Got a bundle contract for $110. Then charge monthly for $140. I came to this store and they gave me a really bad customer service. It was like he yelling at me when I told him to cancel the contract. End up charged me almost $300 for the cancel. Never come back! read more

Finally got down here to cancel the bullshit they set me up with in my last yelp cox review.. (check that review out if you really wanna hear how cox lied and sold me only to do nothing about it) So I showed up.. 45 min wait just to turn in my cable box and cancel HBO.. No I am not joking... 45 fucking mins. Then I get up and of course everything they told me on the phone and on the chat online were fucking lies.. So what does this asshole tell me in person.. Call back.. hahahaha And of course he has no power to do fucking anything and only the people you call into have the power.. Cox and their "pass the buck" mentality.. I finally told him bro I am not lying to you, you can read yelp reviews dated 3 months ago that show I have had nothing but problems.. Then in a condescending voice he said he don't have time to read YELP reviews all day if he is going to help all these customers... Wish I could give this place a ZERO star. Went in at 1:40 PM to inquire about cable TV service. Was interested mainly in being able to view the St. Louis Cardinals (baseball). The lady trying to help had no clue, no matter what questions I posed . At one point, she indicated the "baseball season " was almost half over ! (Aug 19-2019). There where 5 other employees standing around , playing on cell phones. At this point , NO other customers in store ! They would NOT assist her, or seem to care. Decided I had enough, told her she did not have a clue, and walked out. read more

This place is horrible. They open at 10 and do have sufficient staff to see everyone in a reasonable amount of time. Also looked up alternate locations only to find out they were no longer open. When I called the 1800 line it took forever to reach a human. I'll never be a Cox customer again! read more

After spending hours on the phone with terrible customer service from Cox, I went to the store, not expecting much better, but I was pleasantly surprised. I've had Cox service for about a year and a half. Decided to upgrade my services and went in with my mom the other day to pick up a new HD receiver box for the cable. They have a check-in podium where you enter your name and wait to be called. It was around lunch time, so they were pretty busy. After a short wait, we were called up. The customer service rep there was great! I believe his name was Louis. He was really upbeat and funny. Had me and my mom laughing. Got us the equipment quickly, gave me clear instructions and sent me on my way. Did the self install and everything works great! read more

If I could give zero stars I would- I haven't even been helped yet and I already hate this place( although it is never a pleasant experience at cox ) I came in just to drop off a box for my father since he cancelled his service. I was told when checking in that if I don't need a receipt I can just drop off but if I wanted a receipt I would have to wait 15 minutes. There should be a way I can get a receipt without having to wait, ex. Email, kiosk, etc) I was told there was no way to email a receipt . There has to be a more efficient way to operate this store like instead of having designated 2 people to open doors for people , and a person serving water have them help people instead - especially since the person that helps you walks you to the door anyway... So silly and a waste of everyone's time. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for the receipt . read more

Fast efficient service by Johnathan, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and prompt service.

My experience was the worst! I tried transferring my internet services to my new address and 2 days later after being transferred 4 times, hung up on twice, had to have the next agent reenter my info since previous agents messed that up, I found out the first agent NEVER transferred my services. I spent 3hrs trying to get to the right department, was treated poorly by one agent with sarcasm and come to find out once I was transferred to the correct department they were already closed for the day. I had to wait till the next morning to activate my account, get the sales dept and billing dept involved. Was told no supervisor is available due to everyone working from home. Then today, which is the next day after getting it activated, I found out they charged me an activation fee!!! Nobody told me I would be charged, I even asked and was told I wouldn't be. All because of the first agent not transferring it correctly, I had to wait almost a week to have my internet actually turned on at my new place and also short money from my bank account. I was already charged for my services this month, but they STILL charged me again and I won't have that credit added to my new account for about a week. Issues with my first bill for bundled service brought me into this horrible store. Aaron was as rude as rude could be. I explained the issue and he didn't want to help me. He told me to call billing he didn't deal with it and obviously did want to help me out in the least, as was obvious by his eye rolling, loud sighing. He basically told me I was stupid because what I thought the bill should be and what he insisted were 2 different things. I said, please explain it if I'm wrong. Again, more eye rolling. He came up with a different figure then the bill and a different figure then what I had. I asked for a manager after more eye rolling. He informed me they didn't have one. I said I know for a fact you do, who is in charge please. He said come back tomorrow if I still wanted to argue. I asked again, when the manager or a person in charge would be available. All he said was they were open from 10 to 7. He then looked at us and did his nasty little smirk and walked off. I intend to speak with management tomorrow as well as corporate and anyone else I can think of about his rude, discriminating behavior. I did call billing when I got home, the Gal Robin I spoke to was a huge help!! She agreed that the bill was wrong and made the proper adjustments all without an attitude and a sincere heartfelt apology for the mistake and Aarons behavior. She is the ONLY reason we will continue our service. read more

Had to come here early In the morning because our internet wasn't working like it should have. We needed a new motum and waited in line until they opened at 10. They put all their hands together before they open and must have said a positive Chant to get their morning started which I thought was cool. Anyways the workers their were really organized and we were out of their in 7 minutes. The experience was fast and short. Mind you this was early in the morning on a Monday were it can get really busy. Hope this review helped ;) read more

I am disappointed, I was with cox for 11 years and the last one week I have had really bad service form the technical support I have had one week with out cable and they made an appointment to fix the cable and they changed the appointment and they didn't even tell me, I have had no service but I still have to pay the cox month bill.
