When we would shower the tub wouldnt drain. So you stand in your dirty water. There was no towels only hand towels. When I complained to the front desk they told me they would change my room. That I was on one of the floors that hasn't been remodeled yet. I was told I would be getting a different room. At 6pm I came to inquire about my room change since I was told they would have plenty of open rooms after checkout. When I went to the desk the man once again said they were full. I explained it was told I was going to be moved rooms and that the lady that was working said she would save me a better room once they were cleaned. The man at the desk explained he could change my room but it would be the same un-renovated floor. I also selected a room with a plaza view didnt get that either. And that was an upcharge. This was my first time home in 3 years. I tried going above and beyond by selecting what I thought would be a nice stay. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE LOBBY! The rooms are trash! Save your money stay at one of that casinos or even the double tree next door.

Mia was especially helpful in this area and she crushed it! I went with her recommendations on amounts, appetizers and entrees and it was perfect! Joseph, and Tana were also especially helpful in the office with everything else having to do with what was next and other logistical help. Finally, the setup team comprised of Stephanie and Darrell were right on time. They setup all the food in a thoughtful manner, made it look fantastic. Not only that, but they came back to get it all the same night after the event was over! I had a picture in my mind of how my wife's birthday celebration was supposed to go, and M'Tucci's catering team (especially those listed) EXCEEDED those expectations! I had a pickup catering order scheduled for 5pm. When we arrived to pick it up at 4:55pm, we were…read moretold it would be ready in "just a few minutes". After a 25 minute wait and reassurance that it was "almost done" multiple times, our food was finally brought out. I checked the bags before walking to my car, and good thing I did because two of the pans of food were missing. It wasn't until 5:25pm that they brought out the last two pans to complete our order. When we got home, there were many mistakes with the order. The sausages we ordered were not there, and we incorrectly received a bolognese pasta dish instead. The chicken scallopini was plain, and did not have the lemon caper butter sauce, feta, or tomatoes as said in the description. Each tray of chicken and steak was supposed to serve 10, but there was only enough meat for 8 people. As for the food itself: we enjoyed the bistecca Italiano, polenta, Caesar salad, and pork bolognese pasta (though it was given in error). The alfredo pasta had good flavor but could have used more sauce. The asparagus was ok, but not very flavorful and the ends were woody. As mentioned above, the chicken was bland and missing the sauce. All in all, this experience was far below the standards that I expected from M'tuccis. I would say that this was a misuse of my time and money

I particularly loved the cheese enchiladas, not something I usually order. The green sauce was bomb. It was a busy day, so no pics. The only interesting thing is the tacos all came in lots of styrofoam containers instead of a larger aluminum tray, but it worked!
