The second time it happened I called and asked the owner why this keeps happening and if we can make it right, then he proceeded to tell me that whenever a customer asks about price over the phone they must not be serious and he doesn't even make the order at all then swore at me and hung up. Ordered from them a large pepperoni pizza and when I got home it was only cheese. Called to explain I ordered pepperoni and the girl said I didn't. I offered to pay the difference and the owner told me I would have to order a whole new pizza and pay! This is the 3rd time ordering from them and every time there has been a issue. 1st (and last time) ordering from Sergio's Pizza. One of the worst takeout experiences we've ever had. My wife was wanting a Chicken Parm dinner, I went with a medium sausage pizza. Picked up our order 20 minutes later. Total was $24. The salad that came w/ my wife's dinner was 100% iceberg lettuce. One grape tomato sliced in half. Not much more to say about that. My pizza was "doughy" -- tasted like I was eating bread. Crust was better than your typical Bristol Greek-style pizza because it tasted like bread. But overall, it wasn't good pizza. Maybe if you're under 10 years of age, you might like this pizza. Or if you don't know what quality pizza is. Sauce was flavorless also. My wife's chicken parm was horrible. Rather then a whole chicken breast placed on the pasta, they used processed chicken chunks (which tasted even worse than Chicken McNuggets). As soon as she took a bite, she told me she couldn't eat it. I tried a piece of the chicken and immediately spit it out. Hideous. The whole dinner took a quick trip into the trash. Pasta was also tasteless, needed salt. Don't waste your $$$ with Sergio's Pizza, they are as bad as it gets. read more

This place has fabulous pizza. We have tried several other places for pizza and by far, this comes in at number one. The sauce is pleasant tasting, not bitter, and the toppings generous. We have only done takeout, so I cannot speak to the ambience of the restaurant. The service for takeout is excellent with our food being ready when promised in a reasonable amount of time. read more

My star rating is based on my pizza preference not a reflection of their customer service. My ideal pizza is thin crust. I called in a few hours a head of my order because I was ordering for a family get together. They told me they could take my order then and have it ready for that time in the future which was convenient for me. I ordered 3 mediums: Four Cheese, Bacon Potato (which is a white pizza that comes with ketchup or mayo as the sauce) and Sauage and Green peppers. I also ordered a large garden salad for good measure. Total came to about $57. They had everything ready when I showed up at my requested time and even carried it to my car for me. I asked for a side of their red sauce for the potato-bacon pizza, plus I like to assess a pizza place's red sauce since that says a lot about their quality. They gave me a cold container of it, which wasnt ideal. I liked how the crust ridge was puffy but it was almost too much in the crust area. It was soft and not crispy which is more of how I like it. Overall the pizzas need more seasoning, even the bacon pizza was kinda bland even though the bacon was decently thick and crispy. That's why I'm giving them 3 stars, it's very bland pizza. The garden salad had fresh ingredients, nothing spectacular but it got the job done. read more

Ordered pizza delivery from Sergio's last night. Overall just not fantastic. Not terrible but not good either. Also, there were a lot of negatives. We ordered and X-lg Acapulco Pizza, Lg Sausage Calzone, Curly Fries with Cheese, 1 order of Onion Rings. The pizza was described as having "hot Mexican Sauce, Mozz, Pepperoni & sausage. Could taste no trace of any type of "Mexican Sauce". It was pretty spicy however. There was no special flavor to it just tasted like a slice of meat pizza. Crust was bland and limp. Sausage was sub par. Sausage Calzone was sub par for the area. Crust again, very bland. Little to no Ricotta cheese. Way too much Mozz cheese and I love a lot of Mozz. Sausage again was not great. The sauce was really good though which brought the calzone up a point. Curly Fries with cheese were OK. Taste was good but very greasy. Onion Rings were inedible. VERY soggy with oil. Only cooked half way. Ate one to taste and had to throw the rest out. Very disappointing. Price was about average for local pizza restaurants. The two people I dealt with were friendly enough. Delivery driver was very friendly which was much appreciated. Overall have to give Sergio's 2 stars. I probably won't go out of my way to go back. However if I'm feeling up for giving the, another shot I'll update the review. They have quite an extensive menu with other things to choose from. Grinders, cold/hot. Stuffed breads. Paninis, wraps etc. And I'd like to try a couple other pizzas on the menu. read more

