This was superb little sandwich shoppe (chain I believe) in the Crestview Hills Town Center outdoor mall thing. They have a menu full of various chicken salad flavours that can be gotten in either scoop or sandwich form. I've tried a few different flavours including Barbie-q, Sassy Sally, and Buffalo Barclay. All 3 were excellent with the Barbie-Q being my favourite of the 3. They have a very zesty flavour in that bbq that really made for a delightful chicken salad. I always got my sandwiches on their croissants which was excellent every time. I generally got basic potato chips as my side which was fine. Their service was excellent on all my visits here and I can't wait to try the rest of their flavours of chicken salad. This is definitely in my regular rotation of restaurants to go to both eat in and carry out. read more

I saw Chicken Salad Chick on TikTok and I was bummed that none were near me in Oregon to try, so imagine my surprise when I stumble across this one on a trip! The inside is cute, they have a whole section of pre-packaged Togo salads, perfectly labeled! The staff were all super sweet and my Togo order came out so quick! Stopped by for a quick lunch. Chicken Salad chick definitely has many variations of chicken salad. We tried the southern classic with a side of grape salad. They both were very tasty. The grape salad was so sweet, I'd say that it was a good dessert option. The ambiance is somewhere between southern kitchen and grandma's kitchen, complete with vinyl tablecloths and home style artwork. Oh, Chicken Salad Chick, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I have a sneaking suspicion that this fabulous restaurant was created especially with people like me in mind. Chicken salad has always been one of my favorite types of sandwiches ... and when I discovered there was a whole chain devoted entirely to just that, I was absolutely ecstatic. I've visited (and reviewed) other Greater Cincy CSCs, but this was my first visit to the Crestview Hills location. Like all of its sister stores, the dining room was clean, the cashiers were friendly, the service was quick, and the food was *chef's kiss* delicious! Not wanting to stray from my usual, I ordered the "Kickin' Kay Lynne" on toasted white bread, and it was absolutely divine. The pickle that comes on the side was crisp and flavorful, and the Cheryl's cookie is always the cherry on top of an already tasty lunch. I know in my heart that I would love their other flavors too, but since they truly all sound good while I'm ordering, I typically just panic and order what I'm familiar with. Maybe I'll have to copy one of my favorite TikTok foodies, @cookiterica, and order a scoop of every flavor to-go so I can try them all? This Place is not managed very well. Always out of chicken salad and starts closing a hour before time to close. Went in again this evening 1-4 at 6:50 PM and as always half of the seats were closed off. Out of Chicken Salad and tea containers were broke down. This is the 4th time this has happened to us. The chicken salad was absolutely delicious. It's obvious they make it from scratch, per their slogan. As for the croissant, it wasn't as divine of an experience. It was very hard and brittle instead of flaky. I was also disappointed to be served the wrong drink. I ordered a diet lemonade and didn't notice until I got home that they had given me a regular. I have been on the hunt for the best chicken salad, much like the owners of this restaurant were when they created it. I must say, I was very much impressed. I got the Olivia's Old South salad. (My favorite way to eat chicken salad!!). It was tasty but not the "Omg best" I was looking for. Definitely still tasty. I also got a cup of the potato soup - good soup, wish there were more chunks of potatoes (preference). I also received a free scoop of the classic Carol for customer appreciation day and it was also very good! I'll be back to try the variety and I can't wait. I've got two words for you: sassy scotty. You have to try this chicken salad that's a blend of chicken, ranch, bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. With those ingredients, what's not to love? Leaving a star because food was decent. I have sympathy for those who are short staffed especially during a lunch rush. Very stressful and hard to make everyone happy. However, my frustration was that the work flow was an absolute mess. For those of us who placed online order, we were told it is a corporate policy to get in store orders out before online. A gentleman who placed an online order before me waited 50 minutes past the time he was told his food was going to be ready. It took 37 minutes for me to get my online order. I am a huge chicken salad fan and had been wanting to try this restaurant for months. I finally got around to it today and I am happy I did! I ordered an Olivia's Old South chicken salad croissant and a scoop of pasta salad. I did a pick up order. The chicken salad was delicious, well mixed, and flavorful. This is a great addition to the restaurant line up at Crestview Hills Towne Center. I have frequented weekly since they opened. Today I placed an order in the app for pick up. I waited patiently by the area for online and phone orders. The kitchen kept sending out order after order which were bagged and put on a counter. The girls at the registers never looked to see the pick up orders stacking up. I got the attention of a guy who was delivering table side orders. He said to talk to one of the girls at the registers. I finally was able to ask and she went over picked it up and handed it to me. By then it had been sitting for 10 minutes. Need a better system! My online order said it would take 30 minutes to prepare, currently been waiting 50 minutes for my order. While staff in the kitchen are talking and laughing, I feel like my order would be made faster if they focused on working.
