Terrible service. Since when does it take 20 minutes to make a drink. When i arrived there wdre two kids placing their orders. I placed order for me and my kids. The kids order came out. Mine didnt. I waited. More customers came out. Their drinks came out and mine didnt. I waited. Another customer came in. Her order starts coming out. I asked if something was wrong. Employess said it takes 5 min ti make my drink. Total wait time was 20 minutes. My kuds had already finished their drinks before i got mine. It was supposed to be an iced drink. Ice had melted. Kids love the place and we have been going there for a couple years. After today, not going back. Service has gone down. read more

I got a honeydew milk tea and the guy put way too much of the honeydew powder in so it had a grainy texture and was also extremely mild, I guess he put tons because he knows it's not flavorful? Idk lol! Also I think the powders contain dairy so if you're lactose or vegan make sure you ask or just avoid any drink with powder flavoring. My friend got a drink though and she said it was the best boba she ever had (she got one without powder flavoring) so I guess mine was just a dud. read more

This place is THE Vibe. I love all of the anime figures, posters, scrolls, everything!! All of the trees and plants around the building gave it a perfect aesthetic. We got the avocado blueberry smoothie, and the coconut cacao. Both were extremely good. I got the smoothie with lychee jelly which was real good, but they had a variety of toppings. Squishes is kid friendly and a lot of people knew the boba barista. Definitely recommend this spot for a anime vibe! read more

The environment of the store is very anime coded and adorable. A star was added for the anime figurines and Naruto playing on the tv. The drinks however were quite mid due to the weird milk taste. (My hubby and I tried strawberry and almond milk tea.) The service was nice. The guy had a friendly smile. Definitely go there if you want to feel like you're at an anime convention. read more

I would've accepted a response saying hey we put a lot of work into this sorry it didn't work out..but to go after my work ethic because I don't want a teenager to roll their eyes at me and look me up and down and yell at me..and YES many places offer free samples! If your business is struggling that hard to not be able to have 1 pearl go missing, it might be that your tea isn't as great as you think. People will put up with teenagers for good tea. I have been here over 20 times, and this place is fantastic. It is my 3 kids' favorite place to spend their own money. They have a great selection of tea, and I love how I can get rooibos in case it is later in the day when I don't want caffeine. They have several options w/o caffeine. Lots of popping flavors--my fav is the passionfruit. Even though you can't tell from the name, they also have milkshakes made with the fabulous local Henry's ice cream. I hope some day they also sell the ice cream by the quart so I can avoid the trek to Plano to get Henry's quarts. Hint, hint! Haters gonna hate but (who I assume is) the owner is on site often, and she is super nice as are the rest of the employees. She even stopped the rotating screen for me one time when my old self forgot my glasses. LOL I think it is great that they hire teens for part-time jobs, and even better, they train them well! The place is clean w/a few tables to sit inside and outside. The cups have cute smiley faces on them, and they have the "good straws" which are also colorful so kids love them. Usually boba places like to charge crazy prices for mediocre tea, but this place was like $5 for a large boba and it was perfect 10/10.
