I recently had the opportunity to visit Crab Grabber in Pasadena, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. When my daughter and I sat down, they brought us popcorn as this fun little gesture, almost like a signal saying, it's about to be a movie. It set a playful, welcoming vibe right away. From there, the owner welcomed us like family and made us feel right at home. That kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way, and it set the tone for the entire meal. We started with the crab boil, bold seasoning, cooked just right, And then the stewed fish. Honestly, I can't stop thinking about both of them. I go back and forth in my head, late at night thinking about how soon I can go back and which one I'll get again. It's a true toss-up. Both were that memorable. We also had the duck, which was rich, tender, and full of flavor, along with the beef and green onions that were savory and satisfying. The chicken was so crispy and fresh, It felt like someone's grandma was back there in the kitchen cooking it. Every dish came out beautifully presented and well prepared. Portions were generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. What really stood out beyond the food, was the atmosphere. It doesn't feel like just a place to eat, it feels like a place to relax, connect, and enjoy the moment. If you're looking for a Chinese fusion spot in Pasadena that delivers on food, service, and overall vibe, Crab Grabber is absolutely worth checking out. Food, five out of five. I read great reviews on Crab Grabber in Pasadena. They had a Yelp event which I wasn't part of. I actually had high hopes for them. Unfortunately, they missed the mark when I came here for take-out. I placed my order online through Door Dash. It's a standalone restaurant. Small parking lot behind it. Nicely decorated exterior. Interior had good space based on what I saw from the pick-up area. Since I didn't dine in, I didn't see the rest of the inside. My order was ready upon arrival. Lots of staff behind the front counter ready to greet customers. They seemed friendly at first, but when I returned back to inquiry about a potential mix up on my order, most of them walked away. Hmmm? I mistakenly thought they gave me two Iced Jelly and left out my Red Bean Soup because one of them looked watery from the top. Please note Red Bean Soup should not be watery. I have eaten quite a bit of them to know the real deal. One lady staff opened the container and said to me, "See there are red beans inside". OMG, I was a bit flabbergasted. That is not how a red bean soup should be. Another nice lady staff asked if I would like another red bean soup on the house. I said no because I didn't pay for two. I kindly ask that they make a legitimate red bean soup going forward. I just left. 1 Head On Shrimp (half pound) - Got gloves for the shrimp boil. Quite flavorful and garlicy! Averaged size shrimps... wished they were bigger though. 1 Fried Fish Fillet - Lots of delicious fillets, but tartar sauce given along with it was not the common condiment for it. Not very Asian inspired. Leave out the tartar. 1 Seafood Cream Soup - Very plain and bland, no flavor whatsoever, and watery. 1 Red Bean Soup - Soup was sweet, but red bean was bland. Btw, very small amount of red beans. More liquids than beans. 1 Iced Jelly - Now this dessert was delightfully sweet and wonderful. It was worth getting. I wished I got two of these instead of the red bean soup. Will I be back? I really don't know because I have mixed feelings about their food. Maybe for dine-in experience... I'll see.

It's been a long, long time since I had Cajun seafood boils. I've heard of this new place in Pasadena so we gave it a try. We got combo B worth $89.99 for three people. We picked peeled shrimp, crayfish, mussels, and clams. We also added half pound of sausages. It came with two potatoes, two eggs, four corns and broccoli. For our sides, we chose sweet potato fries, dumplings and chicken wings. Service was fast but when we saw our order, we questioned ourselves if we can finish this. To our surprise, we actually did. We loved everything. We also enjoyed the complimentary, unlimited appetizer and dessert bar. There's several selections but most were too spicy for me. I loved the desserts though especially the sesame balls. We arrived a few minutes before closing but customers were coming in nonstop, a good indication that this place was liked by many.

This place offer a unique combination (not fusion) of northern Chinese food and seafood boil. Both very flavorful and good spices. Food: 5/5 We ordered the Combo A that comes with two sides, broccoli, eggs, potatoes, and two seafoods. We got a pound of mussel and a pound of shrimp with shell. We also added a half pound of sausage. The seafood boil was flavorful and the seafood was pretty fresh (no fishy smell or taste). However, the thing that sets this place apart from any typical seafood boil is their buffet bar. It featured northern Chinese delicacies like chicken gizzard, pig ear, and duck neck as well as some yummy snacks like smashed cucumbers, salt peanuts, and marinated tofu. Honestly, the buffet bar was along well worth the price. Everything was really tasty, but we saved room for their desserts that featured red bean soup, sesame balls, and herbal jelly. Service: 5/5 The service here was great. The staff kept offering us to take some candies to go. The staff told us to check out the buffet bar while we waited, but the food came out pretty quickly nonetheless. Ambiance: 5/5 This place use to be Jin Sushi. They did a good job remodeling the inside. It was a nice atmosphere to eat and they were also blasting kpop music. There was plenty of parking in the back. I will definitely come back here!

