They also have a digital board on the wall showing the orders they are working on, as well as your Crumbl status (bronze, silver, gold, etc.). It was busy the day I went in and the staff was busy filling orders and making cookies. I got a Key Lime Pie cookie for my friend as a little birthday treat. I also had a voucher for a free mini chocolate chip cookie, which was so cute and yummy. They have little individual sized boxes for the mini cookies. Big tip: Get the free app. You earn crumbs for free stuff over time. You get a free cookie on your birthday. And you can vote on special flavors for the 3rd Wednesday of the month - yesterday it was a Wedding Cake cookie. It's not on the menu, you have to use the app and know to ask for it. You can see any special flavors in the app on the actual location. Also, as your status increases, you can vote more often. Individual big cookies are $4.59 each or 3 mini cookies for $8.99.
