Clean hotel and nice amenities. Walls are paper thin and you will hear noise throughout the night from adjacent rooms. Young male front desk attendant is very pompous and arrogant...front desk ladies are phenomenal and greet you every time you return. They have great energy, very engaging, and appreciate you as a guest. The young male attendant severely diminished the experience at this hotel. The kitchen is so slow and mismanaged it's unreal. Regardless of time of day, the staff moves slowly, have zero sense of urgency, and do not value guest's time. I personally experienced this bad service daily, heard the same concerns from multiple colleagues, and random guests in the dining area. The good: the motel looks very modern and has been upgraded with all things you wish for. The staff is younger crew with energy and friendly at the front desk. The room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker (Kurig). The room smelled clean too. Nice little touch from cleaning crew had a note with their name. Average: the room even though upgraded looks weird in layout. Does not feel like it flows and furniture is just in random areas in my opinion. They supply you with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and make up remover. Room smells super clean. The bad: I always drop a hotel or motel with hidden charges for parking. I consider this as a scam as it's like baggage fees from airlines. I had to park in the street and make sure I was not charged for the night. Not really welcome package for gold or platinum. Not sure if I would stay here again due to extra charges. I would look around for another option. I did like the front desk ladies as all 3 had exceptional service. read more

Hotel was nice and clean bed. Parking is $10 per day that was not covered on the site before we booked but no big deal. Our room was on the same side as the church and the bells woke us up kind of charming but would of liked to sleep in a bit shortly after there was also a lot of construction noise. pool area was clean but enough chlorine that it bleached my swim shorts. We had a prepaid booking with Priceline for our room they asked for my CC for Incidentals and they ended charging us for the room as well so ended up with a double charge and called the hotel a few days after our stay to clear it in and request a refund... I have since spoken to them 5 times since then each time we have been told it was refunded...still hasn't appeared it's been 24 days as of today... manager this afternoon then told me she needed to call Priceline to bill them again for our room before we would be refunded ... unfortunately it was not a very good ending to our stay there and it seems as I am doing more runaround and following up then a guest should have to do while clearing up an issue on their end.. make sure you double check your credit card statements ! Edited 8/4/19 My account was refunded on 7/25 then charged again on 8/3/2019 Not sure what's currently going on but seems like billing is a hot messy ! read more

This hotel is located off of Pacific and Colby. The check in was super easy and check out was a breeze too. Room was clean and fairly quiet... AC/ heat can be a bit noisy but I turned it off and it stayed a comfortable temperature. Room has a nice tv and a shower tub combo. Overall a very comfortable stay. read more

King bed with so many pillows; loveseat with footstool; large desk and chair; personal Keurig; microwave and personal fridge; flatscreen TV on arm so that you can watch from the loveseat or turn towards the bed; huge bathroom; and it's all updated in an aqua/grey/white palette. The hubby and I had a great experience at the Courtyard Seattle in Everett! Great value! Reserving was simple and easy. Check in was simple for a stressful day and night adventure. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was the icing! I have been planning this getaway to celebrate my husbands birthday. He is an avid and obsessed Funko Pops! collector. The Funko HQ is in Everett so we stayed in the quaint town of Everett so that he could walk to the HQ in case there there would be a crazy line Saturday morning We flew from San Diego to Seattle on Friday, February the 9th. Of course our flight was delayed an hour so we arrived in Everett later than expected. Stressed, ShuttleExpress saved the day! Upgraded us to our own personal Towne car! Arrived at the Courtyard after 45 minutes later... driver was great but we were exhausted and hungry. We were greeted with a friendly smile. We were pleasantly surprised with the room. It smelled and looked clean. Bedsheets felt crisp with a spacious layout! What a great find! We had to travel to Everett for business and this hotel was just awesome: clean, modern, centrally located to many restaurants and the Silvertips hockey team (BONUS)! The bistro in the lobby had a great breakfast and the dinner menu looked just as good. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly- always asking how our stay was going and if they could be of service. Although the underground parking was an additional $10 per day, it was nice knowing that one, there was parking available, and two, the parking garage was monitored and had rolling doors for entry and exit. On a side note, the view out the windows of the elevator entry areas is stunning during the day- be sure to check it out! read more

