There was a clearance rack that they placed outside next to the entrance. Once you walk down the stairs, to your right is where most of the clothes are. Solid selection of denim & leather jackets, a little pricey compared to Goodwill/Savers but makes sense because they are more of a "vintage" clothing store. To the left of the stairs is where they have denim jeans & where you go to check out once you're finish with browsing. All sales are final like most thrift/vintage second hand shops. I found this denim jack with a brown leather collar today for $60. Thick & good quality. Lots of Wilsons leather jackets here. They also have a room with bins of clothes, for a low price, you can look through. I didn't have much luck with the bins, but seems like a lot of people did! Highly recommend.

I immediately went to the charm bar and was so happy to see the prices were affordable. For the necklace it was $20 and each charm costing $5. For an additional $5 you could have a staff member assemble your necklace which I opted for. Sam was super helpful with suggesting how to spread out the charms to make sure they looked good. I am super happy with how it turned out. I will have to be back to see more of their clothing options because they had a good variety! Definitely give them a visit.

One of my friends was interested in this event, so I got to look at the clothing while we waited. They have some very nice jeans that were in the $30-$70 range. It seemed like a contrasting mix of cool finds but also older style clothing that could have come from a TJ Maxx. They had jackets that looked like ones my parents had worn years ago and now keep in the back of a closet. Overall, there was a nice selection but personally I thought the quality was variable, and most items seemed overpriced for how they looked.

The owner and her friends were staring at us while my friend was in the fitting room trying items on (I looked back in her direction three times and every single time made eye contact with one of them staring at me), and when my friend left the fitting room, she accidentally turned the light off. Without hesitation, the owner snapped at her to leave the light on for the next customer. The whole time she didn't offer to help us at all, and when we tried to place the items we didn't want back on the rack, she immediately grabbed them from us. We said thank you to her for helping, and she didn't respond. Checking out was a similar experience. Even though we bought an item, will never come back. Microaggressions are real and leave a horrible impression on customers. It's not hard to do the bare minimum to be polite, and they missed the mark by a long shot.
