Service was good. They bring you everything you want. It just took a while for the food to come out. - Michelada 3.1/5 It was OK. You can choose whatever beer you want. - Combo #2 with Dungeness & Shrimp 5/5 Everything was cooked well. The crab was fresh. Got the hottest sauce on the side (extra $5) and it was not that spicy. - Snow Crab Legs Regular snow crab legs, nothing special. Parking in lot in the street or across the street.

First off the servers are 5 stars!! They work super hard and are super nice!! The food is good though the menu is rather limited. The shrimp, shrimp sliders, garlic noodles and garlic broccoli were very tasty but the gumbo was lacking. We did have an issue that only half our order came out initially and the rest came out significantly later. It's in a very cute location with convenient parking. The ambiance is basic but clean and family oriented. They have TVs around with various sports playing. It's not too loud that you can't have conversations. We have been twice and definitely we be back many more times.

Wanted Cajun style seafood so I placed a phone order for some crawfish, shrimp, and clams with corn and sausage. Order was ready in 15 min. Do yourself a favor and order the seafood with the crackin' mix (lemon pepper, garlic, and Cajun) extra spicy because anything less just won't do. I appreciated the limes, bibs, and the roll of paper provided to make the takeout meal just as great as dining in.

Garlic Noodles

Service was great. No wait and food was yum!!! Good space with plenty of seating. Staff was super friendly. Food was reasonable pricing. definitely come back if im in the area again

I came here for lunch and I had the one pound option with shrimp x2 and mussels. If you double up on anything there is a $2 charge. I had it in mild which was okay. The garlic noodles were good too. The wings were on the smaller side, but still worth a try.

This place was an unexpected HOMERUN! I came here to celebrate a dear friend's birthday and we intentionally picked a place that could be kid friendly as we had 3 boys ranging in ages 8, 9, & 10. The restaurant was spacious and a bit mellow since it was a 5PM dinner on a Sunday. But it was perfect for us as the boys got their own kids table and the adults sat a table in front and everyone truly had a blast. I was gleefully blown away at this restaurant because I've been around to try the other Boiling Crabs, Crabby Crab, etc. So I had minimal expectations as all the other ones I've been to were good but not GREAT. Then I tried Cracking Crab last night and you can throw all the other similar joints out the window. HANDS DOWN this place WINS for being the BEST! The crab was juicy, tender, and moist. The mussels and peeled shrimp marinated to perfection. I know the biggest trick to it all is their "CRACKIN MIX" which is the combination of All their spice options you could choose from. I am truly an avid fan and I get hungry thinking about going back. We got the following below: COMBO 3 -CRACKIN MIX (ALL SPICES) -BLACK MUSSEL -PEELED SHRIMP $2 -GARLIC BROCCOLI $8.95 -CAESAR SALAD $7.95 -COLE SLAW $4.95 -GARLIC NOODLES $10.95 -2x CHICKEN TENDER $25.90 w/ FRIES -STEAMED RICE $2.50 -2x sparkling water $6 -1 Ranch $.75 Nom...Nom...Nom...feed me!

Bloody hell -- Cajun Craving is the spot. I walked in expecting solid seafood. I walked out…read morewondering how the hell they haven't been handed a Michelin star already. Let's start with the Cajun shrimp: perfectly cooked, tender, and absolutely drenched in a sauce so flavorful it should come with a warning label. Not salty, not greasy -- just balanced, bold, and outrageously addictive. You taste it once and immediately know someone in that kitchen actually gives a damn. And the crab legs... my god. HUGE, sweet, and steamed to perfection. You crack into them and it's like opening a treasure chest -- except instead of gold, it's pure, buttery, Cajun-kissed heaven. Now the sausage -- whoever seasons that deserves a raise. It doesn't just sit in the bag like an afterthought. It has its own flavor, completely over the top in the best possible way. Smoky, spicy, rich... it punches through the boil like it's auditioning for its own dish. But the real sleeper hit? THE GREEN SAUCE. Off. The. Chain. A straight-up flavor knockout -- bright, herby, tangy, and absolutely lethal in the way good sauces should be. It elevates everything you dip it in. I could drink it. I won't -- but I could. The whole experience? Different -- but in that rare, memorable, "I need to come back tomorrow" kind of way. Cajun Craving is easily one of the best seafood boils in LA. No nonsense, no shortcuts, just pure, serious, crafted flavor. Five stars. Easy. Gordon Ramsay approved.

Where to begin? The cajun sauce somehow feels creamy and it's perfectly spiced for my taste buds. I…read morecouldn't stop myself from stuff my face with the shrimp cause it was just so good. Our specific server was super nice, but not very efficient or attentive. Food 4 stars: Sophisticated comfort food with a Southern flare, using fresh local ingredients. Small menu of 6 main plates and about 10 appetizers and sides. Concepts and plating are unique and creative. We had the Jambalaya Arancini (good), the Brussels Sprouts (great), the Brie Eggrolls (good) as appetizers. We also had the Beef Bourgogne (great), the Chicken Katsu Benedict (great), the grits (good), the Blackened Catfish (good), and the Baby Back Ribs (just OK) as our main plates. Drinks 3 stars: Beer and wine and a few Low ABV (Low Alcohol By Volume Content) cocktails (made with wine and prosecco, no hard liquor), soft drinks and tea/coffee. They do recommend wine pairing for each of their main plates. The Bottom Line 4 stars: Pleasant and unique experience, given the reservations that I have noted above. High potential concept that could benefit from further development and scaling. Recommended!

Luckily, while out in LA in close proximity to Chinatown, the husband was reminded of Little Jewel. There was no question where we were headed next. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and handed some menus. We were told to take our time, which was needed since everything sounded so good and the husband kept changing his mind on what to order. We finally settled on the Spicy Creole Jambalaya, Craw Mac Deluxe and The Crabster. It all came out hot, fresh and so satisfyingly delicious! The spice level was perfect. Portions were generous. We had initially planned on having beignets but did not have any more room -- even the dessert pocket was full! The atmosphere is very relaxed. They have several tables in the main dining area and the bar section. Orders are placed and picked up at the front counter. Everyone is super friendly. Parking can get a tricky in Chinatown. There are several flat rate lots if you're planning on spending some time. Metered parking is best for short term visits if you can find it -- we paid $4.30 for an hour.
