The noodles are nice and chewy. Great sour, tangy, spicy taste, can be quite addictive. I like the option of adding additional toppings. Some people might not stand the smell of the pickled bamboo shoots but you'll know if you like it or not once you get near the stand.

Never had snail noodles before? This is the spot to get it. Slightly tart and spicy soup full of umami. Bouncy noodles with crisp toppings. Two seats by the counter and more seats in the back of the mall. Cash only and pick your spice level :)

I believe they're newly opened in the food hall so while waiting for our other food we decided to try it because we often see snail noodle dish on wechat and have tried the packaged ones. The fresh one was of course better than the packaged. The vinegar smell is something you have to get used to if you aren't familiar with the snail noodle smell.

Excellent! Broth is flavorful and each bowl is jammed packed with different toppings that add tasty texture.

I ate in the enclosed patio which only had two tables, and the inside didn't seem much bigger. There is no bathroom for customers so don't bank on bio breaks here. It's efficient in that I was seated promptly, was able to place my order when I was ready, and the food came out lickety-split. Carry cash for a discount. I ordered the Wonton, Dumpling, & Beef Stew Noodle Soup ($14.75) under the "Popular Items" section of the menu since it seemed sampler-esque. The wontons and dumplings were similar since they both contained shrimp and pork but I leaned towards the dumplings since they also included mushroom, bamboo, wood ear, and chives. The duck egg noodles, beef, and broth rounded out the awesomeness. Can't wait to return with others!

Walked in on a Saturday around 6pm and managed to get the last two top. Don't be surprised if you need to wait a bit on a Saturday or Sunday around lunch. At any rate, get the wonton noodle soup. Or the combo that includes dumpling and dace fish ball if you want to get wild. All the toppings are fat(!!) from the wontons to the dumplings and fish balls. It's great. But for me the real star of the show is those bouncy duck egg noodles. They have a bounce that really puts it at the top of the list for me when it comes to duck egg noodle/wonton noodles. A perfect comfort meal on a cold day. Throw in some vinegar or chili oil between bites and you're in for a treat. Also ordered the (imitation) shark fin soup. It was solid. Texture might not be for everyone, but nice thing to snack on while you wait for your food, but not necessary. Service is quick. The space as I mentioned is small and can feel a little cramped, but they offer takeout if you wanted to just bring it back home. I'd still recommend just dining in though. Overall, great spot. Also there's a decent discount if you pay with cash.

You order on iPad at the table, and the staff is available if you have any questions. When you confirm your order on the iPad, they will confirm with you. Service is friendly and helpful. The food came out quick! Their kitchen is in the basement and they have the dumb waiter sending up food, so very efficient use of space. The Dumplings in Chili Oil (can adjust spice level and cilantro) has added texture with crushed peanuts. We got the regular spicy, but could have gotten extra spicy. They were a decent appetizer but I'd go for something else. The Abalone and Chicken Rice Noodles had decent chicken flavor. There were a couple pieces of dark meat, which I enjoyed. Not sure if there was abalone in here, but if there was, it was nondescript. The rice noodles were well cooked. The Plum Juice had a lovely smokey flavor, along with a lemony flavor form the couple of lemon slices inside. It was not too sweet, though I personally could go for less sugar. Overall, a decent spot for rice noodles. They do have multiple locations, so go to the one near you! No need to go out of your way.

I've brought friends here because I've always enjoyed their dishes. There also aren't many noodle restaurants left in the neighborhood, so it's nice to have a spot like this. It's a great place to visit on a cold day. The restaurant itself is a decent size. It can get busy in the evenings, but for the most part, you can still find a table. The portions are quite generous, and the service is good. There's minimal interaction with the staff since you place your order through a tablet provided at the table. Be mindful if you have peanut allergies definitely let them know so they don't sprinkle peanut on certain dishes. Overall, this is a great place to get a warm noodle soups during Winter season.

We ordered our usual Spicy.. Tingly beef noodles with some tea. Noodles were good. Great texture. We got it reg spicy but I think it was spicier at the other location. I've only had this dish and the cold noodles before ...which I do not care for. I always say that I'm gonna try something else but we just order the same dish...since we don't eat at Xi'an that much, it's still pretty yummy..but maybe next time I'll try the soup version.

The meat if dry and a bit chest, not really tender. The seating is generally plentiful compared to the food court upstairs so if you are hungry and dont want to wait for a seat to clear up at the food court, you might consider coming here. The restaurant is new and spacious. The saving dish that brings this up a star rating was the lamb dumplings, That was very juicy and tasty. If I were to come back here, it would only be for those spicy lamb dumplings.

Luckily, there was only a short wait for our party of two at around 12pm...but I suspect the wait can be much longer later in the afternoon or during peak dinner times. Once your number is called, you go up some stairs to the eating/tabled area. There are tables and chairs for 2, 4 and more guests throughout the large space. The pace of the restaurant is very fast...as soon as you are seated, you are given tea and your waiter comes over right away to take any order you are ready to give. Its helpful to ask for a menu while you are waiting for a table so you know what to order when asked. We had some soup dumplings as well as a (large) soup. Everything was very good and out in about 15 minutes...very fast. The soup dumplings were great...but as expected are filled with piping hot broth so be careful when eating. They have some other appetizers and dishes available. There are also some drink options including cold teas, soft drinks and beer. Overall a great experience...despite visiting on a busy Saturday, we were in and out in about 40-45 minutes. Street parking can be tough in the area but there are a few garages around...one of the more reasonable options is the garage at the Skyview shops which currently charge about $6 for up to three (3) hours and is a short 5 minute walk away.
