We stopped at Cracker Barrel on our way to a Cincinnati Bengals game.I was there with my dad, my cousin, and my daughter, so it was one of those meaningful family moments and Cracker Barrel absolutely delivered. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, exactly what you want when you're traveling together and getting excited for a big game. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of without feeling rushed, which is always appreciated when you're with family. The highlight of the meal was definitely the biscuits and gravy--they were outstanding. The biscuits were soft, fluffy, and fresh, and the gravy was rich, flavorful, and comforting in that classic Southern way Cracker Barrel does so well. It was the kind of meal that leaves everyone at the table happy and satisfied. My daughter really enjoyed her meal and I got to eat her eggs because she don't like eggs so that was an added bonus for me. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish: good food, great service, and quality time with family. We couldn't have asked for a better stop along the way.

This Cracker Barrel location is under construction, the sign is down, and I wasn't even sure that it was open. But the parking lot was full and a sign near the door said they were open during remodeling. I placed an order to go, two eggs over medium, three pancakes, and a side of hash brown casserole. Not the healthiest breakfast I realize, but was an occasional treat. One reason that I don't usually order pancakes at restaurants is because I prefer a real maple syrup with my pancakes. Few restaurants actually serve real maple syrup, and I would be willing to pay extra for it, but usually it isn't available. However, I noticed that Cracker Barrel has been advertising 100% pure natural syrup, so I took that to mean real maple syrup. My order was well packaged, and complete with everything I had ordered. The eggs were perfectly cooked to over medium, as I had requested. Hash brown casserole was tasty, as always, and the pancakes were good. The "100% Pure Natural Syrup" turned out to be 50% Vermont Maple Syrup and 50% Cane sugar. It tasted very good, much better than the typical artificially maple - flavored corn syrup and water that passes for pancake syrup at most restaurants. So although the "100% Pure Natural Syrup"wasn't truly 100% real maple syrup, it was very good.

Love the Cracker Barrel restaurants! The food is great (I had catfish today), the corn muffins and butter are tasty, the tea and water refills are cold and frequent. Friendly servers and cashiers. Lots and lots of items in the gift shop - you know you love it! This Florence location was clean and tiday...but we struggled with the peg game on the table.

It had been a long time since I'd been to this or any other Cracker Barrel restaurants. It's always been one of my favourites since childhood and they still do a lot of those same things that I loved as a kid. They still have the store at the front of the restaurant with all sorts of cool merchandise. Once you get past that we got a nice seat not far from the working fireplace which makes it feel like home for sure. They have modified their menu over the years but they still have all of the old favourites like chicken and dumplings and some the hashbrown casserole. I do wish they would bring back their beef stew but that's been gone for a long time. On this occasion I got the Chicken Fried Chicken which was their crispy homestyle fried chicken covered with sawmill gravy. Their white gravy is some of the very best that I know of and was absolutely delicious on top of the fried chicken. I got corn, steak fries, and extra biscuits for my sides. The corn was corn, the steak fries were excellent, and I absolutely LOVE Cracker Barrel biscuits. Put it all together and it was a tremendous brunch. The service was excellent, the restaurant made it feel like home, and the food was excellent. We couldn't ask for anything else.

Well first of all Christmas is happening at Cracker Barrel. The store is filled with Christmas trees and decorations. Very nice Now the restaurant part. I was seated right away. My server was Michelle. Very nice and sweet. I ordered the veggie platter with corn green beans fried okra hash brown casserole (my favorite) and biscuits. Very yummy

My husband favorite place to eat. Love the broccoli casserole and loaded hash brown casserole. Maple grilled chicken topped with bacon is a must try. It'll be my go to.

They didn't answer their phone after 5 minutes so we tried the mobile app. One screen said the food would be ready at 5PM while another said 4PM. Once we arrived, we noticed that the pick-up area doesn't even have warmers. Registers weren't even working and it seemed very chaotic. Also, the corn bread muffins tastes terrible.