This is a great property. It opened in 2016, so everything is modern and new. The rooms are beautiful, and the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Good parking accommodations and is within walking distance to great restaurants (try the Mexican one!) I wish there was a complimentary breakfast, but that is easily overlooked. read more

We only stayed one night, but we didn't want to leave. We had a late check in just before midnight and the front desk associate was super friendly and helpful in explaining how to get around the hotel. Once we got up to the room, ready to go straight to bed, we ended up staying up a few hours longer just to enjoy the room. Seriously one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in, and on top of that, it was under $100! When we walked into our room it was well-lit, super cute, and incredibly spacious. It had a Keurig, a loveseat couch with a roller ottoman, and a TV that could be connected to your Netflix account. The restroom was also well-lit and about half the size of the room- yes, it was that big! The hotel in itself had a large footprint with tons of rooms, and despite all of the rooms, we never ran into a single person. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Everett, and although we didn't get to explore much, it was close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. No doubt that we would stay here again! read more

This hotel actually turned out to be one of my favorite Marriott locations in years. Pleasantly surprised! I didn't have the highest hopes when booking, but my expectations were shattered for the good. Never have I stayed in a more secure place. a. Gated underground parking ($8). b. Key card protected elevators c. Double locked rooms d. Finally, a police station attached on the rear! Room was very modern, and we'll laid out. I did have a sanitation problemo, when I unrolled a towel, a piece of a cleaning glove fell out... Nasty. For the $160, we were given breakfast vouchers, worth over $30 at the restaurant adjacent to the lobby. Downtown Everett was very intriguing, but wouldn't want to stray too far off at night. Big TV. Bigger throne... 8th floor had a pretty good Puget Sound view. Very happy with our stay, but would like to know about the glove... Not sure how it would even happen naturally, very gross and strange. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking in the entire Everett area. read more

Nice people and friendly staff at the start. Very poor customer service when problems arise. Had issues with bug bites after my stay and was not taken serious. Each time on the phone was told a different story. One employee said the had bug sniffing dogs check the room. The next day they said the dog inspection had been scheduled and would let me know when it was complete. Would not recommend this place. read more

I love the decor & all the white sheets ( no old school, unwashed bed spread) all crisp & white sheets with different patterns. All new towels, cabinetry is so modern. Bathroom is super cute. New & modern toilet... even that is cute! Lol. Wall is beautifully adorned with simple & modern wall paper. Couch is cute & modern shape. Even the bathroom tub's wall area looks like white wood but is waterproof and must be some type of modern tile of some sort. It is purtyyy!!!! Lol Chairs in lobby are so comfy and provides areas for chilling out. Wine bar over there too. Staff is friendly. I asked for toothpaste and the lady came up to our room within 4 minutes!!! Parking: free and safe! ( in a parking garage) Hair dresser: Aveda salon is across the street! They do blowouts & was great for me!!!! Coffee shops: the Loft is a fancier and local spot to get ur brew on. Just two blocks away!!! Vintage shopping: LOTS in the area! We stayed on the 7th floor with a nice view of the ocean and the wide streets. So pretty! A room like this will cost ya at least $299 a night in the city. Front desk staff here has no people skills. No information given when we checked in. I asked for the information we needed because I cared about our stay. But that doesn't even matter compared to being woken up at 12:30am being accused of yelling, jumping up and down and playing loud music. We were too slow to respond to the phone ringing but made it to the door to be accused to our face of having multiple complaints made about us WHEN we were sleeping. The loudest noise from our room would've been a CPAP machine! Then Sarah left our room, went back to the lobby called us again in our SILENT room to tell us to GATHER OUR STUFF AND LEAVE IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THEY'RE CALLING THE POLICE! I replied how about if we put on our clothes and come down there with you and you can call again to see how much noise we're making. Sarah agreed to that. She called that room explained that we were standing there in front of them and then whoever was complaining decided to stop complaining and not be moved from their room because of the noise. We were offered free breakfast tomorrow and told that they were following protocol and several rooms had made noise complaints ABOUT 2 women in their 50's who were asleep. Honestly the most offensive thing about this is the TOTAL NEGLIGENCE of this Hotel's front desk staff. I have over 30 years in management experience. Anyone with HALF A BRAIN should've walked the halls to determine what room the noise was coming from before waking up guests and threatening to have the police arrest them! I travel for work so get my choice of hotels. This was our first stay and it was an easy walk to the Silvertips game. Haakon was amazing at checkin. His customer service was impeccable! He even guided us to local restaurants. We walked to the vintage and it was perfect! Hotel had very secure parking. Room 431 did not disappoint with partial water view and a comfy bed that allowed me to sleep until 8 AM! We even had the pool to ourselves after the game. Linens were high quality. Called and made a reservation for the weekend. The gal I spoke to on the phone was new and kept apologizing because she was new and slow and had to keep asking a coworker for help. I was ok with that, because it was clear she was just learning. After the 15 minute phone call, I showed up the next day and they said they didn't have my reservation. When I asked if I could then book another room they told me they were sold out. I asked for an explanation as to why they didn't have my reservation and they told me they didn't know. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me no... So unprofessional. I always stay at Marriotts and have never had a problem until now. I would not recommend. read more