The shrimp fried rice was packed with flavor and loaded with juicy shrimp. The Kung Pao chicken had the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. The tea-smoked duck was tender, smoky, and definitely the star of the meal. The steamed dumplings were juicy and comforting, while the scallion pancake beef rolls were crispy on the outside and stuffed with flavorful beef inside. Plus, dine-in guests get access to a complimentary appetizer bar, making the experience even more fun. We were craving seafood so we ordered a seafood boil combo with snow crab and clamps in their signature sauce. It also came with corn potatoes and broccoli. Everything was flavorful and the seafood tasted very fresh for the side. We ordered garlic bread and fries, which went perfectly with the seafood. There was plenty of sauce left over so we used it to make noodles afterward, it turned into another tasty meal, which made the order feel like an even better value.

We stopped in as soon as they opened the other day. There is parking in the back of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is charming and there is plenty of seating. We came here for the seafood boil and the unlimited appetizer bar. The appetizer bar has so many options and we tried a little bit of everything. The duck necks and the spicy cucumbers were my favorites. We ordered the Combo A seafood boil which gives you two seafood choices, your choice of sauce and two fried choices. Qe went for the mussels and the peeled shrimp. We added some udon noodles. And we got the garlic butter, onion and green onion sauce. It was so good and flavorful. We got the garlic bread and the soup dumplings as our two sides. Both were great and quickly finished. We also added a smoked duck which was amazing. I should have ordered one to go. Friendly service and great food qill male this your new favorite seafood boil restaurant.

We were pretty excited to try this place, but we thought the seafood + Chinese dishes were just okay. Surprisingly, the unlimited sides bar is where it's at! My family came for lunch around 1 pm on Sunday and it was packed. Couldn't even find a spot in the parking lot and had to wait a little bit for someone to leave. There were a couple names ahead of us, so we ended up waiting half an hour or so to get seated. We shared the following: Combo A ($49.99) with clams and peeled shrimp in their mixed sauce, onion rings and chicken wings on the side Roasted fish - garlic flavor ($39.99) Tea-smoked duck ($26.99) Kung pao chicken ($18.99) The seafood combo was okay. We personally found it a bit salty and asked for some rice to eat it with. I was expecting sausage but they don't add that here. Of the 3 Chinese dishes we ordered, the duck was my favorite. It had a nice, smoky flavor, and portions were generous. The leftovers heated up nicely the next day as well! The kung pao chicken was pretty meh and tasted much too sweet. It felt like an Americanized version of the dish rather than having an authentic taste. The fish took so long to come out that we were pretty much done eating when it was finally brought out. Looking at the time stamps on my photos, it came out a full 30+ minutes after the first dish, the seafood combo, came out. We tried a little bit just to taste it. The fish itself tasted very fresh and delicious, but it was very bland. Didn't taste much garlic, and it definitely could've used more salt. The best part of the food here was surprisingly the unlimited sides / cold appetizers bar. We LOVED the food there. I didn't touch any of the spicy stuff, but the shrimp, the sliced pig ears, and the beef with garlic were all bomb, as were the shrimp chips. My family also loved the spicy tofu and the edamame. Service was a bit slow as they seemed short staffed. It took us a while to flag someone down for anything, even a water refill or to get the check.

The cold buffet selection was extensive and very intriguing, with plenty of options to choose from. After a short wait, our meals were served. However, I noticed that two add-ons we had ordered--extra potatoes and rice--were missing. When I mentioned this to our waiter, he asked if we had already eaten the potatoes, which seemed like an unnecessary question since the food had just been brought to our table. The waiter returned shortly afterward with the missing items and explained that the potatoes had simply been left off the order. While I appreciated that the issue was corrected, greater attention to order accuracy and customer service would enhance the overall dining experience. That said, the food itself was flavorful, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. The ambiance was pleasant, and we enjoyed our visit to Pasadena. Overall, it was a good dining experience with excellent food, though there is some room for improvement in customer service.

