Very popular breakfast spot in Ogunquit, so we had to try it! We sat at the enclosed porch, as we had our dog with us. Service was excellent and attentive. A lovely menu, and a lovely view towards a creak. High stools on a bar table wasn't very comfortable, but sort of worked out in the end. Food was nice and I liked that the omelette was accompanied but amazingly seasoned home fries. You should visit. It's an experience in Ogunquit, and you should get your own opinion about the place. Heads up: only 2 parking spots, so first come first served. Also, waiting line (no reservations). Also, closes at 11 am. So, early breakfast only ...

Cute and quaint little breakfast spot, good for a classic American breakfast. Nothing groundbreaking in terms of quality but the ambience and view made up for that. Service was nice and quick as well.

Driving back from Phippsburg, I wanted one last stop in Maine before I ended my solo long weekend trip. Ogunquit won the coin toss. Luckily there was no way at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. Sat right down and ordered a sausage cheese, tomato, spinach, and onion omelette. It came with toast and home fries. The omelette ingredients were so fresh and I ate every single bite that was on my plate. Parking is down near the Cove and drawbridge and it was six dollars an hour to park. There are two dedicated parking spots for the restaurant, but those are extremely hard to come by as you can imagine. Great town great family owned restaurant delicious food. It was the perfect way to end my solo long weekend.

Hands down my favorite breakfast in Ogunquit. If you're here during the season ( they close by Columbus Day), you MUST get up early and try this place. In fact, I came here twice during a 5 day stay. Pro tip: get here early. They open at 7am and close by 11:30. No call aheads, no reservations. Check their Facebook page for latest hours. Prepare to wait for large parties. The Lobstah Benny is the most delicious item.

Our family walked to the Cove Café for breakfast this morning. It was great! We had delicious French toast with cream cheese and blueberry sauce. We also had a really good crabcake Benedict with spicy seasonings. The omelette was nice, and the grilled blueberry muffin was excellent. Great service, a small café with a moderate wait. We had a good time.

Is there still outdoor seating? Or are they back to only indoor?

There were seats outside when we went, but were not serving outside that day.

Gosh, you just hope you made a memorable choice for the right reasons. We did - we both felt we not only received value for our dining dollars, we felt cared for by the staff and satiated by the kitchen. People like sitting outside - so the reservations reflected that and we could only be seated inside. Was not a disappointment to be seated inside. I highly recommend this restaurant. I had a steak sandwich and my dining partner had a chicken sandwich. Both were really tasty and well prepared. We only had water to drink and that was not a problem. I feel many times if I don't order an app or a drink a server becomes less friendly. That wasn't our experience here. I don't believe in over rewarding a place - but I feel a 4.5 out of 5 is appropriate. Since I can't give that - I rounded up to 5.

With steps at the entrance there is a ramp at the back of the restaurant for people with mobility issues. They were very nice and accommodating in helping with the entrance but it is a steep ramp actually easier to use in a wheelchair than a walker. The service was professional and friendly. The coconut corn chowder was fabulous as was the mushroom ragout. Definitely worth a visit!
