Tbh I do not trust people who rate these places poorly- likely they had something go wrong that was completely out of any employee's control. Today I spent 3 hours in this joint with my sister trying to troubleshoot a service transfer from xfinity (the absolute worst) with a lost phone. Safe to say we were a difficult case. At one point my sister and I were screaming at each other from opposite ends of the store and the kind young man working there knew his place to just sit back and ignore us. He even was on the line with my old provider trying to figure my shiz out. Did I leave with my issue resolved? no. But that was because of nobody's fault than my own (and the literal turd customer service of xfinity). My only cautionary advice would be to bring headphones if you will be there longer than 20 min- music playing there is like 2010 radio station.

Trying to return the phone I DIDNT ORDER and it says it was ordered by an agent. Considering filing a police report since this is fraud

The guy that helped me was friendly but really misinformed. He gave me a SIM card that didn't work for my iPhone 12, I came back the same evening bc it wasn't working and he told me they were out of sims bc of a shortage? But if I rushed I could make it to the Point Loma location and get another SIM card. That location closed at 7 he said it was open til 8- drove all the way there for nothing. So I go to the La Jolla Verizon at 9 am the next morning, going a whole 24hrs with no cell service... to be told my phone has an internal SIM card and I never needed a physical one. And now it looks like he ordered me an iPhone 14 pro plus on my account that I never asked for! Now I have to figure out how to get the fraudulent charges off my account. Looking back it was just weird unprofessional vibes there the whole time. Save yourself some time and effort and go to the La Jolla location!!

Today I want to upgrade my phone for the newest version and was helped by Vince. Vince understood what I wanted and made me a comfortable with my decision to upgrade. Although the store did not have the color found that I was expecting Vince made up for it with his knowledge and speed. I felt like I was in and out of there within an hour. I got a great deal which I was fully expecting as for breaking the price down prior. All in all I was very happy with my decision to go in today and even more happy that Vince helped me expeditiously to return to my full day off. Thanks!

The technician was very nice and he had a Wu-Tang shirt on so I knew he was somebody that I could count on. I explained to him that my husband bought my phone from this location and that we always come here for all the repairs on our phones. He evaluated my phone and gave me a price of $125 to fix the screen. He had me fill out a paper agreement for them to fix my phone. The estimated time for the repair was 30-45mins. I walked around the mall for about an hour, just to give them time to get it repaired. Plus, there were a lot of people in line here for repairs and the store is very busy. I came back and my phone is now fixed and ready! I paid them the $125 + tax and a small tip. The lady who works here is very very nice as well. She has a cute rhinestone upper lip piercing and she is super customer service oriented as well as the Wu-Tang shirt man. They have an excellent selection of any phone case for any phone and any cellular watches, just a very great place to be for mobile device products and accessories. I have everything from AirPods, headsets, device cases, iPad cases, watch, bands, cell phones on sale, etc. Today's experience was great.

I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. I hope this review is helpful (it really is) and hope you give them your business (cmonnn). Thank you guys for giving a s**t about your customers!

When I came back to get it replaced, both managers I dealt with were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they had an attitude and made the process frustrating for no reason. What made it even worse was that when I expressed my frustration, they told me it was "okay to leave a bad Yelp review," which just shows how little they care about their customers. As a customer, I expected basic respect and proper service--especially when dealing with a defective product--but that was not the case here. Very poor customer service experience, and I would not recommend this location.

Once they heard some type of obstacle that they were going to send me off my. After about 1 minutes I was able to provide OPTIONS, like a normal retail store would do, and I figured it out. How was it possible that someone who's never worked at T-Mobile (Me) find and provide options and avenues to overcome a problem offer and suggestions like you're supposed to do in retail? These employees, see one problem and then default to tell you to leave. I have gone here twice and every time I've had a horrible horrible experience. I have even decided to drive all the way to Sports Arena from La Jolla because of it. I don't want to call out a specific employee, so I will say this "I suggest management look at a your employees, and really discuss with them, that customer service is NOT for them, and make some changes" Pretty embarrassing as T-Mobile has been with me for a very long time. And my family and the service the phone provides is too good to leave. But this store, oh, I'm never coming back. I'll spend the gas money to go elsewhere where maybe I can get a " Hello, how can I help you" instead of an Old man grumbling under his breath telling you to leave because he can't sign in on a laptop.