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel in downtown Everett Washington last month and it was a wonderful experience! It has a great view of downtown, the waterfront and views of the mountains. It was soo clean and new that I felt that I may have been the first person to stay in that room! The food, beverages and amenities were excellent especially the secure indoor parking garage that easily accesses the lobby and elevators. I have been travelling a great deal over the past 50 years from schools, sports, family and military service. This was by far the clenest and most spacious room that I have ever stayed in. The regular King and queen rooms were larger than any suite I've ever seen! The swimming pool area and all areas of the premises were white glove spotless. I would like to thank Kiel, Ennis and Natasha for making my stay the best in over 50 years of travelling! You guys should be commended for going above and beyond with a smile! Absolutely outstanding. Close to the Mercy Me Concert Rooms are beautiful everything is perfect and SUPER CLEAN. The Bistro has really good food and healthy options foe allergy sensitive people all you need to go is ask. The room next to us was super loud and rood. Three calls made and at 5:15 am they were told to leave. When we checked out everything had been comped. We so didn't expect this very generous surprise because you can't control what others do. A new hotel, comfortable beds, with a great staff and very nice solid banquet facilities. I don't think I need to say anything more.

I will start with the initial call which should have been an indicator of what to expect. My entire experience was less than stellar. The staff makes you feel like they are being burden by you as you are being checked in. The rooms, which look nice, are not spectacular. The door locks are loud and you hear every door open and shut/lock all evening long. You also have the thin walls that allow you to hear all the cars outside as well as other guest all evening. I was staying on the fifth floor but I would have swore I was at ground level with my window open with how loud it actually was. I wouldn't plan on a quality evening of sleep staying at this hotel. If you venture out, the jail is next door so there are some very sketchy individuals walking around pan handling. Then there are the robots, which are the staffing, making the experience lackluster from the moment you walk in until the time you check out. The area around the hotel not spectacular and lacks any real attractions. I am struggling to understand their high rates when they provide nothing more than a room that looks nice. There are multiple hotels that are only a few miles away with amazing staff, included breakfast, better amenities, better attractions, and some other sweet inclusions that the Courtyard Marriott completely misses the mark on. You could save money and probably have a far better experience at a motel 6. Personally, I will be avoiding this hotel for any future stays and will be recommending our company add this hotel to the "hotels to avoid" when staying in Everett. I spent four nights here after being rescued from the Glacier Peak Wilderness with a dislocated shoulder and flown to the Everett hospital emergency room. I was without basic clothing and necessities, and all I had with me was in my backpack. Thank goodness I've never encountered a friendlier, more helpful hotel or motel front desk staff anywhere. Special profs to Colleen and Natalie for going out of their way for me. Whether I needed assistance with local public transportation or figuring out how to properly wear my sling, they helped me more than they'll ever know. read more