I've never been to a cracker barrel until now. Being from California, there weren't any so apparently this place is like a big deal. Lol. There's a lot going on at the entrance because it's a gift shop and I have to say that's a really interesting setup. I do love the fact that they have a roaring fireplace going in the middle of the restaurant and it gives such a nice cozy vibe. The wait wasn't too long for a Sunday and we got a seat probably within 10 minutes. The staff were really friendly and informative - if we had any questions on the menu. Since this was my first time, I went big! Lol I ordered the grandpa's country fried breakfast which included a country-fried steak, two eggs, biscuits and gravy, and the potato hash casserole. To be honest I didn't have an expectation on the potato hash casserole, but holy crap that tasted so amazing. Everything was super good and I honestly can't believe I ate the entire thing. I definitely would recommend coming here for breakfast.

I ordered the fish and chips (still coming off of Lent...habit, I guess). I was pleasantly surprised. I expected frozen and flashed fried pieces. What I was served were three delicately beer battered sustainably farmed swai... good sized and delicious! The accompanying fries were fantastic as well. My only suggestion if you get bothered by loud noise while dining is to be seated away from the tvs. Bathrooms are clean and walkways are not greasy sticky. I'll be back to try other items on there extensive menu!

You enter a classy foyer to be greeted by a well dressed hostess. There are multiple beautifully appointed dining rooms. Greyhounds abound in the decor. They were packaged up so nicely, including the requested utensils (we were staying in a hotel) and handed off to me in a big sturdy shopping bag. Our group ate our words and stuffed our faces with some really good barbecue. We all mostly got sandwiches but these sandwiches were huge honking sandwiches. I think our waitress said it was half a pound. I ordered the brisket sandwich and macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese was creamy and warm. I was hoping for a sharper bite of cheese flavor but it was still good nonetheless. The brisket sandwich was really really good. It wasn't sliced brisket but was more "pulled" consistency, like pulled pork. It was moist and tender (not dry at all). The sauce was perfectly sweet and complimented the smoky, rich brisket. My colleagues couldn't finish theirs but one ordered the chicken sandwich and another a pork. All of them were pulled consistency and had excellent flavor of their respective meat (chicken and pork) but I preferred the brisket. Do yourself a favor if your craving barbecue and come to Smokin' This and That!

While traveling in northern Kentucky, he stumbled upon one of these places, The Farmstand Market & Cafe. Farmstand offers comfort food with a farm-to-table focus served in a cozy space with a bar and attached market. We started with the Goetta Hanky Panky Dip. This was made with cheesy goetta, bagel chips, pumpernickel bread, and light rye served in a cast iron skillet. The dip had a good sausage flavor with salt and some light spice while being cheesy, creamy, and full of flavor. The bagel chips were very crispy but were not served warm. The pumpernickel and rye were dry. Each complimented the dip, adding texture to the bite. My wife had the Reuben Sandwich. This sandwich came with sliced corned beef, homemade Thousand Island, pickled pig sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on light rye with bacon ranch pasta salad. The pasta salad was cooked spot on while also being creamy. The bacon added crunch and saltiness to the salad. The rye had a great toast, and the Thousand Island was tangy and creamy. The pastrami was dry but had a good salty flavor. The sauerkraut was crunchy and had a good sour flavor cutting through the salty meat and the sweet dressing. The cheese was gooey and nutty and added flavor to each bite. I sampled the French dip sandwich and Mulligatawny soup. This was prepared with a sliced top round with provolone on a French roll. The soup was prepared with rice, chicken, carrots, onions, celery, lentils and spices. The chicken was very tender, the rice was cooked well, and the vegetables added texture to the rice. The soup was flavorful, had a wonderful aroma, and had a good salt content. The top round was thin and offered good flavor and chew. The roll was fresh and had a good chew paired with the ooey and gooey cheese with an excellent buttery flavor. The au jus had good flavor but was slightly salty, which overpowered it. Farmstand offers grilled cheeses, hot sandwiches, burgers, salads, appetizers, soups and main entrees. They also serve beer and have a full bar. The servers were pleasant and knowledgeable.
