a plate of macaroni and cheese

This is in a convenient location if you're driving, but the food was overpriced. My friend and I ate dinner here on our way back to NYC from a photoshoot. We got seated quickly, but service was slow after that and the food was mediocre. When I ordered tea, I was surprised they only gave me a tea bag due to the price. Also I had to ask for hot water. There was no buffet, probably due to COVID-19. So for $20+ per person for a meal, I was expecting either more food or better food. The fried chicken was not crispy at all, which was the biggest disappointment for me. The mac and cheese was also really salty and not cheesy (it was worse than Kraft mac and cheese...). I honestly wouldn't want to come here again.

Coffee!!

Quite possibly the worst buffet I've ever had. I left hungry as it was preferable to eating the food there. Sorry for the experience.

I've visited Crave a few times this week and have overall enjoyed the experience, but I wanted to…read moreshare a small concern. During my recent visits, I noticed some inconsistencies in portion sizes. At first, I thought it might just be a one time thing, but today I had a chance to observe a few orders being prepared while waiting for my husband's smoothie. It seemed like some bowls were filled above the measuring line, while mine was slightly under. I completely understand that things can vary during busy times, but I just wanted to mention it as feedback. Consistency in portions would really help ensure all customers feel they're getting the same value. I'm sharing this with the intention of being helpful, as I do enjoy coming here and hope to continue supporting your business.

I enjoyed the vibe right away. It felt welcoming, and I could hear people around me enjoying their meals, which is always a good sign. I only ordered coffee (there's just one size option), and it was good and hot -- although my lid was cracked. They do offer either a to-go cup or a mug if you're staying, which I liked. I do wish there were a few more small Danish or pastry options to grab with a coffee. Sometimes you just want a simple little something on the side. The only thing I was curious about was the music. Worship songs were playing the entire time. I wasn't sure if the owners are religious or if the staff just didn't realize what station was on. It's definitely a bold choice and might not resonate with everyone, depending on their beliefs. That said, it didn't ruin my visit -- just something I noticed. Overall, I'd return and would be happy to stop by again for another review soon. **After posting and reading other reviews... maybe I came (in the morning) at a bad time and there weren't pastries available?

I got the Far East Salad, one of my recent faves, and an iced matcha latte and took a seat on their little wall of stairs. -Wifi was strong -Matcha latte was refreshing and delicious -Far East salad was soooo good! I love the crunch broccoli, the flavorful tofu, the dressing. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend. The team is friendly and fast and brings the food right over to you. Salad House is among one of the best salad places in Cherry Hill. An order-at-the-counter…read morerestaurant (what did you expect for a salad place?), but with a surprising array of options for the whole family and for kids. What stands them apart is how they have their own heating equipment in the back so that if you order a salad with a protein, they are cooking it in the back. If you order a grain bowl, they can stir fry the veggies and meat together in the back to mix everything up. This, combined with their fresh ingredients, makes them a very high quality salad place. Would recommend for sure! p.s. If anyone from Salad House is reading this, please consider offering organic greens or at least one type of an organic green like Honeygrow with their Organic Spinach. Even charge a bit more for it if you want. Anyway, this is now the part of the review that nobody ever comes here for: - Water: There's no self-serve water machine - Restrooms: There are two single occupancy restrooms - Accessibility: The entire restaurant is wheelchair accessible, though with how the tables are placed, you may need to move a few chairs around potentially to roll in. - Seating: There's enough seating with a combination of high top and low tops. (p.s. The Window doesn't feel like it's been treated to block heat out so if you sit by those stools in the summer, you will fill the heat). - Will it fill you up? Yes. Much unlike Sweetgreens (sorry for firing those shots), the bowls are big enough and will fill you up. - Dietary Notes: A surprising number of their sauces are gluten free and they are very accommodating to telling you their allergens and offering substitutions, especially when ordering in store.
