. I probably waited one minute total and I thought that was awesome! I love the containers the boba comes in - I'm honestly not sure if the cup is plastic or not but it looks like they spent good money and presentation means a lot to me. Taste wise - I would give this place a 7/10. I can't put my finger on it but the flavor just was giving what I wanted it to. It still was above average though and on a hot day like today it was still refreshing. After trying this place I think I'll stay loyal to Kung Fu, but my experience here was very good! read more

You will not get a water down flavorless drink here. Anytime I can, I go here to spoil myself with a good drink. My favorite is the Thai milk tea with boba! read more

Imagine: it's a beautiful fall day and your work bff has a new boba tea suggestion. You drive from your bustling office to the scenic street of Greenville for an afternoon pick me up. After the store clerk suggests the Dirty Boba, you think "I always get Taro, I should try the suggestion". BEHOLD you were handed this magnificent drink. It was more than the "tasty beverage" that the website meagerly describes it as. It was one of the best boba teas I have ever had. I am so excited to return and try another drink (or stick with the amazing one I just had!) read more

Feng Cha - Crime Brûlée Dirty Boba, Dirty Boba - Bubble Tea Near Me - Dallas, Texas

This was nicely boba tea location. Beautifully designed with some seating in the back of the restaurant. Feng Cha is in Lower Greenville. I remember when Greenville used to be full of bars and nightclubs. The Tea here is good, and I like that you are able to customize your order from the sweetness to the amount of ice in your drink. This place is a great addition to Greenville. read more

Feng Cha - Bubble Tea Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Surprisingly good. Not sure why I wasn't expecting much, but I really enjoyed my iced matcha latte and their boba is nice and chewy. I'm sure we'll be back for our boba fix since this is the closest (and best) option near us. read more

Ordered the creme brûlée dirty boba, taro milk tea, and oreo cheese milk tea. The creme brûlée dirty boba had many layers. The top was a salty warm cream layer with burnt crisp pieces, the middle was the "dirty" part with brown sugar sweetness, and the bottom was boba (great texture) mixed with syrup. The taro milk tea was better than other places I've tried, flavor was subtle and not too overwhelming. Also ordered the oreo cheese milk tea which had the similar layering as the creme brûlée, but was lighter. read more

I love fang cha's tea. The 1 star is for their new environmentally friendly straw-free cup. Let's be real. It's a soft flexible cup with a lid that won't sit tight no matter what you do. In short, a dribble cup. Next time, I won't fall for this trick. I'll demand a straw. read more

Wish I would've remembered to take a pic! Probably the best boba I've ever had in Dallas! I always get the taro milk tea w/less boba. Less ice and lite sweet. So good! They have different sugar and ice customization so you can personalize it. The staff was nice. Had some indoor and out door seating as well! If you haven't had boba from here you really are missing out on a great place! read more

I go to Feng Cha a lot. The Coppell, Carrollton, and Addison branches are all very solid. I usually go for the kiwi basil or citrus lord. But I had their mango paradise (I may have the wrong name) recently and it was delicious. Sago and grapefruit topped with a mango blend. Perfect for this heat wave we're still in. read more

really great drinks! Had a mango milk tea that was the tastiest boba drink I have probably ever had. Wife had a dirty boba that was too sweet but nonetheless also tasty. Drink turn around was quick and service was kind! Will be back! read more

Ordered Citrus Lord and Milk Green tea, both of them without ice. The tea flavors were very light, we felt that the tea barista just added water into our drinks (instead of filling up the cups with the original team/drink) to make up the difference without ice, and therefore the drinks were diluted. Thing like this just shows the owner cares more about making profit, and careless the product quality they put out. read more

Worse customer service experience I've had. I called on time for my order to be canceled and they refused to refund the order. Spent $14 just to not receive any food from the location, no sort of compensation. Disappointing. read more

Their milk tea is pretty good for the area. I got the classic black milk tea with boba. The boba was a bit hard and tasted like it had been sitting for some time. However the tea at 75% sweetness was good and not too sweet either. I'll definitely return though! read more

This place is . Great drinks, just wish they opened earlier so I could get a morning Vietnamese coffee.

The best boba shop in Dallas. The tea tastes like tea; the portions are big and the boba is fresh. I love the containers they use as well and the shop is always super clean. read more

The man that helped us was very generous! An hour after they closed the owner was in the store and took my boyfriend and I in. He advised that their hour (for now) are until 7. There was no ETA when normal hours were to be back. Again service was 100000/10 :) read more

Awesome place! Great vibe . Perfect location. The customer service is amazing. It was busy today and they handled it really well. Kudos to the two nice young ladies behind the counter. I'll definitely go back! read more

One of my go-to boba places within the Dallas city limits. I've always had an efficient experience here, both ordering in-person or via their app. The interior decor is cute. It's on the smaller side with just a few tables. The mango au-lait is a common order of mine. A nice fresh mango flavor that taste authentic. I think one of Feng Cha's strengths is the quality of their tapioca balls, which has a pleasant chew to them. I've found their teas to not be overly sweet as some other places can be. read more

I frequent here and they make the most amazing bubble tea ever! Every time I go there the workers are quick and friendly. Not to mention the boba. They make the best boba out there and I highly recommend them. The boba is high quality and very good. They make it as good here as Taiwan itself! If you are looking for a good place to get bubble tea than this is one of the beat places to go. read more

The dirty boba (without the cheese foam because we played it safe) was the perfect drink! The matcha latte was a close second that was also pretty tasty. The boba was really fresh, just the right touch to complete a perfect desert after dinner. Their wall art was great for photos and the interior seating was perfect to keep warm from the cold weather. Definitely recommend! read more

Amazing bobA. Never misses. Always slaps. I've tried a few different things here and never not liked it

Waited 30 minutes for a multi drink order that never materialized. No explanation or apology from staff.

Feng Cha has very kind owners! It is an adorable place with delicious boba tea and desserts!

amazinggg drinks and customer service!! so glad that lower greenville FINALLY has a great place to get boba!

Drink was good but really annoyed by the girl at the front. I walked up to their window and waited several minutes, another lady getting in line behind me as well. We see a guy walk inside after we'd already been standing there a few minutes. Eventually they open the window to give someone their order, and before almost just closing the window in my face without a word, the worker says "I have an order to take inside first, you can come in there if you want" so the lady in line behind me, who is also visibly annoyed, and I go inside to see the order she was referring to was the guy who came in several minutes after we'd already been in line. I made it a point to mention to the worker how the other lady and I had already been in line before that guy even showed up and it would have been appreciated if she'd helped us first with that being the case, and she just looked at me confused and said "ok" no apology and further explanation whatsoever. Really deterred me, there are plenty of other good boba spots in Dallas. I won't be returning to this one due to incompetent staff read more