My Darling Husband and myself were visiting with Family and Friends in Everett, WA and nearby Northgate in Seattle, WA.... and we stayed a couple of Nights here at the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Everett Downtown. When we first arrived we were greeted and given Electronic room key cards. Apparently, when we Booked Our Room online it wasn't charged to my Husband's card right away... so there was a Hold Charge put on his card upon Our arrival. There is a 7-11 Store on the Same Block as this Hotel... so my Husband could get his Big Gulp easily in the Morning. As usual, there were the Assorted Addicts, and Others just milling about outside of the 7-11 Store. It IS Everett, WA ... you see. There was a Keurig Coffee Maker in Our Room as well as a Smaller Microwave, and a Tiny Refrigerator. Some of the Fixtures were Really Designed Strangely! We like the Water Pressure! I did NOT take a Bath, although the Bathtub looked very inviting. The Guest Soaps, Body Lotion, Shampoo, and Conditioner that were in the Room were Lovely! The Bistro has a Tasty Breakfast Burrito, which is Vegetarian, and we each ate One for Our Breakfasts one of the Mornings during Our stay here at the Courtyard by Marriott. There is a 10 Dollar Parking Fee added to each Bill... it is worth it. The City of Everett, WA was doing some Construction on the Sidewalks on the Other Side of this Block... where the Everett Municipal Courthouse is... so there were some unoccupied Everett City Police Vehicles Parked in the Parking Area. We did NOT see any Police in them on this Trip. read more

Customer service was good. I was visiting this hotel for a wedding and booked my reservation a month prior. My check-in went smoothly, the woman at the front desk was very nice and informative. The garage was convenient but getting to it can be a bit annoying, you have to transfer elevators. The room was nice, clean and cozy. I really like how they conceal the microwave and fridge. Don't expect a large room, it's definitely compact. The layout is designed to make you comfortable, you will not feel cramped at all. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were too soft my liking, but i was able to sleep well. There is a Starbucks, service was good. This hotel is a good hour away from the airport if traffic is moderate. read more

Rooms were nice and updated. Quiet. Beds were just OK nothing special. Said they had HBO but didn't and it was the premier night of game of thrones. Very disappointed in that. Charged 10$ for parking which was crap. Would have given it five stars but when coming in from a show at the nearby angel of the rings arena there was a homeless guy sleeping in the lobby. The front desk lady obviously was allowing this because he was alsleep on a couch right in front of her. It was cold outside but not freezing. WTF? Next time I'm in town I will keep my money and just come sleep here in the lobby for free. read more

We come to Everett once a year and this is our first stay at this hotel and we love it! Located very close to neat restaurants (like Chianti and J Ramen), walking distance to Bayside Bikes (great pre-race service) and the cool At Large Brewing. Especially liked the friendly staff - V and Jeff - who squared us and our rooms away. Will definitely come back to this hotel on future visits. read more

The hotel itself was nice and clean with comfortable beds. The reason for only 3 stars lies with my experience with the front desk. Our room happened to be next to a suite that was reserved for a wedding party. We called the desk at 9pm and explained that we had an early flight and if they couldn't quiet the room next to us, then we would like to move. It took 3 calls and almost 2 hrs later, they decided to move us to a quiet room. So after packing and moving, the room they gave us was on the floor below a different bridal party. My point being the hotel is very large, was not fully booked and this is the best they could do??? Would never stay there again! read more

This is a great, newer property (opened November, 2016) at which I've stayed a couple of times for business. Location is great in downtown Everett. Parking is in an underground garage off Wall Street. (Check in first; you'll need your room key to enter the garage.) The underground parking is particularly good in winter if there's snow out. There are a number of really good dining choices within very easy walking distance (I particularly like El Paraiso and The Irishmen, but there are a number of others.) Rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds. The Bistro is nice; typical of most Courtyard Bistros these days but the service seems particularly good here. Nice bar with friendly bartenders, and a very large and comfortable lobby. I'm kind of so-so on Courtyards these days, but this is one of my very favorite Marriott properties across all their brands. This location is super-convenient to the customer I visit in Everett, but even if it were less so, I'd go out of my way to stay here. There's a nice view of Everett harbor from the elevator lobbies on each floor and from some rooms. I have no negatives to offer on this property and I always look forward to my next stay. read more