My husband found this place in Pasadena and it's a cool spot to come to. Parking can be a pain though. You can park in the back, but when it's full, there's not many options. They don't have alcohol. The food is delicious and staff is nice. My husband loves the salad bar which is open to the customers. They hand you popcorn in the beginning when you get seated too. The only downside is that the food and service is slow. It's hard to call on staff and it takes a long time before the food comes out. If you have patience though, it's worth it. Just snack on the salad side bar first. There is ample space and feels like a place you can gather with your family for lunch or dinner. Will be back if wanting some seafood and we are in the area

It's really difficult to decide where to eat; my wife and I want something different, but the family wants Chinese food. I discovered Crab Grabber in Pasadena, which serves both Chinese and boiling crab-style cuisine. Crab Grabber is a plus in Pasadena because it has its own parking area in the back. The restaurant is quite large, with plenty of space and tables. We bought two sets of Combo A with Green Mussels, Headless Shrimp with Green Onion, Ginger, and Garlic Flavor, which includes Fried Onion Rings, Steamed Chicken Juicy Dumpling, and Crunchy Breaded Shrimp. We also ordered the Roasted Fish with Garlic Flavor. The alternative Combo A that includes Friend Chicken Wings, Steamed Chicken Juicy Dumpling, and Garlic Bread, Scallion Pancake Beef Rolls. As I was taking pictures, I noticed the owner with photos with multiple Hollywood people. I spoke with the owner while we waited for our food to arrive. The owner is very kind and caring, and I can see how she takes care of her employees. Not to mention, the restaurant provides free appetizers with a variety of options such as seaweed, pickled vegetables, duck neck, duck wings, kimchi, pig ears, chicken feet, gizzards, and dessert. I love the Old Fashion Aiyu Dessert, which brings back many memories of when I was a kid in Taiwan and used to ride my little bike to buy it with my sister. Bring the family and friends to Crab Grabber to experience the incredible seafood, Chinese cuisine, and scrumptious wonderful appetizers; this will undoubtedly be your location! Come and support the business!!

One cool fact about this place is that the owner has catered for the Oscars, and you can definitely tell they care about the quality of the food. We ordered the Combo B ($89.99), which is perfect for sharing. It comes with 4 lbs of seafood, 3 fried appetizers, 2 potatoes, 2 eggs, 4 corn on the cob, broccoli, and your choice of sauce and spice level. For our seafood, we chose snow crab, peeled shrimp, clams, and green mussels, and picked the Mix Everything sauce. If you're not sure which sauce to choose, this one is a great option because it combines all of their signature flavors. It was rich, buttery, garlicky, and packed with Cajun flavor. Every bite was delicious! We also ordered the Roasted Fish and Stir-Fried Garlic Cabbage, and both were excellent. The roasted fish was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, while the garlic cabbage was fresh, simple, and full of garlic flavor. They paired really well with the seafood boil. One of the best parts is the FREE unlimited appetizer and dessert bar with every dine-in meal. We enjoyed shrimp, beef, pig ears, Asian-style appetizers, fresh fruit, snacks, and desserts before our main dishes even arrived. It definitely adds a lot of value to the meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed. Plus, there's free parking, which is always a huge bonus in Pasadena. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. If it's your first visit, I highly recommend Combo B with the Mix Everything sauce. It's a great way to enjoy a little bit of everything!

We came here yesterday with some friends and loved the idea of a Szechuan twist to seafood boil! They come with a bunch of free side dishes which were actually quite yummy and their spice definitely has some spice to it. I have mixed feelings about this place because there were some items we loved, but some that were so mid and the service was extremely slow. We got 2 Combo As doing mostly snow crabs and some shrimp, trying both Chinese flavors and Sweet Potato Fries/Steamed Dumplings. Note we also requested regular fries and never got those. I asked about this maybe an hour 45 min in and they still never came. The steamed dumplings came maybe an hour and a half in and were straight up cold. The sweet potato fries were ok but nothing special. I will say the actual seafood boil was delicious and the szechuan flavor was really good. The corn was delicious and the sausages were great add ons. Note 1 lb of snow crab is literally one cluster and that's it. We also ordered the Spicy Fried Chicken and Cucumber Egg dish. The fried chicken was so good but definitely very spicy. Our first dish came more than an hour in which was only 1 seafood boil. By the time it had hit 2 hours, we still hadn't received the cucumber egg. We asked them to cancel it if it wasn't made yet and they eventually brought it out but did take it off the tab. The owner tried to explain to us that they were down a chef and that's why things were just a tad slower today, but I think it was way more than a tad. Overall, definitely some yummy things but make sure you are allocating 2.5-3 hours to dine here.

