So my sister told me hey you hungry ? I look at her and say maybe and she said getting ready we're going to eat but wouldn't tell me where.... Long behold we arrive to Boil Daddy and it was empty inside and we ordered our food I got the the fisherman's dinner with peeled shrimp no corn, with all the sauces and mild spice and a boiled egg. The shrimp was tender and juicy and flavorful the links were real good as well just the should think about peeling of the skin for texture, but still the potatoes everything was delicious, nice and hot and that was perfect. The service was ok they really didn't do much cause we did order from the kiosk but they were still kind when they came to our table even tho we were the only customers there. It was nice and quiet till the employees starting speaking about inventory. We usually order through Uber Eats but it was nice to finally dine in. Will definitely come again!

This place is super cool for my first time here! The service is giving and the parking is tolerable for DTLA! The food looks delicious!

Street daddy corn and Cajun fries.

11/6/25 6:20pm 2nd time ordering from here on Postmates and food is always delicious. We were kind of bummed about our garlic butter sauce because the lid had melted into the butter. The mussels and shrimps were delicious. The Daddy's shrimp bowl was flavorful and fulfilling. Cajun sauce both spicy, and mild spice were good. Corn was good, I do wish it wasn't fried with I think it was batter or flour. The flavor of the cajun fries were good, could have either been fried longer or it was just a delivery issues and got soggy. Overall we enjoyed our meal.

My friends and I were in the area and decided to grab a quick bite at The Boil Daddy before our paint night event. Although they're known for Cajun Seafood, I was craving wings after seeing the menu! I ordered for myself (way too much) the Dry Daddy Wings $17. The wings were fried just right - the meat was juicy and the batter on the outside had the perfect crisp. They were generous with the portion of crispy french fries on the side, too. My friend got the Wet Daddy Wings (boneless) $17 and she loved it as well! We also ordered the Street Daddy Corns $13 to share. Imagine battered corn sprinkled with Cajun seasoning and topped with Parmesan - delicious! I never had corn on the cob all fried and seasoned like this so this was a fun treat! My other friend got their Crispy Mahalo Shrimp $18 with rice and a side of Mac and Cheese. We had a little bit of everything so I got to try a variety of dishes between the three of us - needless to say, we're sold to come back for another round! Overall, the Boil Daddy delivered the goods and some more. I was a happy gal with lots of leftovers to take home! I will definitely be back with more friends!

Came here with a group of friends morning after a night out and we all loved it. The service was friendly and great. We were the only ones in the restaurant at that time and we requested to play music and they accepted kindly. I ordered the Daddy's Shrimp Bowl and it was filling for me, although I couldn't finish the rice. I also ordered the Daddy's Fries and loved them :) They also gave me a sticker... I love stickers!

Workers are very nice! We were a party of 9 (very large party) so it can be very annoying but everyone is so nice and welcome.

Luckily, while out in LA in close proximity to Chinatown, the husband was reminded of Little Jewel. There was no question where we were headed next. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and handed some menus. We were told to take our time, which was needed since everything sounded so good and the husband kept changing his mind on what to order. We finally settled on the Spicy Creole Jambalaya, Craw Mac Deluxe and The Crabster. It all came out hot, fresh and so satisfyingly delicious! The spice level was perfect. Portions were generous. We had initially planned on having beignets but did not have any more room -- even the dessert pocket was full! The atmosphere is very relaxed. They have several tables in the main dining area and the bar section. Orders are placed and picked up at the front counter. Everyone is super friendly. Parking can get a tricky in Chinatown. There are several flat rate lots if you're planning on spending some time. Metered parking is best for short term visits if you can find it -- we paid $4.30 for an hour.

Kickin combo #2 with medium kickin sauce (1.5 pounds snow crab legs, clams, headless shrimp, mussels, sausage, corn, potatoes) with a side of Cajun fries... perfection! Also I really enjoyed the r&b music they were playing. You can tell this place gets busy. Another plus is they have a plaza parking lot right in the middle of sunset which is rare.

She is so sweet, friendly, and attentive, which really makes the experience even better. The music is fun, the vibes are lively, and they have multiple TVs playing all the games, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. Reliable food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I'll always come back here and recommend it every time.

First off, the all you can eat is a set basket of food, meaning you get mussels, shrimp, clams, crawfish, potatoes, garlic noodles, corn and their daily basket. You cannot pick you are forced to get all these items. Whatever, not that big of a deal but really not great. The price is 38.99 a person, okay got it. It takes them so long...so long!! Just for us to order, a bit disappointed honestly. The food arrives decently fast. I dig in, Mama B is hungry y'all! The shrimp is cheap, okay. Small, fishy, rubbery Walmart type of shrimps. The corn plasticy, cheap and just disgusting. The potatoes, poorly cooked and under seasoned. The clams... no notes. Now at this point Mama B is scared y'all...I wasn't trying to get food poisoning. I'm disappointed, honestly the most flavourless seafood boil I have ever had the displeasure of eating. What's horrifying is the bill was $91...$91!!!! I feel like this math is just not mathing. I believe the tax is ridiculously high and possible charged for water cups? I really truly could've made a mean Walmart seafood boil for a cheaper price, that'd actually be seasoned... Not Mama B approved, go elsewhere.

The food is absolutely amazing. It's a small, long-standing spot with a lot of history, and you can taste that in the food. The charbroiled oysters are to die for my first time having them, they were packed with flavor and seasoning. The second time, they were still really good, just not quite as flavorful as that first experience. The red snapper plate w/ shrimp is so good, and the mac and cheese surprised me because I'm not even a big mac and cheese person, but I actually really enjoyed it. Even the Caesar salad stands out super fresh and flavorful. Another thing I love is that the food always comes out hot and fresh, which makes a big difference. Service is impressive too. Even when it's crowded (and it usually is), they're attentive and get to you pretty quickly, which I appreciate. The only downside is parking it's honestly kind of a hassle. It's either valet or street parking, and most of the time you'll end up parking a bit far and walking. Not the best, but manageable.
