    Was visiting from out of state when I dropped my Pixel phone and the screen broke. If it weren't…read morefor an issue with the Google servers, they would have had us in and out within a half an hour! They were so kind and even called us with updates. When we came in the next day to get the phone, the main gentleman who helped us very thoroughly explained what he was doing when he went through the verification steps to make sure the screen and phone worked properly. He and all his coworkers were very kind and professional, not only with us, but with every customer we saw come through while we were there - including a very very difficult one. Thanks to everybody there but especially the main gentleman whose name we didn't get.

    Microsoft referred me to uBreakiFix to handle a warranty repair. Apparently, Microsoft has a…read moreservice contract with this vendor. On the vendor website, it says that they will come to your house for an in-house repair. This is perfect for me because I am in a wheelchair, and the Surface Studio Pro 2 Desktop is Microsoft's heaviest computer. Their online appointment system was not working, so I called the downtown location first; they referred me to the Midway location. The Midway location confirmed that they do, in fact, have the ability to do in-house calls, but only if you have an insurance contract with Asurion. Otherwise, too bad. Not for any amount of money or to help out an old man in a wheelchair, will they honor their commitment and advertisement. That is just plain shameful. Shame on you & Happy Thanksgiving.

    Typical AT&T, they'll NEVER change. I had a 1 PM…read moreappointment. I walked in at 12:59 PM. There were 2 sales associates. One was helping a client, and one was on his phone. No one asked if I had an appointment, and there was no sign-in sheet, like I have seen at other AT&T store locations. At 1:10 PM the first sales associate helped the woman who was there before me, and fair enough. At 1:20 PM, after watching the second associate continue on his phone, which was likely work and not play, the first associate got up, and said he'd help when he was done with the woman he was helping. I said that was fine, and that I had a 1 PM appointment. He checked and said he did not see any appointment (I still have the email receipt showing I did have an appointment). He said he'd quickly help as soon as he could. At 1:30 PM a brand new client walked in, after waiting about 2 minutes, the second associate took that random walk-in, before my appointment, which was now 30 minutes late. At 1:40 PM I walked out. I'd like someone from AT&T to contact me, so I can tell them where to send me a check for my wasted time. I'd also like John Stankey to terminate himself as CEO. He has had 5 years to make things better. Stank-man does not deserve to run a Starbucks location, let alone AT&T. AT&T has stayed in the cellar in terms of customer service, attention to detail, and don't get me started on how I have to call in to their 800# 3-5 times a year to correct an invoice. They are CONSTANTLY over charging me, and I am regularly calling in to explain things to them, to then get the bill reduced, along with a promise that it won't happen again. BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING! I have never, ever been to an AT&T retail store that was efficient and knew that they were doing. And AT&T in general is one of the most horribly run companies of its size.

    I received Exceptional Service from Musta Here. I had called a couple other stores for quotes…read morebefore Calling this store. The other stores were rude or seemed uninterested in my Business. Musta was Proffessional and friendly over the phone and in person. He answered my Many questions like a Pro too. I assumed it would take forever because Cell phones always do. Nope! 3 different Phones, which takes hours other places. I was in and out in Minutes here With Musta. He really Looked out for me on Price Too! He listened to my concerns and Alleviated all of them. I highly recommend this Store for any Cell phone Business. I have worked in cell phones since 2009. I have worked at All carriers and retail stores. Musta Blew me away with his Customer Service and Sales Skills.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE PLS READ…read moreI have been going here to purchase my iPhone for years and had the WORST experience in my life with a person who named started with an H short curly hair. I came in to get 2 screens replaced for 2 iPhones that have been off for at least a month due to screen damage . When I walk in i tell him I need just the screens replaced and he tells me $100 for both and I agree and he says about 45 minutes . I walk around the area and come back a lil early to him talking on the phone to a friend about making money for inappropriate things . He said I was early cuz he was too busy with his friend on the phone talking what I would later realize was my photos and info he looked up on me and my brother ( one iPhone was unlocked my bad after this experience) I said I would return in a few hours and when I came back the shop had shut down for his lunch and beer break. When I returned he handed me the phones i paid and he asked if i recycle ( weird question) cuz he wanted me take his and his friends beer bottle and lied and said he can't touch due to religious beliefs ( a lie ) . I recycled them and when returning home realized both phones had passwords and that nothing connected to my devices as they had to be reset as new devices (switched phones or batteries) and had to login into Apple This was my first red flag as screen replacement in the past never had this issue . Next I remember he asked how long I had phones because he switched my batteries that I had checked before purchasing at their location and confirmed his Switch and Bait by looking at battery health which was now at 77% when was at 88% and other at 82%. I checked the battery usage and it had indicated they both had been on for the past week and I hadn't used them in a month . Both phones say they overheat now an issue I never had before this incident)Switched my good batteries or phones for used ones. I also asked about charging pack he said he had a personal one that he enjoys and when I turn over had a sticky note with recall date on it ( another lie ) . This person is by far the worst person I have dealt with in my life . I then checked the saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections and realized they were none I recognized or added ( another clear indication of his deceitful actions ) I called and spoke to him and he could barely keep his story together and hung up. When I would try to return I noticed he had the haircut shop workers be look outs for me so he could close up and hide in the back until I left . This used to be a great place sad one person can ruin a business relationship with a good customer. I will be telling everyone I can about this person and his inappropriate business dealings

Plus a manager. No customers. Needed assistance returning a cell spot. Phone support guided me to visit any store for assistance. Visited this location. First store associate greeted me, so far so good, she was friendly. Question seems beyond her knowledge base, logically refers me to the manager, fair enough. Manager's immediate response, go to another store near the stadium. I explain what phone support shared. Zero consideration to attempt to assist. I share this is becoming a timely experience just to return a piece of equipment I was supposed to receive a return label for, but did not. She holds firm and does not attempt to assist. I leave... Call support again. Same exact feedback. Any store can assist if they call support themselves. Further feedback. The store should've called us and known we could assist. Now I'm two calls in to support and preparing for my second store visit. For the same requirement. I get it. We're all working hard. Hours are long. The pandemic was horrible and many are still recovering. But, just treat folks like you want to be treated. Make a simple phone call. Help someone asking for your help. It might, dare I say, make you feel good for a couple minutes. Neither friendly nor helpful in the slightest. Hate to say this about any buisness. Vote with your wallet. Go else where.