Had a really great experience here! The food was delicious, and what surprised me most was all the free dishes and snacks they offered. It almost felt like a buffet because there were so many complimentary items to try. Everything we tasted was super good. Our server, Selina, was wonderful. She checked on us several times to make sure we liked the food, asked about the flavors, and kept our water filled. She was very attentive and friendly throughout the meal. I think the lady who came to our table was probably the owner. She was very welcoming and took the time to check if we enjoyed everything.She even mentioned that we could take our ordered food home and continue trying more of the free dishes. Before we left, a short-haired lady at the front desk (sorry, I didn't get her name) was also incredibly kind. She suggested that we take some extra snacks to go, which was such a nice touch. Brand new spot and it ls amazing. The have a appetizers bar with a ton a yummy snacks my fav was the spicy tofu and edamame. The boil is on the lighter spicy side so if u was some spicy probably do 2 or 3 fires. We did one fire and it was still good just missing some heat. The have lunch specials for $15 before 3 that comes with a huge serving that could probably feed 2 with a side of rice and a sode. Will be coming back soon. read more

okay but why did Crab Grabber lowkey become one of my favorite seafood spots in pasadena came here expecting a solid meal and left in a full on seafood coma in the best way. the star of the table was the giant seafood tray loaded with king crab legs crawfish and mussels. everything tasted unbelievably fresh sweet juicy and clean like it went straight from the ocean to the pot to our table. no fishy taste no heaviness just pure seafood goodness. their chongqing sauce is a must if you like bold flavor. it is spicy numbing and super fragrant that signature sichuan pepper tingle that makes your lips buzz a little but keeps you going back for more. it coated the seafood perfectly without overpowering the natural sweetness. we also got the beef rolls on the side and wow savory tender and so satisfying. those disappeared fast. the vibe is great for groups too. big tables shareable portions and the kind of meal where everyone is reaching across the table saying wait let me try that. perfect for family dinners or a fun night out with friends. read more

If you're looking for a place that does both a classic Cajun boil and authentic Sichuan-style grilled fish, Crab Grabber is the spot. We came here for a weekend feast and were blown away by the variety and the flavors. The Food: * The Seafood Boil: We got the crawfish and king crab legs. The sauce was perfectly buttery with just the right amount of kick. The crab was fresh, sweet, and actually easy to crack (they provide all the tools and gloves you need!). * Spicy Grilled Fish: This was the absolute star of the show! It's served in a massive tray, sizzling and covered in aromatics and chilies. The fish was tender, flaky, and the spice level was incredible without being overwhelming. * The Sides: Don't sleep on the "non-seafood" items. Their beef rolls are crispy and savory--honestly some of the best I've had. We also tried the Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) and they were the perfect comfort addition to the spicy meal. The Vibe: The restaurant is clean, casual, and the staff is super friendly. It's the kind of place where you don't mind wearing a bib and getting your hands dirty. Plus, they have a private parking lot in the back, which is a huge win for this part of Colorado Blvd. If you're a seafood lover in the SGV, you have to give this place a try. I do like what I enjoyed here! They have a wide menu of Chinese food plus seafood boil and was all good to me because I'm a sucker for both. Ordered the two person combo + added some Chinese dishes like their combination noodles and the taste was all too familiar with my tastebuds. Their fried options are good too like their wings that I could not get enough of. I do want to try the fried fish next time so I'll be keeping an eye out for that when I come back. I am so stuffed! I took my bf here because he loves crab. We got a whole 2 person combo (1 lb of snow crab, 1 lb of shrimp, potatoes, corn with the whole seasoning mix) AND a whole BIG Dungeness crab for less than $100. I love that the combos come with 2 sides! We picked sweet potato fries and steamed dumplings. Everything was delicious and the seafood was so fresh. The portions are huge for a very reasonable price. The girls working were super friendly and helpful. IThe interior decor is adorable and clean. Highly recommend you visit Crab Grabber if you love fresh crab. read more

