First time checking this place out and we went with Combo #1 (1 lb shrimp + 1/2 lb sausage) and Combo #3 (1 lb shrimp + 1 lb green mussels). Each combo came with a corn, potato, rice, and broccoli. We chose the Cajun garlic butter flavor and honestly, the seasoning was spot on. It was garlicky, buttery, and packed with flavor. Definitely the highlight of the meal. That said, one thing that was a bit of a dealbreaker for me was there's no restroom or at least even a sink available to wash your hands. With a seafood boil, you're guaranteed to get messy while peeling shrimp and while they do provide gloves, they rip really easily. I had to keep switching gloves which kind of took away from the experience. Customer service was just okay, nothing bad but nothing super memorable either. Parking is also limited since it's a small strip mall so just something to keep in mind if you're coming during busy hours. The customer service is always great. If you are dining in order and pay at the front and have a seat. The staff will set up your table and give you gloves and bibs. The food is always piping hot and cooked to order. If you have an allergy to shrimp just let them know and they will cook your food in a separate pot. We ultimately settled on super Cajun because it was a lot cheaper, we got a small discount on our online order, and the reviews were great. There aren't that many reviews so far but they seemed promising! The inside of the store was kind of plain, not overly decorated like other seafood boil places. Don't be fooled because their food was really good!! Some reviews said the spice level was pretty accurate. My bf thinks the medium could have been more spicy, but overall mild was perfect for me! Crusin' down the street in my four door, the sign for Super Cajun caught my attention so I pulled over to check it out. I remember this spot being the former location of China In The Box. The man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I'm guessing he was the owner. Super Cajun specializes in Seafood Boil but I wanted to give the fried options a try, so I ordered the 6-piece fried shrimp basket. It came with coleslaw, garlic bread, and choice of regular or Cajun fries. Of course, I chose the Cajun fries. While waiting for my food the girls had finished their Combo Boil. I asked how it was. They said it was their first time here and it was amazing! They recommended it with the Cajun Butter and said they were already looking forward to coming back. I asked the man if he had been here before and he said, "Many times." He told me was hooked after his first visit because the flavor of the food is so good it keeps you coming back for more. After hearing these testimonials, I was very excited for my meal! I brought my box of yummy fried goodness home to share with PIC. We took our first bite of the shrimp and simultaneously declared, "Wow! This is really good." PIC continued to eat and said, "You know it's good if I'm eating it because I'm picky." LOL! True Dat. The shrimp were large and fried perfectly. They were moist & juicy and not greasy. I loved the seasoned coating. The Cajun fries were also exceptionally good. Crispy outside, soft inside, and flavorful with the right amount of spice. The garlic bread was thick and soft and the garlic wasn't overpowering. The coleslaw was a nice palate cleanser.
