This is only my second yelp review BUT it's for the same place. 2 Years ago, I got a pizza from here that was flavorless and that was a fully loaded special. Since this is on my way home my girlfriend convinced me to give it another try. I tried to be open minded and give it a shot. Shame on me. I ordered a Beef "stew" bread bowl. What ABSOLUTE GARABAGE! It not only looked like Dinty Moore but worse and it was stone cold and again lacking ANY flavor. I should've sent it back and left, but didn't want to make a scene and ruin my GF's meal which was ok at best. I only had a couple bites and pushed it to the end of the table. Waitress came by, didn't ask if there was a problem or if I'd like to take the rest home, just picked it up and walked away. Not to mention there is only one person on staff, so I won't go into how bad the service was... Dine here if like bland overpriced frozen dinners. read more

They have a great breakfast. Waitresses are great and kind very organized. The place is very clean and have a great variety of food.

Terrible service. Only one waitress for the restaurant and she also has to answer the phone/get takeout orders ready. Unfortunately the telephone takes preference over the seated customers. It took us over 10 minutes to get a menu because of this. Also our cooked food sat on the counter for a good 5 minutes because of phone in takeout orders. It was my first time. Restaurant/restroom is clean. Our waitress was really nice. I was with my son and his family. We had to wait a long time for our food which is not great with an infant. It was apparent that my chicken dish went to a table that arrived after us. Waiting for my food to finally arrive meant that everyone else was done. By the time we left the baby was crying and his 3 year sister was restless waiting for me. Was the food good. The chicken was tender and mushrooms perfect but the flavor of the sauce was strange. I love coming here. I've always gotten friendly service and the food has been fantastic. The snowball pizza was unique and tasted great. The fried calamari was lightly breaded and the texture was like shrimp - not a hint of rubbery texture. Penne alla vodka was one of the best I've had. I also liked the Caesar salad. We have opted to come here many times with friends and family because the atmosphere is relaxed and we can actually relax and talk comfortably with everyone. Stopped by last night for dinner with my family. This is a quaint country restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the food we received. The calamari was some of the best we have ever had. Eggplant parm, penne ala vodka, and chicken Caesar salad were all fantastic. We started with the cheesy garlic bread. If you are a garlic lover like I am your taste buds will sing. The service was fantastic as well. The waitress Abby was never slow to great a customer or serve a customer. Pulled in after a long ride from the beach. Only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because the waitress was Very nice. First, We ordered a burger with fries. Burger had a weird taste to it and the fries tasted frozen. The french onion soup didn't really have any flavor. We also ordered the clam chowder which tasted like nothing without clams in it. Nice. My boyfriend ordered fish and chips, he said the fish was so so. Buffalo chicken strips for the app were pretty good. My son had the small pizza, dough tasted frozen and they probably put their own sauce and cheese on top. We get the whole Covid 19 thing and restaurants giving out plastic utensils but the table next to us had silverware... Oh and pricey for not so good food. read more

This tiny piece of toothpick was in my sandwich and it stabbed the inside of my mouth and made me bleed. For reference, the four toothpicks that were stuck through my sandwich are on the right. None of them are broken, so I'm not sure how the small piece ended up in my food. Never again. read more

I have been back to Cozy Corner 5 times since last review.....each time was special! I love the waitresses that work there and have been meeting the chefs also. Each are very kind, talented, and provide excellent quality service and food. I am addicted to the salads. Always have one. One day I shared a stringy, cheese pizza with my friend. It was very filling and tasty. Another day the chicken parmigiana was enough for 3 days for me. The salad with grilled shrimp was so pretty and flavorful. Just please go there if you travel by the area......you will have a nice cozy, satisfying meal. read more

I'm surprised this place hasn't been reviewed. From outside it seems pretty uninteresting, but I've stopped there a few times and the menu is quite varied. The people are Greek, and while the Greek items are limited, some are really outstanding. The moussaka in particular may be the best I've ever had (including in Greece): ethereally light but very tasty. The spinach pie too: not a chunk cut off a steam table, but individual and made with loving care. If you're in the neighborhood and have been looking for Greek good, don't miss it! Unfortunate that the wine selection is red, white or rose, but you can't have everything. read more

The appys: calamari looked like it was the bottom of the frozen bag & container's bottom was barely covered, not even a serving for one!--and they were cold!!; wings ok-a bit over cooked-and def seemed like weren't fresh but just out of frozen bag--blue cheese dressing tasty. The only way this place has worked over the last 10 plus years is their amazing waitress Anisa. The owner has completely taken advantage of the regular customers. With a packed restaurant, the owner would rather drink and get drunk with his friends than help the other waitress and cook staff serve. Save yourself and go elsewhere... unless Anisa is working.
