Really good Pizza! they have been around since forever (Dino & the Mom) RIP to The parents, opened the place on Willow St. & the family continues serving Waterbury . The pizza only has gotten, better. It's actually thicker now! They have party pizzas with pepperoni for $30. Lg pies for $13. Plus a few coupons in their menu. They no longer have tables inside, but that shouldn't stop you! Especially when the weather is warm! Fulton park & pool is right across the street! 7-Eleven is next-door wit the slushies!! Look, it is what it is. If it's a place you're looking for that has good cheap food, this is the place. My son and I walked in, ordered 3 pepperoni slices, 2 cheese slices, 2 cans of soda, and paid $12.50 - I almost thought it was a mistake! The pizza is solid NY style, good cheese, good sauce, good crust, no complaints. The people who work there are always working hard and pleasant and respectful. It's not a sit down joint, it's a grab a slice joint, and for what it is, it's 5 stars. I can't speak for the other menu items, only my experience. But I like it. Had a delivery multiple times... food always came good and not soggy but this time the garlic bread was soggy and the pepperoni pizza wasn't hot, it was warm but not HOT !! Called to complain and ask for a manager but they keep saying "managers not here" or "managers busy on the over" when that's bs. I've been a manager. It takes less than 2 minutes to talk on the phone with a person who frequently buys from here! HIGHLY UPSET !!!!! Oh and the lady over the phone VERY RUDE ! Definitely could improve more on how to be nicer and how to make sure you poke holes in the aluminum foil !!! read more

I have been a customer for 24 years. I love the food ,service,and quickness of this place. It's always a good vibe with staff and atmosphere. Always ready to help you and please you . They know my voice so they normally know exactly what I want. Their delivery service has yet to disappoint me I love the food and the workers. The only other thing I like more then that is the prices they're definitely lower then moat which is even better because I can give my kids that pizza night more often then less. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas and was incredibly disappointed. The food arrived nearly cold and was so overbaked it was hard to chew. Both pizzas taste inedible so that's a waste unfortunately. The service was good, very polite when taking my order. read more

EXCELLENT PIZZA !!!! It was recommended by my son so I thought I'd take a ride from Woodbury and give it a try. The drive was WELL WORTH IT. Got a Large 1/2 Sausage, 1/2 Bacon .... I live a couple blocks from Park Pizza, about a 20 minute walk, so I took a stroll down and decided to get some dinner. Pepperoni slice: very good slice that they warmed up for me. Crust had a nice crunch and was chewy in a good way. The sauce was very good and I could tell the cheese was of good quality. Meatball parm grinder - Also very good. The sauce, again, is excellent. Lots of flavor. The meatballs were tender. There seemed to be something missing but I couldn't put my finger on it. Maybe oregano? Pepperoni slice - 7.9 out of 10. Writing this because I have been dissatisfied with the pizza the last few times. I am very specific about my order. Tonight -yet again. The pizza was not the way I asked for it to be. I called and was told they would make me a new one if I go pick it up. No way. I'm not driving across town after waiting over an hour for the initial pizza which was burnt, barely chewable and hardly any sauce(I asked for extra) I was told they would remake it and I could return this one and they would deliver it right away. An hour and a half later finally received pizza #2. Handed the driver the original and was told that they said we could keep it. No thanks. Now we are all starving. Pizza#2 burnt yet again and no extra sauce( the same exact way the first one arrived) Very dissatisfied as I order regularly and have recommended this place numerous times. read more

If you walked into Parks Pizza you may walk right back out. Overall the pizza is not that bad and extremely affordable. Their Buffalo Chicken maybe one of the best in Waterbury. Their Chicken Parm grinder is pound for pound one of the best on a good day. Forget about getting the pizza delivered to you as it will easily take 2 hours but if you are ever in the area I would most defiantly stop in. - The Critic read more

I was a customer of Park pizza for some years. They used to be good or so I thought. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I work in a restaurant so trust me I know. One order I put in was a wrap it came soggy as heck it was inedible. He offered a 50% discount on my next order. I was alittle upset it didn't fix the sandwich I had right then. I let it go. Then I put in another order they put extra stuff in the order I never ordered again I let it go. Because I thought in my mind they knew me as a customer they would play fair. This last order was ridiculous. I ordered the 12 piece tenders w no fries the menu say 11dollars she says it's 13 now I say ok. And a piece of cheesecake. I get a slice of pizza and a 6pieve tender w fries. Now I didn't notice the tenders til after the driver left. He took the slice n brought it back n brought back my cheesecake. Then I call n tell him this is the wrong item I didn't order this. So he comes n takes it and comes bk w it and 3dollars for the fries. I call the owner he tells me the girl who took the order said that's what I said. First of all the driver told me straight out this girl creates nothing but problems when taking and making orders and he's right she made my soggy sandwich the owner told me then. I digress anyway he offers n not happily to give me another 6 piece. I said of course. The driver shows up and says I have to pay 5 more dollars for the order. I almost fell over.i gave the driver another tip of 3 bucks I live walking distance so it's not far lol and told him tell him he can take that and he just lost a customer. The driver got pissed at me like I did something? I felt bad for the driver I did. But no customer should be treated as if their wrong. The owner knows full well that I order this meal twice a week so to treat me this way was ignorant and uncalled for. He has had a loss in business lately now I can understand why? My restaurant would have treated the customer nicely and fairly would have offered the food at 50% off or free. Not to mention it took two hours to complete the order the food was cold. This is the pizza me and my family usually get since it's right down the street. My favorites are their specialty pizza's, especially the chicken, bacon, ranch and the chicken and broccoli. I love stopping here for slices it's $1.25 for a huge slice of cheese pizza. They also have great service the people that work are always nice. read more

We had requested a specific driver who we knew knows our area and were told that was not a problem. The wait time was told to be an hour. That sucks, but whatever. After close to an hour and a half we called and were told he left with our food but they didn't have any more info and couldn't tell us when he would arrive. Sure enough, close to the 2 hour mark we get a call that the driver was lost- not the driver we requested. The food was cold but steamy from sitting in the bag for so long. The mozzarella sticks were soggy and disgusting. We had waited so long that we were not about to wait for more food so we just ate it. This was ate a party no less. Not friendly at all and constantly putting me on hold with hardly any notice at all. One of our favorite pizzas in the area; great fresh thin crust pizza made to order, but especially great because you can get a variety of slices here too at any hour of the day. Never had anything else besides the pizza here so I can't speak on the rest of the menu. Called in an order for a few things. Got a really rude person on the phone. She told us 45 minutes to an hour for the food. That was fine. So an hour and a half goes by and we still never got anything. We called back and was asked to be put on hold - then a click. Usually when you ask a question, you get a response first. She then proceeded to tell me "your food should be there any minute, he just left." We waited another half an hour and gave up and went to Panera. NEVER ordering from there again.