This restaurant offers a very rich variety of dishes, including seafood like boiling crab, and Chinese food like steamed dumplings and Chongqing spicy roasted fish. Nearly 30 types of cold dishes and snacks are FREE! My favorite is the duck head, very spicy and authentic flavor. The owner of the restaurant is very enthusiasm, and the service is great. read more

The food it self is not bad but I am comparing it to boiling crab and it is not as good. The serving seems to be smaller and they are charging the same price. The flavor is pretty good but not the best. The flavor are also not to strong, I've asked for hot level and it tastes like mild. The restaurant it self look pretty cool and calm but I saw it through pick up so take it with a grain of salt. Overall, I do believe it's worth coming by to eat some sea food boil, but don't expect to much. read more

Yes, I enjoy eating at this place. I'm still confuse on how the side bar works. Was there a specific order i need to order? It wouldn't make sense to just order a drink and eat the side bar all day right? I couldn't find anything in the menu that mention about the side bar. The owner here is the sweetest! I'm sure she only care about her customer being happy. But I'm a big eater!! Every time I goes to the side bar, I felt guilty taking anything, especially when the owner is watching lol. It would be much better if there is something to clearly states i could have as much i wanted. Does that make sense? Cause I could easily go as much as 20 rounds. After the first 2 rounds, I already start feeling bad for eating too much. --------------------------- I came again today, the owner wasn't here this time. Apparently, that is not a good thing. That's only if you care about the side bar. When the owner was here, everything is 100%. She always make sure the side bar is clean and filled. So when you don't see the owner there, don't count on the side bar. And it's understandable, side bar wasn't meant to be part of the menu. Complementary items by the courtesy of the owner. But in all honesty, I find no value coming here without the side bar. read more

Came here specifically for the garlic butter seafood boil and it did not disappoint. The owner is from Chongqing with over 40 years of restaurant experience, and the flavors really show it. The seafood boil is a must. We chose peeled shrimp, mussels, snow crab legs, and clams. I'm usually sensitive to fishy flavors, but everything was rich, garlicky, and buttery with almost no fishiness at all. Even the sweet corn was incredibly flavorful. The spicy crawfish were large and fresh, and the Sichuan-style grilled fish had crispy skin, tender meat, and plenty of sides. The peppercorn chicken was crispy, fragrant, and full of wok hei. We decided on the head on shrimp and green mussels which comes with corn, potatoes, and broccoli. The sauce is the mixture of all the sauces, mild. We opted for the sweet potato fries and garlic bread. Our meal came out great. Just the right taste and right spice level for us. But the thing that really impressed us was the impeccable service. Everyone at the restaurant was great especially Ercos. He was very friendly and knowledgeable explaining to us the whole process. He was very attentive and anticipated our needs. He and a lady (sorry I didn't get her name) made sure we never ran out of water. In addition, Isabella (I presume the owner) made her rounds checking with all the patrons to make sure everything was okay. She is very friendly and accommodating. Such a fun new find in Pasadena! Free parking + free unlimited duck snacks and cold dishes -- honestly amazing. Everything was seasoned really well. This place has a lot of cool features. I did not personally partake of the free cold appetizer buffet, but the fact that it exists is a good thing; it makes the restaurant stand out. It's unique. My biggest complaint is that the restaurant tries to be one of those Cajun/Asian food boils a la Boiling Crab but also wants to be Chinese/Szechuan restaurant, but it's not super great at being both. It's fine. I don't know for sure if it would be better served staying in one lane. I found the Chongqing Chicken serviceable but uninspiring and a little on the expensive side. The seafood boil mussels were pretty good, love the garlic and the spice. But, I find the stuff at the actual Boiling Crab or other similar places to taste even better. So, I think Crab Grabber is fine, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there. read more

