    I wished all visits like this was easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes. We came to discuss internet options now that the Affordable Connectivity Plan program is ending (which took off an additional 30 dollars off my plan). Turns out that my plan I was grandfathered on (which was 50 dollars a month) had sunsetted and I was automatically upgraded to the plan that cost 155 dollars a month. I nearly fell out. The guy I talked to ran a couple of numbers. Took a look at my past data usage. Asked me a ton of questions and eventually was able to find a plan that would only be 90 dollars a month. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. After 20 minutes we decided to go with that option with a follow up plan to come back in a months time to discuss other options if that proves to be unsustainable. Store was clean, there wasn't a ton of people, there were two workers, there was some products on the wall to cross promote other services. Only thing I didn't like is how pushy the guy I was working with was with switching over my cell plan. I said no 2x and on the third time I just ignored him.

    A puppy bit up my Cox remote and I went to the Cox Store hoping to get a replacement. I was greeted immediately and was provided a replacement remote without any issues or questions. We had a good conversation and I was thrilled I didn't have to purchase the remote.

    If you want excellent service please ask for this young lady.

    For the most part my Spectrum/Charter service has been reliable. The reason I am giving Spectrum a…read morelower rating is because they were charging me for 200 Mbps service when I was only receiving 100 Mbps. Their excuse for not fixing the issue on their own was they had a merger and did not take it upon themselves to alter the agreement I had previously. I did not have a previous contract that they would have needed to alter. I feel when they altered their service they should have informed customers of the available services. They knew I was paying for 200 Mbps service and left me at 100 Mbps. I contacted them in attempt for them to make right the deficiency, but they only offered to switch me to the 200 Mbps service that I had already been paying for for 4 years. They did not offer me a refund or any other form of restitution. I requested that they upgrade me to 400 Mbps service for 12 months at my current rate, but they specified they had no way of doing it. This is a classic example of a large company padding their wallet at the expense of loyal customers. Spectrum did not bury the broadband cables. They left the cables strewn across the ground, some cables were weaving through the pickets of my fence, and I even found a large heap of twisted cable overgrown by grass and weeds. I found a service hub in my back yard behind a tree next to my fence. The hub had cables running from it to other homes near me, and those cables were not buried either. Spectrum, please make this right.

When I signed up, the representative strongly promoted how "great" Spectrum Mobile is, how fast the internet/data would be compared to other providers, and how "cheap" the service would be overall. Those claims did not match reality at all. What bothers me most is not only the pricing change, but the attitude afterward -- it feels like customer concerns are NOTHING, and getting a straight answer is impossible. Because of the unexpected increase and the misleading sales pitch, I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile.

    I went in to try to reorder my iPhone 17 (I had ordered it last week and somehow the order ended up…read moregetting cancelled) and had the pleasure of DJ helping me today! Previously it had taken the last employee well over an hour to help me do the same thing, and today DJ solved my issue in a fraction of the time -- with a smile, friendliness, and affability to boot! I was SO grateful because I had walked in with a slight attitude, absolutely DREADING yet ANOTHER hour+ visit... but DJ was like the friendly & VERY capable hygienist at the dentist -- he zeroed in on the issue/his task, got it done in record time, and turned your day around + gave you a little extra pep in your step for the day because of his positive energy! DJ was SUPER easy to talk to & he knew exactly my issue as soon as I mentioned it -- his love for digital problem-solving & technology shined through, on top of his mastery of customer service! DJ is an absolute gem -- any business would consider themselves lucky to have someone like DJ representing their company! THANK YOU DJ! :)))

He was very welcoming and took care of me in a timely manner since I was short on time. He did his job and offered me additional products but sadly I didn't need. But he didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He answered my questions I had with the up most respect. This is not my normal location to purchase but I'm so glad and greatfull that Fierce was the one who helped me out. You're doing amazing. He was also very polite in offering me a chair to sit on. Which that meant a lot since I have arthritis in my feet and knees. We need more associates like Fierce thanks so much for an outstanding job.
