If you're ready to get crackin' on some fresh seafood, then this is the place to be! Cajun style peel and eat shellfish is one of my favorite things to indulge in and this restaurant does it right. The service was great and very friendly. The location has plenty of parking and there was no wait when I visited during the week. The Blue point oysters were very tasty and refreshing so I'd recommend those if you're a fan of oysters. I also had the extra hot crackin sauce with snow crab, and this level of heat was on the border of too much for me and I'm a lover of spice. The crab was still delicious and cooked perfectly though. My boyfriend had his crab in hot (second highest heat level) and it was the best, so I'll order that next time. The sauce was a scrumptious blend of garlic, butter, lemon and pepper! We also had the headless shrimp and it was amazing. My seafood craving was more than satisfied and I can't wait to go back!

5 star Seafood boil w/mild crackin sauce. Sauce had great flavor. Fried catfish, oyster's and chicken tenders the kids didn't like. Lacked flavor when I tried the oysters. If ever in town again, I will def get the boil & sauce.

Food is a 5 star, service is hit and miss. We went in for Fathers Day and the food was great and the service was good. Eating is not for those lights on cash. Your bill can add up quickly!! This is a special family treat. You will not be disappointed with the food!!

FALSE Business hours. They won't seat you in the last hour of operation. I guess you can't expect much from Santa Fe.

Service staff was on the ball for a Saturday night on the popular patio...busy, busy, busy! Ordering a bottle of Rosé, the wine steward knew the assignment...good knowledge and training! Our server asked the right questions and seemed very well-versed in menu items, descriptions and starter recommendations. I had a Beet Salad-wonderfully sweet, creamy and acidic. My companions had Shishitos Locos and Clams Lucifer---both excellent with spiciness and richness--to stimulate taste buds. For entrees, we had a Plato Mexicano with Carne Asada, an Enchilada Bar with Chicken Tinga, and I had a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake for my entree. All were presented well, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. To finish off the night, we selected the Raspberry Tres Leches Cake, Chocolate Lava Cake and a Cappuccino for the lady. All the finishers were rich, decadent and masterfully presented. We will be back...with friends...to perfect patio at The Pink Adobe!

We waited for a little while, I then went in to look for a hostess. Shortly a woman with a ponytail, and a man with eye glasses showed up to work. Don't believe the front desk hostess's claim that "that table is reserved". 5pm on a Tuesday, the out door section is empty (inside isn't packed either). When she sat us under the sun, I asked immediately that can we please have a table under the shade, like that one under the umbrella. "Oh that table is reserved." When I made reservation, I only indicated outdoor, not sure they've a place for the dinner to indicate exactly which table. Sitting under the sun is uncomfortable, so I got up and asked one more time, for a table before a lovely tile mosaic with tiny fountain. "Oh that table is reserved." When we about to leave, she offered the first table I pointed at. Shortly after, a couple was seated at the table before tile mosaic with tiny fountain. To be accurate, I did ask them if they've reserved this specific table. "No." Why would she lie: despise Irene which is totally ok, or Chinese or people of color (I've experienced this a few times prior...) which is... let's stop here. They use Riedel glasses, which is nice - seems everyone in Santa Fe uses Riedel. I've Frog's Leap Sauvignon Blanc - the vineyard we visited in 2015 - it's as usual, very good. Food - we've - duck: on the sweet side - Jetty Jack: like the crispy fried skin Both entries look chunky, large portion, homey, nothing 'fine' about it. They claim themselves as New Mexican, whichever that means, but I need to add salt and pepper to add some tastes for both entries. I grew up knowing, so did Joy Luck Club, (both book and movie) that adding soy sauce to a dish is the ultimate insult. I'll stop here. By the time we leave, the outdoor section is only 40% occupied. I did tell to the man with glasses who's at front also, that lying isn't cool.

This is a one-of-a-kind place, the Vietnamese fusion flavors are so delicious, the fresh herbs and vegetables pop with brightness alongside the perfectly prepared seafood and meats. We went for my husband's birthday and the Alkeme team made it an unforgettable evening. They gave him a free sparkling wine for his bday :) He ordered the sake pairing for the "sea" tasting menu, and wow, we've never tried sakes this innovative. You can tell the sakes were carefully selected, some more light, others more earthy, all of them excellent. I ordered the Sticky Business cocktail, and damn, it was amazing!! Their take on a tiki drink but less sweet, with a boozey foam and mango pearls. The service was wonderful. We got to talk to Chef Erica, which was very cool, and Vickie gave lovely descriptions of our dishes. They and our waitress made my husband's birthday so special. This restaurant in my opinion is James Beard and/or Michelin level dining. We loved everything about it. I highly recommend Alkeme, we'll never forget this special meal!

They clearly have Wi-Fi available, but they do not provide it to customers. When I asked about it, the owner's explanation came across as dismissive and excuse-making rather than customer-focused. She even questioned whether I was sincere about dining here, instead of resolving a basic service in tourism area. I originally planned to order the $85 tasting menu and other items, but the interaction changed my dining mood before I even ordered. I paid for the drinks I had already ordered and went to another restaurant. The issue was not only the Wi-Fi itself, but the poor customer mindset behind the response. I will not let this kind of service make money from me.

Perhaps the food is better when the chef is actually in the kitchen, but he definitely wasn't back there on this day. My husband's Coke was flat and the Jamaican hibiscus tea was mouth puckering. The ambiance was nice - loved the bazaar - and the staff friendly, but unfortunately that's the best that can be said.
