When it was my turn, she didn't greet me or even ask what I'd like. She just stared at me. I didn't realize at first that she was waiting for my order until she finally said, "What do you want?" Again, the tone was incredibly unfriendly and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. What really sealed it for me was the restroom situation. I walked over to the restroom and realized I needed a key. When I came back toward the counter, she was on a personal phone call while working. I politely started with "Excuse me" and began asking if I could get the restroom key. Before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupted me mid-call and abruptly said, "I left you the key at the front," again with the same irritated attitude. At that point, I honestly couldn't understand what I had done to warrant being spoken to like that. I had been nothing but kind to her from the second I walked in. I even kept being polite after the first rude interaction because I thought maybe she was just having a moment and her demeanor would change. It didn't. Every single interaction felt like I was bothering her. I understand people have bad days, and I normally give service workers a LOT of grace, which is exactly why I didn't want to leave a review.
