I personally liked the flavor of the sauce but felt the cheese could've been a bit cheesier & the pizza dough was good. Again, these are my personal opinions, everyone has their own. There's not much parking available at all, I parked on the side of the street; just for reference. The total price was also pretty decent for both items. The ambiance was pretty good & the timing they stated for pick-up was accurate. The service was also nice.

This mall looked much more lifelike 15 years ago when I first moved to Waterbury than it does today. This location alone has had a number of changes in management, and while it has always been a place to get pizza, this is at least the third business that has been at this location since 2009 (it was Sbarro when I first visited this place). Now that we got the ambiance and history off this place out of the way, let's dive right into Sicilian Delight itself. Today's order was two slices of pizza, one of which was Honey BBQ Chicken and then the other Chicken Bacon Ranch. I am NOT a Plain Jane when it comes to pizza, so keep this in mind. I also grabbed up an order of their Garlic Knots. Of course, they come with Marinara Sauce. It all comes out to around $15, which you can do a lot worse given these times. The food was okay, and two slices alone will definitely be filling here. But nothing was spectacular. In fact, I barely even touched the Marinara Sauce, especially once I noticed it was pretty watery. So yeah, you can definitely move along without that. What you NEED if you're having pizza here is a drink to go along with it! Otherwise, it will be a dry lunch for you. The Honey BBQ one had a honey mustard on top and didn't taste much like any Honey BBQ I've ever had. But it's still a fine slice if you're willing to look past this. The Chicken Bacon Ranch tasted a lot more like its name was advertised to be. It still doesn't compare to the better pizza places, but it does hold its own. Then the Garlic Knots were okay. Could definitely have used a bit more garlic sauce though. Service is pretty mid, nothing to really talk about. You just come and go. One thing I did notice is there was a little kid in the back next to the refrigerator, so it makes me wonder if people bring their kids to work with them. It helps them get experience with the real world I suppose, and this is Waterbury, so I'm not going to be as critical about that kind of thing here. Still something to note. So overall, this is a place you would go if you want to be more frugal and don't mind the dip in quality. It definitely does not compare to better pizza establishments, but for the price you pay it's not bad.

I had the Ribeye it came out, medium rare just as I asked . What's was really nice is you get a garden salad with your dinner and I asked for the citrus homemade dressing that was tasty. They did serve homemade bread that was very good . My guest had the Ria's chicken nice size portion and the sauce on the chicken was excellent the chicken was very moist done perfectly . At the end of my meal I ordered an Espresso Martin and I have to say Amy knows how to make a great martini. We will definitely be going back soon.

if i could leave no stars i would so tonight 11-2-18 my wife had just left work and decided to order pizza and fries mind you she was getting out of work to go home and feed a 4 year old and a 10 year old also worked 9 hours so she called in the order they told her 45 minutes she is home now and been waiting 1 hour and a half so she calls them they tell her the order just left we live 2 minutes from the pizza place another 30 minutes go by still no pizza now the kids are hungry and tired its about 9 oclock at night she ordered at 7 oclock so she calls again the women who answers the phone by the way is so rude and mean so anyways she calls after 30minutes goes by the rude women tells her this time that the driver was out and it should be there what !!!! i live 2 minutes up the road so no pizza kids fall asleep without eating and were now on hour number 3 call again she agrued with me that 45 minute wait is a estimate time what!!! so she hangs up in my face i call back and tell the women to get her boss on the phone she wouldnt so i hang up and she calls me back trying to blame me for waiting 3 and a half hours it is now 10 oclock i told her i was still waiting she says oh you didnt get it yet i said no she said hold on put me on hold for over 10 minutes i hang up and it is now 11:49 at night my kids are sound asleep im going to sleep and no pizza was ever delivered this pizza place needs to be shut down for good horrible people answering the phone all the way around horrible kids had to go to bed without eating the problem is they got tons of money from the city here and there heads are stuck so far up there ass that they dont care about the people pf the city they think they are all rich i hope this bussiness gets what it deserves making my kids go to bed hungry who would want to order from a place like this !!!? !!!!! please waterbury leave reviews about this horrible place i know the women who answers the phones dont give a fuck !!! please guys when you call and order make sure you get the exzact time because it will take hours and she will tell you the time was a estimate but the sad part is my order never showed up to my house they are a horrible bussiness they were mad at me for there the problem they had and tried to put it all on the customer the women who answers the phone is the worst women ever scum bag whore read more

If I can leave no stars I would .. So 2 weeks ago I make a order for delivery because Dominic and pia were closed and park pizza was also closed so I decided to order here ..So I have 3 kids and and my wife at home I place the order they tell me 45 minutes so time goes by it's now been 1 hour I call and ask what's going on they told me the pizza was on its way mind you it's 2 minutes down the road so I wait another 45 minutes I call and they tell me that they are sorry and the pizza is on it's way okay I will wait come to find out they never delivered my food and closed call the next day and tell them to refund me they told me they would it's been over a week nothing refunded call today and was hung up on so I go to the pizza shop same women who took the order same women who said she would refund told me I wasn't getting a refund because how does she know the food wasn't delivered she takes my number down there's no leadership every time I ask yo talk to a boss they are never there horrible bussiness would never spend a dime there again I am going to the better bussiness Burrough and reporting them that women needs a smack I can't wait until someone smacks her up white fat lady who answers the phones !! read more

Great pizza!! The Sicilian is amazing. If you get pepperoni, I suggest getting it well done or the pepperoni won't crisp up for some reason. But that's only on the Sicilian. There regular pies are good too. They're aren't cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. They might forget that they're in Waterbury though. They have good fried Mozz and subs also. plus, they are super nice people when you pick stuff up. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because their hours suck so badly. I mean they're the worst. Closed on Sundays??? What pizza joint is closed on Sunday? And they close early too the rest of the week. I don't get it. I would order from them an extra 50% if they had Pizza Huts hours. I'm not saying I like Pizza Hut at all. They're pizza is uneatable at best. But they're open every day and open late. One of them was Empire Pizza, just over the New Britain line. Their New York Style pizza has 22 red-sauced and nine "white pizza" varieties. Some of their more interesting choices include moussaka, Fra Diavlo, clam casino, and chicken alfredo pizzas. We enjoyed our cheese pizza which was a pretty good rendition of classic NY pizza with a very thin crust and nice cheese and sauce toppings. Coffee snobs may disagree but it is that exact balance and portion that provides me the perfect morning attitude adjustment. Additionally I had a fabulous bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll. Instead of the crispy bacon that you typically fine in a traditional breakfast right, this was the light smoke ham turned into bacon that they use on the pizza. It included this earthy smoky flavor that made the sandwich so much better. Now they are open early, before 9 AM, and there was a steady stream of folks coming in to get Calzones ostensibly for breakfast. Many of them were tradesmen looking to give their teams a quick pick me up with a fabulous piping hot sausage and ricotta calzone.I can't speak to the pizza or the calzones but given the activity here, it has to be good.