This place is horrible, they are stingy with food. I ordered a combination fried noodle. I got literally 2 very small cut up beef slices. I got less than a chicken leg cut up and maybe four pieces of shrimp cut up to make it appear to be more than it was. I got about 100 noodles. This place won't be around in 2027. Came here for the crab boil. They totally missed the mark. Got the combo with garlic butter, 2 orders of crab, 2 orders of shrimp, dumplings, French fries and chicken wings. Shrimp had no flavor. Crab was just ok. Dumplings and sauce no good. RICE, was not good. We really wanted to like this place as it's close by. We'll be driving 30 min to Montebello for Bag-O-Crab. Service.... Ok, here goes. Passed by here too many times. Very curious because at this end of Colorado Blvd, not too many restaurants. Well, I finally took a 20 min drive and opened the front door. Immediately welcomed, and seated. I thought it was buffet style, but more like sit down and order. Very open and airy. Our server came with water and a big smile. After analyzing the unique menu, I understood it was a boiling crab style event. Ordered the under $50 for two main menu. Mussels and shell on shrimp with all the adds the come with it. Potatoes broccoli corn and a perfect boiled egg. Selected the lemon pepper Cajun style. I liked that when the order arrived, it was presented into an aluminum pan. Kept the selection well soaked and warm vs table unloaded. Large mussels and large shrimp. The sauce was amazing and must have had a clove of delicious garlic morsels. I was more than happy! To top off an amazing lunch, was what I call the "side Show " seemed like about 20 epic Chinese rarities I love. Pig ears spicy style, chicken feet, and spicy gizzards. That along with kimchi, salads edami and exotic deserts. I got more than my monies worth. I have found a place that I will come back to. Met the owner, she was so sweet and welcoming. Service was completely lagging. Drinks (and by this I mean canned sodas) took about 20 minutes to reach the table and only came when it was pointed out. The Combo A seafood boil with a mix of all the sauces and mild was bland, at best. There was truly no Cajun flavor to it; basically, it tasted like water and butter. The shrimp was undercooked. The store associate says that it gets made fresh daily, and that there's chunks of lobster in the bisque, so I had to give it a try. Guys. It's worth making a trip for! This is the BEST lobster bisque I've had (and I used to live in east coast!). You can truly taste the freshness and yes, there were chunks of lobster in it! They also have a clam chowder which I need to try again. Whatever you come here for, get a side of soup to complete your meal :)

Nicely fried and not overly seasoned. (5/5) Signature Lobster - I feel like you have to get this here since it's their specialty. It's pricey, but in my opinion, it's the best and freshest lobster in town. Tons of green onions, seasoned well, fresh meat, and lots of lobster roe. (5/5) Service was good, and they didn't automatically add a mandatory tip for a large party. The total came out to around $364, which is pricey, but the food was phenomenal. Parking - Valet only, but they have street parking in front. I parked on the street since there were plenty of spots on a Wednesday, but I assume it gets busy on weekends.

This is an unripe mango thinly cut and mixed in with traditional Vietnamese herbs. It also comes with some shrimp chips to funnel up this delicious salad. Oc Mong Tay Mo Hanh ($18.99) - Razor clams grilled with scallion oil. One of the least flavorful items by compare. Both my friend and I felt like the scallion oil was very light on these razor clams but enjoyed it with the sauces from other dishes. Oc Mo Bo Toi ($24.99) - Fat snails prepared garlic butter style. Delicious. These bigger snails makes them easier to pick them out with the skewers they serve this with. Ngheu Xao Bo Toi ($16.99) - Clams prepared garlic butter style. Yum. It comes unsweetened, but there's a convenient self-service station stocked with simple syrup, utensils, napkins, and to-go containers so you can customize it however you like. One thing to note is that it's a self-bus restaurant, so after your meal you'll return your tray and dispose of your trash. I had every intention of ordering one of their gorgeous matcha parfaits, but after finishing my meal, I simply didn't have the room. Been seeing this place called Crab Grabber all over my feed--it's in East Pasadena right off Rosemead Blvd. So glad there's finally a solid spot for Cajun-style seafood without the crazy Boiling Crab wait times! Parking is easy and free in the back lot. What really stands out here is their sauce selection. Beyond the usual Cajun, garlic butter, and lemon pepper, they also have combo sauces and even a Chongqing spicy mala option. We went with the two-person combo and added snow crab legs, choosing the "mix of all above" sauce--it's definitely the closest I've had to that classic Boiling Crab flavor. The snow crab legs were juicy, meaty, and soaked up the sauce perfectly. But the real surprise was the unlimited sides bar! They have a whole spread of Chinese braised snacks like duck heads, duck necks, duck feet, and pork ears, plus really legit stir-fried dishes. The owner has been making Sichuan-style braised dishes for decades, and you can tell--everything tastes authentic and flavorful. They also offer complimentary red bean soup, mung bean soup, ice jelly, and taro sweet soup to help cool down from the spice. Such a nice touch!
