It may designed in a way where you live in the complex and can just stop in without leaving the property which I have seen for a couple of these newer apartment buildings. The shop itself is fine, clean, small amount of seating. I think this may be the type of shop where I just pick up or get delivery from instead of bringing a big group to hang out for some bubble tea. I had ordered a Sesame milk tea. It was essentially a milk tea but sesame seeds were blended through it. It was gritty kinda like how red bean bobas are but not like sweet bean paste. It had that sesame seeds taste that you get from burger buns with sesame seeds on them. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but I can't say that's what it was. Maybe others like that as it's probably healthier than tapioca balls but I just was not into it. This shop online, prided itself on making their tapioca balls in house. Every few weeks there is a new, unique fruit combination that blows him away. I stick to my tried and true Thai iced tea with boba, and NOWHERE else has been able to compete. The details are what makes this place stand out. If you buy multiple drinks, they place your order in an adorable, reusable purple bag. Also, there is a rewards program. The food court is also convenient as there are other food options but having a bubble tea place as an addition is a huge plus! This Gong Cha store looks very tidy, and well-managed. The workers were friendly and can provide recommendations. While waiting for the orders, you can notice the employees are busy making all their necessary preparations and everyone seemed exceptional. The drinks were made fresh and also did not realize that they also have freshly brewed coffee - what an amazing selection. In addition to several drinks, also ordered a viet coffee. Normally, bubble tea stores do not have fresh coffee (usually it's instant because that is not their main product.) So for them to have that as a choice, and to be made fresh - that is a true win-win situation! So the menu choices were a bit long, and requires really focusing into each category to get a sense of what's available. Peach green tea, medium $6.50 I requested Oolong tea, but the cashier inadvertently inputted my order in the register as green tea. However, my sales receipt attained stated "Notes: oolong." The tea actually did taste Oolong as well as the dark coloring which my order is accurate. One medium drink with grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 $.075, regular ice 100%, and sugar 30%. I desired this drink to be cold and no milk which my requests were fulfilled and satisfied. The tea was standard but good quality. I have a predilection for Oolong and green tea - particularly Matcha green tea. The grass jelly is average, somewhat served chilled and paucity for minimal quantity but a nice delight. I strongly believe there is a price discrimination for preferential treatment as New Jersey is significantly lowered price than its neighbor state New York. For $6.50 medium drink it is very reasonable price by the economic standards of stagflation 2026 era.
