This is a nice consignment store we just happened to pass by. I love Kate Spade and was happy to find a few items here, we even bought a Kate Spade purse! For clothing, if you're on the slimmer side, you'll have plenty of choices, but for someone that's a little thicc like me, it was a bit tricky to find items that fit. I've been to all of the covet locations and this one is my favorite. It's a decent size store and they have a lot of great selections. I was able to get brands like aritzia, madewell, and everlane for a really great price. The staff here are also nice and friendly - plus they put back clothes really fast so you can browse what people tried on. read more

Let's just say I legitimately had to sit on my suitcase to close it after visiting Covet. This is new favorite spot in Boston! They have a great array of styles and price points. I honestly do like shopping at covet, I've found many gems here. I have two complaints though. First, at almost every location I've been to, the XS-S clothes are on the top rack. I'm too short to see/reach that high, so my arms are constantly aching and I have to keep pulling clothes down to get a good look at them. Second, as a consigner, I'm annoyed they don't give you any kind of notification when your consignment period is over. It's not an oversight-- this is actually stated in their consignment agreement. I think that's a little shady.. . they have all my contact info, why not send an automatic notification when there's a week left of the period? Other than that, I'm a big fan of both shopping and consigning here. read more

I dropped in before my shift this afternoon and Covet is such a cute and peaceful store (nothing overstimulating). All the items are displayed neatly and sectioned out appropriately and not to mention surprisingly reasonably priced?!?!? Great selection. Well organized. Prices are reasonable. Quality of items is very good. Found a cute dress. My friends found gorgeous earrings and an Hermes bracelet in excellent condition for about 1/3 the price of a new one. Went to consign a brand new, never used prada bag in the store. Dropped it off. Got a message 2 days later that the bag couldn't be verified authentic using an online app called Entrupy. So - a real person didnt authenticate my bag - some app did. And that app didn't say it was inauthentic - just that it couldn't be verified. So Lynn & Covet charged me $25. Even after I was able to provide them with receipts of my purchase, and even after I sold THE EXACT SAME BAG with them 2 months before. Don't support a small business - just sell with The Real Real instead. read more

I have consigned with Covet many times and most recently this past weekend and because I had more than 25 items I scheduled an appointment to bring in my items. I brought about 40 items in and asked to go through everything in person like I usually have to make sure I know what will be donated before I leave and they said they could not do that because it was very busy. Later that day they texted me saying they went through everything but J did not get a list of what they accepted since they only accept things like Zara which is fast fashion and similar things like that. I had brought in very nice clothes even with tags on them that were from boutiques which they should have taken as well as other nice clothing. That was all donated and I got no compensation from it. They only took 5 of my 40 items. And the 5 things were Zara and Free People. They did not take all my other stuff that should have been accepted. I called the manager and they could not do anything to make it right. I will not be consigning with them again. read more
