If you don't know what SOS stands for, look it up... it's a great breakfast item. The SOS is not the same as the biscuits and sausage gravy because that is sausage gravy, the SOS has chipped beef in gravy and usually will come on toast, but I prefer it with the biscuits. I asked for my eggs over easy and they were just right. The side of grits comes in a small bowl which is a good portion for one person and the pancakes were humongous - a very good size for two pancakes and golden brown... I ended up sharing with my wife. We were very happy with the service that they gave us and one of the managers came around to see if everything was good or if we needed anything and we really appreciated that. This is a very down to earth place where it feels like home. It's a great place to bring the family, and we did see a lot of people with their kids, but, we also saw couples like myself and my wife sharing some good coffee or sweet tea and loving life. We are definitely coming back because I wanna try the teriyaki chicken plates and I'm very interested in the shrimp and scallops.

When we arrived, there was one table left in the bar side, which had enough for 6 people. We asked if we could just grab that spot and the hostess had to go speak to the manager. She came back and informed us that we could not sit there, but instead in the adjacent restaurant (same menu) or the bar (my grandma is in a wheelchair), or wait but that it might be over an hour.