I ordered a pepperoni parmigiana grinder and there was very little pepperoni barely any sauce and no cheese i was very disappointed to say the least. Was hungry driving driving home from church around 8:30 pm on Christmas Eve and was plenty surprised to see that Sergio's was open. I stopped in and got an eggplant parm grinder and my boyfriend got a steak and cheese. Both of us enjoyed our grinders. They had a great selection of food and the prices were very reasonable. I stopped in for the first time to get a couple of slices of cheese pizza to take home with me for lunch after a busy morning running errands. I thought the pizza was very good, the crust was still nice and crispy once I got it home, the sauce and cheese were tasty. My only complaint is the fish tank in the restaurant. They really ought to assign someone to clean it at least weekly! I like fish tanks and while I was waiting for my slices, I checked it out. Unfortunately the green color of the water was turning my stomach! One would think that in an establishment that serves food, a fish tank would be pristine! They should really tell you that the chicken salads come with fried chicken...it defeats the purpose. Besides that, the pizza is very good and the grinders are delicious. I recommend the steak/pepper/cheese grinder or the meatball parm grinder. They have a wide selection on their menu but I've yet to try it yet. Will be back for more! read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. And I didn't even have to taste their food. Customer service is the worst I have ever come across. I tried to place and order and had trouble understanding the man on the line, he became frustrated and before I could give him the card number he hung up on me. Delivery man arrives later with a pizza and I explain the miscommunication that occurred and how I did not believe the order had even been placed and I apologized for the inconvenience to the delivery man because I felt bad he drove all the way out here. He storms out and then my friends phone (where I called the restaurant from) starts getting blown up with calls and leaving messages saying they're going to call the police on us if we don't pay for the pizza we did not know we were even receiving. He then states he has already called the police after harassing her with calls over a simple miscommunication. By the way, the police never even showed up. I've ordered delivery from Sergio's once and was pleasantly surprised, quick delivery and the fries were still hot, grilled chicken salad was great, lots of chicken and enough for 2. The large cheese pizza seems to be the big draw here and does not disappoint, it is the best pizza I've eaten in Bristol. I've eaten there also, obviously Sergio's is mainly a delivery business but I enjoyed sharing a cheeseburger grinder and an order of fries with my lady, we both thought the food was great and the staff was more than accommodating during our visit as we were the only customers eating there. They did forget to cook our fries so when we reminded them they did not charge us for them so I left an extra 5$ tip. I've picked up a large cheese pizza on many occasions and they are always consistent and delicious, not to mention fast, never been dissappointed. If you want a fancy expensive restaurant experience obviously there are many choices but if you want good pizza,calzones,grinders,salads, excellent "pizza place" food Sergio's is the only choice. read more

Not really sure these guys dont have more reviews the pie(pizza) is really tasty. With 4 kids and their love of pizza we have tried over half the pies. The crust is thin and 95% of the time cooked just right. Not a bad one yet. We havent tried anything else on the menu YET! I have had Sergio's pizza, thin and quite good. 1.) Today I ordered "From the Grill, New Special Sandwiches," a Chicken Cordon Bleu with ham, swiss, lettuce, tomato on a toasted roll or bun. This item was offered with a bun or a roll. The "Deluxe" included french fries and coleslaw. The order was delivered quickly and professionally. But, my ex-husband who can-not-boil-water, could make this better, blindfolded. Not even close to a tasty Chicken Cordon Blue, piping hot, oozing cheese fitted with ham. The presentation was a styrofoam container with far too many french fries all cold and wilted. Squished upon this was my Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich squashed and cold. Not one item from this sandwich was grilled as advertised. The bread was a soft Wonderbread type, not toasted, with a sliced of swiss barely melted (microwave-ish), and a slab of boiled ham, a leaf of tired lettuce and no tomato to be found. The coleslaw came in a tiny container, warm, dry and tired. And, I could not taste any seasoning on the sandwich, though, under the tired lettuce there were a few flakes of something. Bland, and more bland, unappetising, not tasty in any manner. A waste of money. 2.) Along with this order were Potato Skins with cheese and bacon. A small container of sour cream was also delivered. The 4 flat, very tired from last week kind of skins were presented in an aluminum container. They were small, cold with cold melted cheese and some bacon bits. These skins were not reminiscent of a fresh potato, frozen variety perhaps. And, as with the Chicken sandwich, no seasoning at all. Bland, bland, bland. A waste of money. 3.) The final item was a small Chef's salad which is quite large, enough to feed 2-4 people. It included a lots of iceberg lettuce, a few sliced peppers, red onion, sliced cherry tomatoes, black olives and cucumber. Ample meat, though could be a bit more generous with the Provolone. A full boiled egg was included. I ordered two sides of Parmesan Peppercorn dressing, and these were generous also. Several items salad-y items were not included in the salad's description. In short, as advertised, generous portion, fair price. read more
