I love Gino's Pizza, look no further! The pizza is really good compared to others in the area. The crust is crunchy and delicious, and the sauce is top tier. We always get the pepperoni with garlic and it always comes out fantastic. The wings are also amazing as well, I love the Honey BBQ and Garlic Parm and they're a great price! 10 wings for $11? Yes, please! Everyone is super friendly and delivery is always fast and exceptional. I could not recommend this place more. read more

Got a large cheese and sausage and a small broccoli and both were very good. My personal favorite type of pizza is New Haven style, but this pizza would be second on my list, which seemed to be a cross between Greek and New York style IMO. Sausage was thinly sliced which I prefer over chunks and the broccoli pieces were nice and small, perfectly covering the whole pie. Good amount of cheese on both pizzas. read more

The guy at Gino was a pleasant person in the beginning I ordered tuna wrap and fries. The price was approximately 12 and after a few times he raised the price on me to $15 then told me he's going up on the price even more if he wants to that he didn't need my service so he became un fair customer service so I don't order food from this place very shady read more

We moved to Newington and since we don't use food delivery often, we researched and then chose Gino's. The food and service are excellent. We love the honey bbq wings , Quesadillas and fried dough. read more

Did a pick up order and from the moment I walked in till I left with my food the customer service was absolutely phenomenal! There's nothing better then to eat great quality and tasting food after great customer service! BEST WINGS IN MERIDEN HANDS DOWN!!!! Pizza was cold when it arrived. Pizza had too much breading. There was more dough than cheese. The salad was gross. Lettuce wasn't fresh. It was soggy and tasted like it sat in warm weather for hours. My first time ordering from them and last. read more

Terrible. BLT was bacon bits...salty and like plastic, couldn't chew it. Ordered chips and got french fries...that tasted like motor oil and fish. They do not change their oil frequently enough. Owner would not fix it, ignored us. Go to NAPOLIS! Much better. read more

Their website is deceiving as they offer you 15% discount for a first time ordering but when I called the Meriden location, I was told, that discount is only for 'pick-up'. Told the girl they should fix their website to state that! Also, they charge a flat fee 4.00 to deliver! That's outrageous unless they deliver every order right out of the oven to the house, but we all know they deliver several orders at a time. Also, their outrageous delivery charge also is NOT listed on their website. read more

I placed an order with them for delivery. My credit card was charged...I recieved an email confirmation....and never received my purchase. I attempted calling them 10+ times and no one picked up the phone. I am extremely disappointed, never order online from them!! read more

First time and might be last. Ordered Sausage grinder and probably worst I have ever had. Sausage was dry and burnt as you can see.Sauce very rich. Haven't tried the cold Gino Special as we got that to bring for lunch tomorrow. Previous pizza photos look good so may try that someday but not sure. Thursday 6/22/2017 changed my review from a 2 to a 1. Most disgusting roast beef sandwich ever. Roast beef tasted like it was very old and had already started to get that bad smell.(should be fresh, and the girl taking order on phone said RB was rare so this was definitely old because it was well done) For a newly opened restaurant, you sure ARE NOT CARING WHAT YOU SERVE!!! Bad business......Bad food.....Never Again!! read more

Gino's Pizza - a meatball sandwich with tomato sauce - Pizza Near Me - Meriden, Connecticut

New Restaurant! !! Place just opened in the old Dante's. Next to the new CVS. -Ordered a large plain cheese pizza and it was perfect. Thin crust well cooked, generous sauce. Cheese that stretches when you pull up your slice. Not in any way soggy. -Wings were solid. Not the greatest ever, but well above average and pretty darn good for delivery. -Chicken tenders were light and crispy. One of my favorites. -French fries were great seriously, the best I've had in a very long time.... crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle. -Quasadillas are huge. Salads are generous and farm fresh. Lots of veggies. Delivery was on time. Prices were fair, especially considering the portion size. Menu is extensive and thus, Gino's has become our go-to for delivery. read more

Rotten lettuce! The grossest salad I ever had! The chicken was gross, dry and tasteless no grated cheese. Good look on the store front though lol read more

The pizza was AMAZING! Just a classic pie is all you need. A nice thin crispy crust, great sauce and cheese. A hidden gem no doubt! Very nice and friendly service, I will be back! read more

Spent $34.81 plus $4 tip for a pizza and mozzarella sticks , pie was over cooked and didn't taste good at all. Crust was burned. Called and they actually defended that this pizza is supposed to be cooked that way like I was born yesterday. And didn't care that I was justifiably unhappy with a burned pizza. Unreal , forget this place and spend your money elsewhere read more

I ordered a Caesar salad one day for lunch one word DISGUSTING! I could barely get through the salad without eating brown lettuce, it was dry the saddest salad I ever ate. I started to bring lunch from home so I would never have to wats another 10.00 on a salad frm this place! read more

Love their pizza!!! I'm from New York and am a little picky about pizza. Gino's has been a favorite since I moved to CT. I'm not too crazy about their subs and wings but am NEVER disappointed with their pizza. It's crispy and the sauce, cheese, and toppings are perfect. They Deliver too!!!! read more

I live up the street from Geno's and hadn't tried it since switching from the old Dante's... I got my usual which is a pineapple and cheese calzone (most places can totally screw up this order) but they ACED it!!! I will definitely be ordering again and looking forward to trying some pizza next time! Calzone was perfectly cooked with no lack of cheese or toppings. read more

I was wondering why it was more then calculated off the menu so I called. She said there was a $3 delivery fee. It is not stated ANYWHERE on the menu . They told us about 45 min. Got here in a little over an hour. I signed the receipt & the driver said nothing for me ?! I said "yeah it's right here & handed him $3 in quarters cause that was all I had . He said "no forget it , I'm good" I said first off that's all I have & money is money & 2nd I already was charged $3 delivery fee . He said that's not for me , that's for my company ! Tried to give him $ again and he refused . SO RUDE and embarrassing!!!! The food was actually good but never ever will I go there again . I was disgusted by his rudeness.... read more

Garden salad with grilled chicken just average but price is premium. Grinders not so good either. Overall, I won't be going back.

My family enjoys trying new places, BUT it wasn't what we hoped. Pricey, & was disappointed.

Just order this today and hated it worst pizza ever even worse than Chuck E. Cheese pizza
