We got there around 8:30am which seemed to be a good time because shortly after it got busier. I got an omelet and my mom got a skillet plate and we got a biscuit and gravy to share. Food was absolutely delicious. The gravy had a great flavor and the biscuits were crumbly. They do have a ton of pancakes options if thats what your looking for. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. I was super excited to find they not only had gluten free options, but they had gluten free pancake options!! I chose the GF red velvet pancakes with cream cheese frosting. It did not disappoint. Oh it was so good. My husband chose the meat lovers skillet which was also very tasty. Our server was excellent and even the support staff and table bussers were super attentive and friendly. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. I'm quite impressed with this breakfast/lunch joint located in Downtown Central Point. The spot is quite small, but when we got there, there was plenty of seating. We went on a Sunday around 845 and it got progressively busier as our stay went on, not surprisingly. The service was really great, we were checked on many times to ensure we were doing okay, but not too much (because that gets annoying). It was also surprising clean, especially considering it's a carpeted restaurant. I ordered a veggie omelet and my husband got the banana nut pancakes. The omelet was great, packed with veggies that were well cooked (I've been some places that put practically raw veggies into the omelet.) The omelet and the hash browns were not too greasy, as you sometimes run into at breakfast joints. My husband loved his pancakes, although I didn't try them. They looked great! Also, be sure to try their orange juice! I'm pretty sure they squeeze it. I haven't had juice that fresh in a long time. Have I had a better breakfast? Yes. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars, but for downtown Central Point, this is really impressive. read more

I was excited when the delicious Crackin & Stackin was coming to CP. But wow how disappointing it was. I took my son for his first birthday to breakfast. Another customer helped me move the chair and replace it with a high chair, with two servers at the line, chatting to each other, offering no acknowledgement initially. The omelette I had was greasy, with bacon that was overwhelming in a weird way, home fries were super hard, some were like little rocks. My sons sausage was raw in the center. Served a baby, raw meat. I gave two stars, because of the eventual friendly service, it wasn't for the food by any means. Also, watch that open kitchen. It's inappropriate to hear management threatening termination for anyone who calls in sick over the weekend from the dining floor. Overall, this experience will deter me from coming back for a while, if at all, there's too many other breakfast joints and I just don't want to risk it. It's sad too that now I'm afraid to go back to the EP C&S. read more

We always have an amazing experience at this location. We go every Tuesday with our 2 boys. We love the food (great cook), and our regular 2 waitresses are great with our kids. Highly recommend chicken fried steak skillet, club sandwich, and any of the pancakes are amazing. It's great that I have a breakfast place close to home and I would go back because the traditional breakfast I ordered was pretty decent. The sausage and bacon were good and they used fresh eggs. The potatoes were little diced and crispy pieces, not really anything like a home fried dish. My husbands orange pancakes were something he would not order again. In summary, I would not consider this a creative or breakfast cooked with any particular skill but it was decent. We go to Eagle Point for a great homestyle breakfast and reportedly there are great places in Ashland and elsewhere. I had lunch here too and had a simple tuna sandwich which was expensive and showed no skill and flavor profile. I would not recommend this restaurant to others but as a local I would stop in for breakfast. read more

Where to start......ordered coffee and they brought cream but no sugar. Asked for sugar. Asked for sugar again and by the time we got it my coffee was cold. Food was average. The lemon blueberry pancake was good but not good enough for us to come back. It was super loud. We were told the wait was about 10 minutes. Waited half an hour. That's not too bad. However waiting an hour and 15 minutes for our food (after placing our order) is not acceptable. They kept saying it was because they had a lot of to go orders.
